05/07/2024: We got there quite late but glad this restaurant was still open. We ordered starters and a pasta and pizza. These were some of the best meals we had on our Italian holiday. The pizza and excellent and truffle pasta spot on. If we had an extra day would have come back 🥰

06/05/2024: 3 triangolini di focaccia col prosciutto + 2 caffè + 1 cappuccino 24 euro! Direi che non serve aggiungere altro. Prezzi troppo alti e non indicati da nessuna parte, sul tavolo non c'era nessun menu e neanche sul bancone del cibo erano indicati i prezzi.

05/07/2024: The place is very well kept on the outside, the inside isn't bad either, the staff are very kind, the pizza is good, the prices are normal... the only flaw... the toilets... a thorough cleaning wouldn't hurt. ...rating 6.... would have gotten an 8 if I hadn't needed to go to the bathroom.... I hope I can raise the rating next time...

17/04/2024: HI! I've only been to this pizzeria once with friends and relatives and we all had a great time, both for the quality of the pizza, ingredients, choice and service... I would happily go back! If you intend to eat on site, book!!!

23/07/2024: We vacationed in Florence for a few days and went here every evening because the food was really recommended. The Napoli pizza was really very good and the food arrived within 15 minutes of ordering. The service was also super nice and friendly. A few of the waitresses could barely speak English, but they still made a real effort to take our order.

30/08/2024: Cibo buono e di qualità, cameriere molto gentile e disponibile. Ottima vista e temperatura ottimale. Facile parcheggiare.

22/07/2024: La pizza non è buona. È peggiorata tantissimo rispetto agli anni precedenti, credo ci sia stato un cambio di gestione. La ripiena non sa di niente eppure era la migliore che ci fosse in giro anni fa. Ingredienti molto scarsi.

15/06/2024: Ordered a few trays of pizza to take away. Dough needs improvement and decidedly bad mozzarella. Overall I don't recommend it.

31/07/2024: Good pizza but unfortunately the owners don't know how to deal with the public, the very rude waitress threw a drink on the table after 15 minutes of asking for an extra piece of equipment because it was missing, he was annoyed, in the end another waiter brought it Kind

22/07/2024: As soon as we arrived, a beautiful pigeon droppings on the table welcomed us. As soon as we brought the wine, they didn't even bring us the glasses. If you intend to catch fish, give up right away, it's terrible! I ordered a peppered mussel dish and it was full of garlic and all the mussels had an unpleasant, spoiled colour. I recommend I only take pizza!

07/07/2024: Staff were very rude. I got followed to the toilet by a male waiter who then demanded I show him which table I was sat at, before I could use the bathroom. He then waited and checked where I sat back down!

08/06/2024: At 8.30pm we call to make a reservation for home delivery, we are told that it will arrive by 9.15pm/30pm, after several requests to find out what happened to the courier, because at 10.45pm no one has arrived yet, I I also feel ridiculed because every time I am told that the courier has just left and will soon be at our house. Moral of the story after yet another lie I call back, I don't know who took the call, I am told that my order had not yet been prepared due to organizational problems, and that if I no longer wanted to order they would not make the pizzas. Let me start by saying that my children waited in vain and that in the end they fell asleep without eating dinner while waiting for the pizzas! Terrible home delivery service, unacceptable order management and unreliability of those who answer the phone, they make fun of you with a smile on their faces! I will never order from them again! Terrible home service!

07/06/2024: We ate a very good pizza. Even the sandwiches, for those who chose those, found them very good. The place is large and has several rooms. We were entertained by live music: a pianist-entertainer who invited us to do Karaoke. The only flaw...music too loud and therefore difficult for conversation.

23/08/2024: We got a gluten-free takeaway pizza. A total disappointment. After calling twice to establish taste and time, we were told that we would order directly there, because they would do it quickly. After 30 minutes of waiting they delivered the pizza of this size. Definitely disproportionate quantity/price ratio. €9.5 for a baby pizza.

08/08/2024: Indifferent service...took two burgers which were raw....recooked and returned raw...no comment.......

09/08/2024: Good fish starter, very good spaghetti with clams and I must say the tiramisu was also good

09/08/2024: I have been a customer for years and have always eaten well. The owner is a lovely person and always gives us good advice on what to eat. The waitress Viola was also very attentive and professional.

27/08/2024: Buffet aperitif, finally! After searching far and wide throughout Empoli, I'm happy to have found a place that reminds me of the aperitifs of my hometown. Friendly and helpful staff, well-kept interiors, light but pleasant alcohol. The only real flaw was the music outside the club which was really too loud: my partner and I had to move away from the initial position chosen because we couldn't hear each other. For the rest, I recommend!

05/08/2024: This morning I stood there at the counter for 10 minutes waiting to order, with the barmaid pretending not to see or hear me, while "known" people continued to come in and take the order ahead of me. Usually the barmaid in question doesn't shine with friendliness and professionalism, this morning I think the limit has been reached. Even if they pay me to have coffee I won't go back.

05/08/2024: Already been there years ago, actually improved the calzone, one of the best for the filling, the frying like at the seaside, perhaps better incredible in the mountains 😱 I don't know what to say

05/08/2024: This was horrible, the pizza was a disgustingly dry flatbread, the spaghetti was overpriced and you don't even get bread with it, the parmesan was only on the bottom of the pidi bowl, they didn't even have a lot of dishes from the menu, they don't have any drinks on the menu. The service was nice but confused. Better visit another restaurant.

06/08/2024: Spaghetti with sauce and mushrooms, guess what, without mushrooms🤣🤣. Luckily the staff is very kind and helpful, it saves you if you don't know where to eat and pass by

30/07/2024: Il Cimatori, tambien 5 Amici, es un ambiente muy recomendable para comer la verdadera comida florentina/toscana, sin turistadas pero adecuado a quien pasa rápidamente por Florencia. La bistecca, la ribollita, la tagliata, la tagliatella.... Y el buen vino chianti o lo que quieran. A no perder.
