22/02/2026: Excellent experience. The place is very large but well-maintained, with a mountain cabin feel. Fast and accurate service, generous portions, and truly delicious, well-prepared dishes! I definitely recommend stopping by if you're visiting or just passing through Moena.

22/03/2026: I recommend it to couples and families with children. It's located in a corner of paradise in a prime location. The food is excellent, carefully prepared and plentiful, and made with top-quality ingredients. The staff is polite, friendly, and always available.
19/03/2026: The waiter's service was terrible. We didn't even stay. Avoid it 100% if possible.

19/02/2026: Everything there is simply delicious. The vitello tonnato is superb, the pasta is very good, and the pizza has a fantastic (thick) crust that I really love. Try a variety of dishes. The service is also top-notch. If it's busy, please be patient; the staff only have two hands. It's well worth it. And please try the crème brûlée—it's heavenly!

14/01/2026: A wonderful, family-run hotel for relaxation and enjoyment, with breathtaking views over Schenna and the Merano Valley. We stayed there with our family between Christmas and New Year's and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The food, with its buffets and set menus, was excellent, and we would especially like to thank Silvia for her outstanding service. The hotel also boasts a lovely wellness area with indoor and outdoor pools. The latter is even open in winter and offers stunning views while swimming.

02/01/2026: I didn't expect it!!! We had dinner there one evening. I have to say the Indian dishes were fabulous, the chicken was very tender. The staff was very friendly. The tiramisu could be improved a bit, but it was still good.

26/03/2026: I stayed in a room on the 4th floor overlooking the road, and the view from the balcony was wonderful. The only downside was the sound of the large bell ringing from the nearby cathedral, but other than that, everything was great.
13/01/2026: I spent Christmas and New Year's Eve at the Schennerhof with friends this year. It was a wonderful time, especially with the holiday menus and the six-course New Year's Eve dinner – both were first-class. After midnight, the hotel put on a beautiful fireworks display, followed by a small dance party.
The rooms, pool, and location in town were excellent. The weather was fantastic – nothing but sunshine. We will definitely come back.

05/04/2026: Went there for easter sunday dinner. Had the easter menu. The plini pasta dish was delicious but the lamb was unfortunately very disappointing. Dry but still oily and bland. Also had a taste of some spaghetti dish… meh. Probably just go for the pizza next time…

We had lunch twice in a few days, trying different dishes, and we were never disappointed. Quite the opposite...
Everything was excellent and plentiful. We didn't try the pizza because the kitchen monopolized the selection with traditional dishes. Maybe next time.

01/04/2026: An experience to forget! Don't be fooled by the reviews. The place is so dated, so chaotic you can't even converse, the pizzas are bad and undercooked, the beers are flat, and the coffee is nonexistent! The waiters, you name them, don't even bother talking to them. It's a shame I can't give it zero stars.

08/10/2025: An inconspicuous gem with the best pizza for miles around!
From the outside, the small shop appears almost invisible – simple, without any frills. But as soon as the first pizza crosses the counter, you know: real craftsmanship goes into this place. The dough is perfect – thin, airy, and with just the right amount of bite. The tomato sauce tastes fresh and fruity, the cheese is golden, and the aroma alone is satisfying.
With every bite, you can tell that someone bakes with passion – not mass-produced goods, but true Italian art. No wonder many regulars say: Once you eat here, every other pizza suddenly tastes only half as good.
A small, inconspicuous place – but huge in flavor. Highly recommended! 🍕🇮🇹
