15/12/2024: Bad experience; I booked a table for 11 people plus 5 children at 10pm but after more than 3/4 of an hour of waiting the grumpy staff told me that the seats were not yet ready; in the meantime it was 11pm and I had to make other arrangements. I advise against booking after the second shift because they are not able to manage the customers.

05/08/2024: Già dal nostro arrivo abbiamo incontrato una cameriera scontrosa e poco disponibile. Abbiamo ricevuto, tra l'altro, cose non ordinate ma che poi abbiamo dovuto pagare. Dopo avere fatto le nostre rimostranze, la cameriera con fare saccente e burbero sosteneva (sbagliando, sapendo di sbagliare), di avere portato quanto ordinato. Chiamate in causa le proprietarie si sono dimostrate sorde a prendere decisioni per redimere bonariamente la controversia ma, complici della loro dipendente, si sono recate in cassa per la riscossione del conto. Poi fare cose deliziose ma se sei indisponente e maleducato, tutto il resto non conta!
