18/05/2026: A quick stop for a coffee, a glass of wine, and the best tiramisu I've ever eaten. And when I see the pictures of the rooms and amenities, and read about the best pizza, I'll definitely have to check it out again.

16/03/2026: A perfect start to the gravel season! My son and I spent five days at Terzer in March. We can't praise it enough and highly recommend it. What we especially liked was the atmosphere in the hotel. We felt comfortable and welcome from the very first minute. The rooms are modern, comfortable, and very clean. The breakfast buffet has everything cyclists could want. The on-site restaurant/pizzeria offers excellent food at reasonable prices. The bike room is perfect: it even has a small, very well-equipped workshop. The Terzer team: extremely friendly and easy to deal with, and they manage to create a wonderful atmosphere. The tour suggestions: perfect – whether moderate or challenging, short or long, steep or flat. Thank you, Lukas Terzer! And if you hear brass band music playing in the hallways one afternoon and there's a knock on your door, it means it's time for a little aperitif in the party cellar. Really nice. We'll be back.

16/02/2026: A genuinely excellent stay with beautiful views and a very welcoming atmosphere. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, friendly and efficient, setting the tone from the moment we arrived. The room was spotless, comfortable and well maintained, with a fantastic shower. Breakfast offered a great selection and was a perfect start to the day. Overall, the hotel delivers outstanding value for money when you consider the quality of the facilities and service. A place you can book with confidence.

12/05/2026: The staff was friendly. Our dog was also welcome. We found the ambiance pleasant, but not particularly outstanding. We personally preferred other restaurants. It certainly looks more impressive from the outside than the interior. The food was okay. The gnocchi were a bit bland, and I personally found the goulash a little too acidic. Unfortunately, we don't know what the surcharge of almost 4 euros was for. We haven't encountered that at other restaurants.

07/05/2026: The pizza was delicious, and the waiter who served us was very friendly! The only downside was the long wait for our food. Otherwise, everything was excellent; I would definitely go back.

15/03/2026: Very nice, welcoming place with a lovely, softly lit, relaxing atmosphere. It's not crowded and you can talk in a normal voice. The staff is friendly and helpful. Service is quick. The pizza is good, and the beef is good. I personally had the lamb chops, which were very good. The desserts were also very good. A friend of mine had the cannoli and was surprised by the quality. I had a chocolate cake, which was also very good. Prices were reasonable for everything we ate and drank. I recommend it and will be back!

06/07/2025: The place isn't very big, but I like it a lot. They're very friendly and helpful, they'll cut your pizza for you if you want, and they also deliver to your home. 💯❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

31/05/2026: One of the best ever Carbonara I've ever had. Service was great. Not all that much to look at from the outside, but don't let that put you off. I will definitely come back the next time I'm in Bolzano!

12/03/2026: The food was decent, but the main courses arrived at the same time as the Aperol Spritzes, which was normal for the waiter and the owner. We should have mentioned that we wanted to have drinks first and then dinner... Absolutely unbelievable! Luckily we didn't order dessert at the same time. Only good for takeout.

08/03/2026: Great pasta carbonara. Overall people were satisfied with their dishes. The waiters’ English is bad.

02/06/2026: Surprisingly large restaurant. The portions are definitely generous and the service is quick. Since we hadn't made a reservation, we had to wait a few minutes at the bar.

28/05/2026: The staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. The burritos were reheated—including the salad, which, due to the heat, had more of a spinach-like consistency. When we inquired, we were told that the burritos are prepared in advance and then reheated in the oven, and that's exactly how they tasted. The cocktail sauce was just as unsuitable for the burrito as the mayonnaise. Perhaps the pizza is better? But if you're advertising Mexican food, you should at least deliver it! What a shame.

01/05/2026: Simple restaurant. Very good, down-to-earth food. The wood-fired pizzas are extremely tasty with their thin crust. Large selection of all kinds of pasta dishes. Reasonably priced. Very friendly people run this family-owned business. Highly recommended!

30/03/2026: Delicious food and great hospitality. Finally, a place that might seem dated, but it gave us a wonderful feeling of tranquility and serenity.

02/05/2026: For all budgets, local Italian cuisine, pizza and personally I really like Thai cuisine followed and curated by the wife of Thai origins.

11/04/2026: The Tyrolean pizza had a good dough and nice toppings. The Margherita pizza with the raw ham was slightly overcooked.

16/05/2026: The food was truly excellent, nothing to complain about. It's a shame that a young waiter with a goatee completely ruined the experience with his rude, arrogant, and completely out of place attitude from the first minute. He seemed annoyed even by being spoken to, with curt responses and a manner that would be a joke to call "professional." Such terrible service shouldn't exist in a place where the food truly deserves it. I won't be returning until the staff changes, because this kind of behavior is unacceptable.

13/05/2026: A pleasant and convenient place, being next to the pool. The dining room is spacious and offers plenty of space. However, the menu is overly extensive and somewhat touristy; however, the quality of the food is good. Prices are in line with the offerings. I'm giving it 3 stars only because some dishes aren't typical of the area.
