02/11/2025: A restaurant in off-the-beaten-path Orvieto. A charming place that I think is at its best in spring/summer. We went with two very young children, and they welcomed us very well; in fact, they often found ways to entertain them by offering them play dough. Small things, sure, but it's these little things that make the difference between a restaurant/bistro and the ancient art of dining and hospitality. Let's get to the food. We all had a great time. Some had the ravioli, some the amatriciana, some the Umbrian cheese tart. I can speak highly of the steak, but I have very little to say about it. Yes, because the quality of the meat and its perfect rare cooking (and I emphasize perfect, considering it was a Sunday lunch with a full restaurant) leave me speechless, just wanting to return. All at a fair price. Excellent. We can't wait to return, even just for the friendliness of the waiter. PS. I'm an AC Milan fan, but I really appreciated the ASR scarves :) Well done! We will see each other soon!

01/11/2025: A unique experience everyone should know.... You feel right at home right away!!! Welcoming, friendly, as if we've known each other forever! The owners introduced themselves right away, the homemade food is authentic, simple, just like them, and the perfect quantity is excellent wine, all immersed in a wonderful landscape!!! Thank you, thank you, you're wonderful ♥️

01/02/2026: For me, La Primula is a place where you immediately feel welcome. The atmosphere is pleasant and cozy, inviting you to savor the moment and simply unwind. The food truly impressed me – fresh, flavorful, and prepared with great care. You can tell that they value quality and honest cuisine. Every dish was a little moment of pure enjoyment. The service was friendly, attentive, and very warm – just the right mix to make you feel completely at ease. It's definitely a place I would happily recommend and one I would return to anytime. 🌿🍽️✨

05/01/2026: I was looking for a restaurant where I could eat typical local products, and seeing the numerous positive comments and good ratings, I was drawn to Primula. The atmosphere is homey, and Carlo, the host, welcomes you with kindness and courtesy, a real added value, along with his partner Valeria. Five of us ordered a large platter of mixed cured meats and cheeses, all homemade, absolutely amazing. Two gnocchi with cheese and truffle, two ricotta and spinach ravioli (not on the daily menu) with cheese and truffle, one ricotta and spinach cannelloni with tomato and mozzarella (another off-menu dish and made fresh on the spot), one portion of liver and sausages accompanied by wild herbs, one ricotta with honey, two bottles of water, two liters of wine, five coffees, and in total we spent €177. The prices are slightly higher than average but are justified by the extremely high quality of each ingredient and by the love and courtesy that the owner puts into making everything unique and making every customer feel at home. Highly recommended place, a gem. If we ever come back to Terni we will definitely be back!!!

30/12/2025: Delicious dishes, presented in an original and beautiful way. A very extensive menu with something for everyone. Highly recommended. You can dine outside in the beautiful garden. What a warm welcome every time. We'd love to come back. In addition to the regular dishes on the menu, there's also a wide variety of surprising starters and desserts. These are also beautifully presented, making dining here a real treat. The food is of high quality. You should definitely eat here if you're in the area! We've been coming here for years; mostly in the summer, but it's also a wonderful place to visit in the winter. Hospitality is truly a capital "H" here! And that's perhaps also due to Giorgio's warm personality and enthusiastic drive. It's wonderful to see that the younger generation in this family restaurant is just as enthusiastic about continuing this wonderful tradition. We'll keep coming back!

18/01/2026: Very nice trattoria, located along the road. Good food and excellent prices. Reservations are recommended as it gets very busy. Generous portions, friendly waiters, and a warm atmosphere (in winter) are always welcome! We'll be back!

07/01/2026: The space is spacious and clean. Despite the fire, there's absolutely no smell, which isn't a given. The service is exceptionally polite and fast. The meat is excellent. The platters are delicious. We were able to enjoy lunch with my furry friends, and we weren't the only ones. Despite this, I repeat, everything is very clean. Thank you.

08/02/2026: Discovered this restaurant by chance on my way back from Perugia. Everything was delicious. Authentic cuisine. Excellent for a pleasant, relaxing, and simple lunch. The dessert was also excellent. The service is their great added value. Simona, affable and very friendly, really makes the difference. Congratulations, we'll be back...even with friends 👏

24/01/2026: Al Leone never fails! Outstanding, country-style food and top notch pizza give you a wide choice of authentic, flawlessly executed options. The wine list is extensive and reasonably priced. Overall, excellent price to quality ratio, and we'll worth the drive to a rather remote village on the hills. We go there every time we are in or around Perugia...

03/01/2026: The pizza looks fake, but it's cooked well. What a shame. The kitchen was closed on Friday at 9:45 PM, and they didn't let us know when we booked for 9:30 PM. We were told this on site.

26/01/2026: While vacationing in the land of Saint Francis, in Gubbio, we were recommended this restaurant and pizzeria. The atmosphere is excellent and the dishes are delicious... a rich and refined menu. Prices are fair. From the pasta dishes to the meats... everything is excellent... a true gastronomic oasis among the beautiful Umbrian hills... Highly recommended.

It's a very well-known restaurant in Gubbio, and now we understand why. ​The location is modern, spacious, and bright, ideal for those seeking a relaxing meal without sacrificing style. The wait staff deserves a special mention: extremely kind, welcoming, and always ready to recommend the best, making us feel right at home. ​We ate divinely. Here are the highlights of our day: ​Appetizers: A triumph of local flavors with cured meats, cheeses, flans, and simply sublime truffle eggs. ​First Courses: The selection is vast and the quality is astonishing. We tried everything from umbricelli to cappelli del prete, including paccheri and tagliatelle. The pasta was perfectly cooked and the sauces were rich. ​Second Courses: The meats were of the highest quality, tender and flavorful. Worth noting: the menu also offers interesting seafood options, which we'll definitely try on our next visit. 05/01/2026: We originally came to Charlie’s looking for pizza but accidentally arrived too early to get pizza. Regardless it was amazing, the vegetable soup was perfect for a cold day. My sister who has celiac, often making it difficult to find an enjoyable dining experience, was met with many options on the menu. She was even given gluten free crackers as an alternative for the bread the rest of us were given. We had many restrictions in our party aside from the celiac, including nut allergies and a vegetarian diet, all of which were accommodated to. The wine and espresso were both amazing and had great flavor. The service was excellent and our server was patient with us, providing us insight on the menu in English. This is most definitely somewhere I would recommend.

04/01/2026: The waiter was arrogant. We asked for fries for a little girl, and he replied in a curt tone, "We don't do that here..." The pizza, on the other hand, was delicious.

09/01/2026: We stopped for a short break from our long journey and found ourselves in a wonderful family atmosphere. The owner was very welcoming and the staff were friendly. The food was excellent, the pasta was homemade and exceptional. The value for money was excellent. The special feature was the changing table in the bathroom. Not even the fanciest restaurants have one.

21/02/2026: Truly an excellent experience! The atmosphere was very welcoming, with a quiet and relaxing atmosphere: it wasn't too noisy and the ambiance was truly comfortable, which is not a given. There's also a very pleasant outdoor area, perfect for a quiet al fresco meal. The food is excellent, with traditional dishes prepared with great care and using the freshest ingredients. An added bonus is definitely the owner, who is very kind, helpful, and attentive to his customers, making you feel at home.

20/02/2026: I've been coming to this place for over ten years during the truffle festival. What can I say? The owners are kind and friendly, as is the rest of the staff. Excellent food and very competitive prices. Try it, you won't regret it.

06/01/2026: We had lunch at Locanda Baldelli, a place with a unique atmosphere that you can't fully understand unless you experience it. The food was excellent, from appetizer to dessert, as was the wine, which the waiter recommended with great professionalism and courtesy. I highly recommend this experience.

05/01/2026: I went there for lunch, what can I say... everything was excellent, we had a mixed appetizer for two and a mixed bruschetta appetizer, a tortello and a 900g rib-eye steak served on a hot plate. The ingredients were top-quality, the location was truly beautiful and unique, and the staff were attentive, kind and knowledgeable. We'll definitely be back.

24/10/2025: It's the fourth time I've been there and as far as quality and service are concerned, there's nothing to complain about, just that (at least for my pockets) I can't afford it... spending €103.00 for 4 pizzas, 2 beers, 2 desserts and 1 coffee makes me think that it has become a place suitable for people with higher incomes than mine💁‍♂️
