The affable and long-experienced manager although still young, smiling service even if a little hasty so as not to leave anyone behind. 29/01/2025: Abbiamo prenotato con TheFork il giorno prima; ottenuta la conferma siamo partiti dall'abruzzo. Da elegante professionista della ristorazione CANCELLA PRENOTAZIONE un'ora prima di cena. Non risponde al telefono. Andiamo sul posto almeno per sentire la motivazione, che è stata la seguente: Guardi si... ma è stato mio figlio che ha 22 anni, sa i giovani ... ha cancellato la vostra (e solo la nostra - nda) perché forse sareste stati di troppo (?)... Scorrettezza e mancanza di professionalità.

06/01/2025: Ottimo locale per chi cerca un ambiente informale e vuol rifocillarsi dopo un'escursione sul Monte Igino. Abbiamo avuto modo di apprezzare la cucina in passato e ci siamo tornati con un gruppo di amici camminatori. Il ragazzo al bar molto disponibile e gentilissimo il proprietario, che ci ha accolto al caldo durante una giornata piovosa. Torneremo.

05/02/2025: My friends and I had dinner here and were pleasantly surprised. I ordered an Irish Angus steak, I think it was the best meat I've eaten in my life! It was spectacular, tender, tasty and very large, accompanied by excellent fries. We shared the mixed starter which was also very good with some croutons, cold cuts and seasoned spelled in the centre. Paired with the dinner we had an excellent Montefalco red which we really enjoyed, and finally the service was very pleasant, friendly and professional waiters, and we also had the pleasure of meeting Fulvio in person for the payment, it was a must to compliment us on the excellent dinner! Absolutely worth doing again. Highly recommended because, moreover, the prices are really excellent considering the quality and size of the portions.

21/12/2024: Dinner with friends. Il Ravale is the classic Umbrian tavern. Very large parking lot. It has rooms, one with a fireplace and the other on the veranda. Food of excellent quality and style. The omelettes were cooked just right, it's a pity that the truffle wasn't so tasty. Very good first courses. The meat, both beef and sheep, is of excellent quality. Good side dishes. Pizza, excellent. Very good homemade desserts. Excellent quality red wine and blonde beer. Fast service. Friendly, friendly and efficient staff. I recommend this restaurant.

08/01/2025: Nice restaurant with fireplace and exposed meat. Rustic but comfortable. Local meat, like many wines, and of high quality. I ate both the pizza and the tagliatelle and I will go back for a beautiful Florentine that I saw passing under my nose🥩and I envied. Whoever I took there thanked me👏🏻

06/01/2025: Ristorante eccellente! Carne e piazza favolosi e ad un prezzo più che ragionevole. Servizio puntuale nonostante il locale fosse pieno. Spesso osservo chi va nei ristoranti e qui la maggior parte delle persone erano locali. Questo significa che se ci va, è anche chi vive là, la qualità è indiscussa! Talmente indiscussa che con mia moglie ci siamo ritornati!

08/01/2025: It's the third time I've gone to this place where every time the food is excellent although the service this time wasn't the best. Having ordered the mushroom muffin I was informed that it would take 20 minutes, 40 would pass before it arrived... during which time not even any bread was brought. The next table with children who were just as rude as their parents, who did nothing to keep them quiet, disturbed the entire room throughout the evening without the waiter doing anything... despite all these problems the food is so good and the owners are always nice and kind and still worth 5 stars. We will return hoping to find better service.

15/08/2024: Siamo in vacanza in Umbria trovato per caso passando in via s Carlo questa sera 15 agosto è la terza volta in una settimana . La cosa che più mi ha colpito è la disponibilità del proprietario del quale non conosco nemmeno il nome ma ringrazio di cuore x avermi fatto sentire a casa mia. Modico nei prezzi eccezionali nel cibo e soprattutto molto professionali. Grazie per aver accontentato anche mia figlia che non mangia arrosto

15/08/2024: Abbiamo prenotato cinque pizze da asporto già dalla sera prima; la sera successiva, una volta ritirate le pizze, arrivati a casa ci siamo accorti che tutte avevano i bordi bruciati
