Pizzeria Paramatta Di Cavallin Maurizio In Scandicci

11/08/2026: I often stop by this restaurant, seemingly a tourist attraction because it's close to my workplace. They have a very extensive menu, but unlike other restaurants, everything is freshly cooked and of excellent quality. The fish dishes are very good, as are the starters and desserts, which are both delicious and unique. What always amazes me is their complete willingness to accommodate customers' needs: I don't eat meat and have several allergies, so sometimes I have to ask for changes to the ingredients. I was pleased to discover that most of the fruit and vegetables are locally sourced and organic. The staff are friendly and smiling, the service is usually fast, and the location is unique.
