26/04/2025: Una piacevole scoperta questo ristorante pizzeria elegante ma informale. Provata la pizza eccellente qualità impasto leggero ma buonissimo. Sorpresa nel menù la presenza di pizze interamente veg, servizio estremamente cortese ed attento. Prezzi un po sopra la media...ma la qualità li merita.

23/03/2025: I ordered takeaway pizzas for dinner, called in the afternoon and requested pizzas for 7.30pm. When we arrived at 7.30pm the restaurant was deserted, the waitress says that not only are the pizzas not ready but the pizza chef hadn't even arrived. We waited another 40 minutes without anyone even apologizing, in the end the pizzas were all barely cooked.

08/10/2024: We thought about going to the Osteria del Gambero Rosso restaurant in Pinocchio park to be comfortable and well served, but the experience turned out to be a big disappointment. I go with my family to the restaurant shortly after 1pm with three children aged 5, 3 years and 7 months. When I arrive, no one comes to meet me despite the fact that in the large room there are a DOZEN occupied tables and several waiters. After several minutes I decide to go forward, go to meet them and they assign us a table in a fairly secluded area. We immediately decide what to order because the children are not only hungry but also tired from the morning of games so the shop assistant leaves no later than 1.10pm. Given the small crowd, I allow myself to ask if they can let the first of the children come out (a pasta with tomato sauce to share) to calm them down and I am told that it will be very difficult... at this point the waiting begins. We wait, we wait, we wait. Apart from water and bread, nothing arrives and no one even pays us a glance for almost an hour. At 2.00pm the children are not only super hungry but also quite tired and I start looking around to nod to some waiter, but I only see heads down, everyone comes in and out of the kitchen like lightning and it is impossible for me to intercept them. Another 5/6 minutes pass and at this point I get up, with the baby in my arms and go to ask. A young waiter tells me he'll check and let me know. He checked, but didn't tell me anything, so much so that I had to get up a few minutes later to ask why he hadn't brought me anything back. At that point the waiter who had taken the order intervenes and tells me that it was his fault, that our order was PAUSED. I look at him quite incredulous and visibly annoyed and go back to my seat. After less than 5 minutes the pasta arrives and I comment that if the children hadn't been there I would have waited more calmly, and in response I hear myself say in a loud tone "I've already told you that it's my fault, that I made a mistake, do you want to bite my arm? (and hands it to me) or what should I do, should I prostitute myself?" At which point I realized that the person had no intention of doing better, beyond his own admission of the mistake. The adults' dishes arrived around 2.30pm. Here, this is precisely the point why I give ONE STAR and they will never see me again, everyone can make mistakes in their work, but a good professional tries to make up for it, shows empathy and, in such a situation, also offers a coffee, why not! But none of this, in fact, I also paid the cover for the seven-month-old baby... To be honest, I have to correct the part about the discount, as I took the receipt back in my hand after reading the restaurateur's response and had not received a reduction when paying. The discount received is €4.50 (!) out of a total of €74.50. Receipt time, since I have it in front of me, 2.44pm. For the rest, I leave it to the reader to orient himself between the two versions of the story.

30/09/2024: Pensiamo di recarci al ristorante Osteria del Gambero Rosso del parco Pinocchio per stare comodi e ben serviti, ma l'esperienza si è rivelata una grossa delusione. Mi reco con la famiglia al ristorante poco dopo le 13:00 con tre bimbi di 5, 3 anni e 7 mesi. Al mio arrivo non mi viene incontro nessuno nonostante nella grande sala ci siano una DECINA di tavoli occupati e diversi camerieri. Dopo svariati minuti decido di inoltrarmi, andare loro incontro e ci assegnano il tavolo in una zona abbastanza defilata. Decidiamo subito cosa ordinare perché i bimbi oltre che affamati sono anche stanchi dalla mattinata di giochi per cui la commessa parte non più tardi le 13:10. Vista la poca ressa mi permetto di chiedere se possano fare uscire il primo dei bimbi (una pasta al pomodoro da dividere) per calmarli e mi viene risposto che sarà molto difficile... a questo punto inizia l'attesa. Aspettiamo, aspettiamo, aspettiamo. a parte l'acqua e il pane non arriva nulla e nessuno ci degna di uno sguardo. Alle 14:00 i bimbi oltre che super affamati sono anche piuttosto stanchi e inizio a guardarmi attorno per fare un cenno a qualche cameriere, ma vedo solo teste basse, tutti entrano ed escono dalla cucina come fulmini e mi è impossibile intercettarli. Passano altri 5/6 minuti e a questo punto mi alzo, con la bimba in braccio e vado a chiedere. Un giovane cameriere mi dice che verifica e che mi farà sapere. Ha verificato ma non mi ha detto nulla, tanto è vero che mi sono dovuta rialzare qualche minuto dopo per chiedere come mai non mi avesse riportato nulla. A quel punto interviene il cameriere che aveva preso l'ordine e mi dice che è stata colpa sua, che il nostro ordine era in PAUSA. Io lo guardo abbastanza incredula e visibilmente stizzita me ne torno a sedere. Dopo neppure 5 minuti arriva la pasta e commento che se non ci fossero stati i bambini avrei atteso con più calma, e di tutta risposta mi sento dire. "le ho già detto che è colpa mia, che ho sbagliato, vuole mordermi un braccio? oppure cosa devo fare mi devo prostituire?" Al che ho capito che la persona non aveva alcuna intenzione di fare di meglio, oltre al suo ammettere l'errore. I piatti degli adulti sono arrivati verso le 14:30. Ecco è proprio questo il punto per cui METTO UN PALLINO e non mi rivedranno più, nel lavoro tutti si può sbagliare, ma un bravo professionista cerca di rimediare, mostra empatia e, in una situazione del genere offre anche un caffè, perché no! Ma nulla di tutto ciò anzi, ho pagato anche il coperto della bimba di sette mesi...

24/05/2025: Siamo stati per la prima volta e sinceramente per aver mangiato 3 focaccine , 2 birre piccole, 1 bottiglina piccola di acqua e 2 caffè totale 40€ ci è sembrato eccessivo.

13/04/2025: Posto semplice, personale cordiale ma sopratutto materie prime di alta qualità. Per la seconda volta siamo tornati a mangiare le buonissime focaccine al nicchio di Marina di Pietrasanta per una cena informale davanti ad un bel parco e vicini alla spiaggia con alle spalle le bellissime Alpi Apuane

28/12/2024: Worst Pizzeria in Italy 🥴. We went there two times because we hoped after the first time it would be better and it’s also very close to our nice holiday home. The boss is quire rude and if you complain about ice cold lasagne, he shows the menu, where is written, that some of the dishes are frozen food - but we hoped, they heat this up - but not really.

14/01/2025: the pizza is quite good but don't get the one with onions...they leave them practically raw!!!! the guy who runs it is really helpful and kind.

26/05/2025: Focaccine comperate congelate , non più artigianali, piccole, prezzo assurdo . Locale vuoto e aspettato tantissimo . Non salvo nulla .

27/04/2025: Locale storico arredato come una volta, tutto in legno con le sedie da regista e le tovaglie a quadri. Non c'è servizio al tavolo, ognuno scrive la propria ordinazione su un foglietto e la si consegna al bancone. Quando la comanda è pronta si è avvertiti tramite altoparlante. Anche per le bibite il servizio è self service. Non lo conoscevamo, ma lo abbiamo scelto perché dispongono di schiacciatine anche senza glutine. Sia la schiacciata che i condimenti sono buoni (sia in versione normale che senza glutine), ma il prezzo è esoso si paga oltre 10€ per uno spicchio piccolo di focaccia.

26/04/2025: Siamo stati, io e mia moglie, a cena in questa trattoria tipica. Servizio un po ' brusco e che dà l'idea di voler mettere fretta al cliente. Infatti una volta ordinato il primo la signora ci chiede di ordinare subito anche il secondo perché così richiede la cucina. I primi molto buoni, sia l'inusuale zuppa di primizie (piselli, fave, carciofi e asparagi) sia i tordelli con sugo di carne. Il secondo cosicosì, pollo e coniglio fritti in cui si riconosce la qualità della materia prima ma la panatura non ci è piaciuta. Panna cotta come dolce da dimenticare. Buon vino della casa, conto onesto.

24/04/2025: Sono capitato nel locale sperando di trovare una cugina toscana verace. Avrei voluto mangiare la ribollita, la trippa, il lampredotto, fagioli in zuppa, zuppe von il cavolo nero o contorni con le verdure, fegatini. Invece, ho visto il menù e non era nelle mie corde, molti piatti non mi attiravano, perché a base di cacciagione o fritti o con tagli non si mio gradimento. Non essendo di mio gusto non intendo penalizzare il locale nella mia recensione. Quindi ho preso il menù del giorno, che non mi ha colpito. Forse il tipo di cucina proposto non è nelle mie corde e, quindi, lascio la valutazione ai futuri clienti. Però posso dire che il locale è vetusto e necessiterebbe di una ristrutturazione mentre, per il cibo, posso aggiungere che i piatti serviti agli altri commensali non aveva colori sgargianti ma, di massima, era tutto con le stesse tonalità, contesto che non amo.

18/05/2025: Servizio preciso e gentile Ottima l'insalata di mare lo scoglio e il primo del giorno con polipetti e pomodoro Il fritto merita 5 stelle...ottimo e abbondante. Prezzo giusto per la qualità. Un locale che fa bene al territorio per la gentilezza e la qualità e che ne è connesso con la storia . Consiglio vivamente
