Calorosa Pizza is truly delicious! The owner is smiling, kind, and you can tell he puts his heart into what he does. I ordered two takeout pizzas, a white one with gorgonzola, onion, and porcini mushrooms, and a red one with peppers, onion, and gorgonzola: both excellent. Fair prices and quality ingredients. Congratulations!

07/01/2026: I was finally able to return to Florence. I returned to Trattoria la Dolce Vita and I can confirm my first impression: "There are no words to describe the excellent cuisine." In other words, "you eat well."
07/01/2026: Worth taking your time, a true hidden gem. It’s not centric, and it’s not going to be quick. But it will be one of the most beautiful Italian meals you will ever taste. Attended by the owner, a very lovely lady. Try everything you can. I did not even take many pictures, that’s how good the food was.
