22/03/2026: We were passing through and spontaneously ended up at Pizzeria Sandheim. Although we hadn't made a reservation, we received a very friendly welcome and were seated immediately. The absolute highlight: The huge selection of pizzas is completely gluten-free! It tasted fantastic.

28/12/2025: A super cozy and family-friendly restaurant; we'll definitely be back next time we're in Ortisei! We enjoyed the pasta, burger, and venison ragout; they have a wide variety of dishes on the menu. The experience was topped off by the super friendly staff and their excellent service! We didn't have a reservation, but a table was set up for us right away... in short, I can only say positive things about this restaurant. 😋 If you're feeling up to it, you can even take a dip in the adjacent pool afterward.😁🏊‍♀️

Our Lagrein was excellent, and the atmosphere was very clean and well-maintained. We'll definitely see you again. Thank you so much for a wonderful evening.

19/02/2026: I went to this restaurant for dinner with friends. We didn't try the pizza, which looked nice, but only the food. The food was really good, the service was average, and the atmosphere was a bit noisy, perhaps better for large groups. The prices, in my opinion, were a bit too high.

16/01/2026: It was a wonderful stay. We especially appreciated being able to get a table spontaneously, even though everything was fully booked in advance. So, it's best to reserve ahead! The quality and price of the pizza were phenomenal. I've rarely eaten so many pistachios at once! Highly recommended! 👍

07/03/2026: First of all: make a reservation – seats on the terrace and in the front, semi-open area are very popular and subject to reservation. The Nußbaumer thrives on its location, the charming staff, and the fresh cuisine. The menu isn't extensive, but everything is highly recommended! Let Moritz guide you through the wine selection – he can tell you a lot about the local wineries because he knows them personally. Also, head to the heart of the Nußbaumer – the wine shelves have much more than what's on the menu. Treat yourself to more than just a pizza and a glass of house wine. It's worth it!

The rooms are modern, very clean, and furnished with great attention to detail. The culinary experience is also a real highlight: The cuisine is outstanding! Classic, hearty fare, just as you would expect from South Tyrol—honest, high-quality, and simply delicious. I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to everyone. If you value hospitality, quality, and a welcoming atmosphere, this is the place for you. I will definitely be back, not only because of the excellent value for money but also because it's so authentic.

From the moment I walked in until the very friendly goodbye, it was a wonderful treat for all the senses! The pizzas, which I tried twice, are outstanding, incredibly delicious, very large, and you can even get them with whole wheat dough – absolutely delicious! 😋👍👍👍👍👍 On top of that, the service was very friendly, courteous, and attentive; you feel incredibly welcome as a guest!
