13/05/2025: I went to this place with my husband for lunch. We were passing through on a tour of Florence. I ordered a slice of beef and my husband a lasagma. The cut was a burnt black meat that tasted of charcoal and was very tough. I tasted three bites and left it all there. After a few bites, my husband's lasagna refused to eat it, it was essentially "pulp". Is it possible that these places exist? So disgusted we left because we didn't want to argue. Not recommended.

12/05/2025: This is a lovely restaurant, with friendly and attentive staff. We only needed a lighter meal so had limited courses, but what we had was genuinely good: braised wild boar, a pizza diavola and panna cotta. It was a very pleasant meal, the lady who looked after our table was charming, and the location is excellent.

16/04/2025: It was one of my favorite places to eat pizza, which was always very good. Today unfortunately it wasn't up to standards. The pizza I ordered was very poorly seasoned, with some parts missing the mozzarella. It looked like a tomato focaccia more than a margherita pizza. I didn't have the courage to say anything but it had to be sent back. By some unfortunate chance the service was also disappointing: we waited a very long time. They were probably understaffed because I had never waited so long. From today I'm not sure if I'll want to go back so willingly.

20/01/2025: Traffic lights need to be reset because in the car you end up waiting more than 10 minutes to give full priority to the tramway. The square would be beautiful but it should be patrolled more.

13/04/2025: Posto chic per le persone di una "classe sociale" più elevata a Empoli, a mio parere è un posto solo di apparenza, cioè ci vanno solo le persone che vogliono mettersi in mostra, evidenziando il fatto che si possono permettere un trancio di pizza scadente a un prezzo 20 volte più alto di quello che in effetti costerebbe. Non lo consiglio a nessuno.

14/04/2025: Extremely negative experience. I had booked with the fork. Although you can arrive within 15 minutes of the reservation time, after just 5 minutes he had already reported that I had not shown up. As a justification, in a less than pleasant way, the manager says that he received a reservation for a large group and that he didn't have room to sit me at the table. In my opinion only to not grant the discount provided by the fork. A genius, given that after having eaten very well in another pizzeria nearby, we passed by there and the place, which was quite shabby, was half empty. Compliments

24/03/2025: Frequento spesso il punto vendita di via di Novoli; come quasi tutte le panetterie fanno anche molti tipi di dolci, ma noi di norma prendiamo solo il salato, principalmente pane, panini e simili e soprattutto la pizza al taglio. Buono il pane, ma per l'integrale, se devo fare un appunto, lo trovo troppo sbricioloso; ottime le focaccelle; speciale poi la pizza, di cui fanno diverse farciture. i prezzi sono nella media della città. Simpatica la signora al banco, con cui spesso ci fermiamo a conversare del più e del meno.

09/02/2025: Neanche seduti, prenotiamo al volo per telefono ci rispondono che non ci sarebbe stato problema, ci presentiamo, aspettiamo 35min oltre il nostro orario di prenotazione e ce ne andiamo. I piatti che passavano sembravano buoni, purtroppo la gestione del locale è terribile.

26/05/2025: TOURIST SCAM Absolutely negative experience. The food served was poor and completely different from what was indicated on the menu. Some dishes seemed to be prepared with non-fresh ingredients. The waiters were disorganized, confused and not very attentive to requests. Furthermore, the hygiene left much to be desired. I strongly advise against this place.

26/05/2025: Esperienza assolutamente negativa. Il cibo servito era scadente e completamente diverso da quanto indicato nel menu. I camerieri erano disorganizzati, confusi e poco attenti alle richieste. Inoltre, l’igiene lasciava molto a desiderare. Sconsiglio vivamente questo posto.

16/04/2025: Returning from Florence, at the Barberino del Mugello motorway exit, we find three adjacent restaurants. Some are literally crowded with people still waiting at 2pm. Since we have little time and are very tired, we decide to venture towards the one that least inspires us, namely "Da Imma". Externally it appears like a simple tobacconist's bar... Once inside we discover that on the lower floor there is a large room dedicated to catering. Although it is located in the basement, we are not closed within four walls. In fact, we find a large window through which external light filters and creates a particularly pleasant environment. The portions are more than generous. I took a fillet strictly requested rare but which was served to me at what I believe to be medium rare...
