03/06/2025: Yes, the service and the food here are really good. The only exception is the blonde lady (presumably the restaurant manager) who needs to work on her manner (very bossy and not at all customer-oriented). You get the impression that you order quickly, eat, pay, and leave quickly, and you should also refrain from asking for another table. Training on how to deal with guests and their criticism would certainly be very helpful. It's a shame about this restaurant; otherwise, it would have received a better rating.

03/06/2025: The service rating would also be 6 stars. Unfortunately, there's no option for price/performance, although in my opinion this would be the best way to rate it. The Burggräfler Weinstube also gets a 5⭐️.

17/07/2025: Pizza in famiglia. Impasto molto leggero, ben lievitato, attenzione alle materie prime (la passata di pomodoro è speciale), abbinamenti ricercati. Menzione d'onore al giardino estivo, mangiare sotto una pergola di viti è davvero suggestivo e rilassante! Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Prezzi non bassi, ma la qualità giustifica il listino

08/07/2025: A lovely pizzeria restaurant with a stunning view of Santa Maddalena in Casies. Friendly and helpful staff; the table was sparsely set, with no tablecloths and only a few napkins. Excellent pizza, and the dumplings and pork shank were delicious. Reservations required.

12/07/2025: The pizzeria is great, great location and great quality. There are like a trillion types of pizzas in the menu so you will find exactly what you're looking for. The prices are great and the staff too. Was was really dissapointing was the coperto that is unreasonable price (30% of the bill), no one told us about it,and it's not a city center that you expect it.

19/07/2025: We came here because of the numerous good reviews. Unfortunately, we found the food to be underwhelming for the price. €19.50 for a well-cooked burger served with frozen fries is too expensive and not worth recommending.

07/07/2025: The food is honestly excellent, delicious, and has a wonderful taste. The hosts were very friendly and tried to serve you and care about you. The atmosphere is beautiful and pleasant. In general, the restaurant has a nice atmosphere.

19/07/2025: We stumbled upon this hidden gem completely by chance. The food and location were excellent, and the staff were friendly too. We loved everything we ordered—except the goulash. While it was good, it somehow lacked the heartiness you’d expect from such a dish. We will go back there again!

12/07/2025: Even without a reservation, we were immediately seated outside (covered). The service was fast and friendly without being intrusive – lots of young staff, most of whom speak several languages. Ordering and quick service – we had our food in no time. Both the grilled platter and the grilled cheese – were incredibly delicious! We'd love to come back!

20/06/2025: We just loved this place- so much that we returned a second night during our three-night stay in Merano. The people here really know what they are doing- arrivals are greeted quickly, the courtyard ambiance is both cozy and airy, service is professional and kind, the food arrives promptly and was nicely presented and flavorful. Tables are efficiently cleared and new guests welcomed. Highly recommend - try to get reservations by emailing. Update: returned two years later and found this much as before- same people, elegant courtyard, prettily- composed food. A stylish modern restaurant, well-run.

I can only rate my meal, and it was really good. Homemade spaetzle and well-cooked meat. I just didn't like the salad from the buffet. Service was friendly and attentive. Value for money, okay...
