16/11/2025: It happened last night: Saturday, November 15th. Let's rewind a few hours. At around 10:30 AM that same day, I called to reserve a table for seven people for 8:30-9:00 PM max. Everything was fine up until then, the owner's kindness and courtesy were unparalleled. By early afternoon, the number of friends who were coming dwindled to two, and I made sure to call to reduce the number of seats from seven to five. The girl on the phone thanked me, saying that in similar cases, no one bothers to notify. Evening came, and at 8:40 PM we arrived at the restaurant, already packed with people. We asked for the table we'd reserved... the table wasn't there...they told us to wait 10 minutes. After half an hour, around 9:10 PM, noticing nothing was happening, we decided to press the issue, demonstrating our discomfort with what was happening. I quote the best words the owner could say to me: WHAT CAN I TELL YOU? CHANGE PIZZERIAS. With considerable difficulty, and about another 30 minutes of waiting, we made about ten phone calls, looking for a pizzeria that had a table that suited us. Around 9:40 PM, they finally called to seat us, but at the same time, unfortunately, we found something else, and after the owner's words, we took him at his word... After this story, I feel like giving you some advice: You have excellent pizza with excellent ingredients, but certain incidents could ruin your image. In the past, there was another problem with the service, but despite this, we decided to return because of the quality of the pizza. With sincere regret, I don't think I'll be returning this time...

07/09/2025: At first, it looked like a normal pizzeria from the outside, but as soon as we entered, we realized we'd gotten the wrong place and ended up in Dante's Inferno. The screams of children who seemed to have just emerged from a mental institution and were ready for reformatory. After ordering, we waited as if we were awaiting the death sentence and the end of our destiny. Once the pizzas arrived, everything seemed normal, but at a certain point, I noticed a spot of mold on my pizza, so the waitress kindly remade it, bringing the wrong pizza with sausage and spicy salami added, so after a third time, it was finally okay. In the end, we realized they were trying to kill me, but providence saved me. In the end, they charged me for my pizza, which is not right because in these cases, it should be removed from the bill. Terrible value for money. I never recommend this pizzeria to anyone, unless you want to be among poisoned mushrooms, crawling parasites, bubonic plague, insidious mold, lethal spores, ravenous larvae, condemned to a hellish lunch with no escape. For adrenaline junkies, it might be okay, but for us, one slice of pizza was enough to understand that true terror is served cold (and with a hint of mold). Run away before the real demons serve you the bill.

15/12/2024: Siamo andati in questo posto perché da tempo ne avevamo sentito parlare ,siamo arrivati con grande curiosità e aspettative ma ci ritroviamo a dover fare delle puntualizzazioni . Per quanto riguarda la location ambiente accogliente ,personale poco professionale,per quanto riguarda il cibo gli antipasti buoni anche se troppo moderate le quantità ,j primi il cous cous era buono , le busiate con la salsiccia scarna e i fusilli con la zucca non legavano con il condimento ,i secondi e il dolce ok . Nota dolente per quanto riguarda il vino in quanto telefonicamente mi è stato riferito che era compreso nel prezzo ,invece nel momento del conto ci rendiamo conto che era a parte circa 18 euro la bottiglia . Per quanto mi riguarda non considero professionale e seria un informazione telefonica illusoria. Quando ho riferito al proprietario l accaduto prontamente mi ha risposto che avrebbe richiamato il personale ma credo che nessun impiegato abbia voce in capitolo o prenda iniziativa di questo tipo. Qualità prezzo non proporzionato .

05/10/2025: Total disgrace for home delivery. Poor service in every way. Ordered 2 pizzas and a hot mixed pizza. - The Diavola Pizza, which was supposed to contain (spicy salami, mozzarella, mushrooms, and black olives), arrived as a Margherita. - The Parma Pizza only came with arugula and mushrooms on top, which the menu supposedly contained (mozzarella, prosciutto, and parmesan). - The hot mixed pizza on the menu was a 1-portion pizza with: chips, panelle, croquettes, battered vegetables, Ascoli olives, and mozzarella balls. ** A small tray of chips arrived with exactly 2 potato croquettes and that was it. Ordered at 8:08 PM - the app gave me a preparation and delivery time of around 24-28 minutes, but obviously the time extended to 9:25 PM. Once it arrived...surprise! I found what I found. I called the restaurant, and the gentleman, very upset about the call, told me he'd come pick up everything within 10 minutes and refund me. It's been over an hour since I'm writing this review. Not so much about the money, but rather about the complete rip-off.

08/09/2025: The bill was overcharged, not in line with the menu prices! I paid without any fuss, and thank you, never again! My compliments! The only customer of the evening, perhaps he wanted to get even with me!

05/11/2025: I'm in Trapani for work. I found this pizzeria on The Fork. The busiate and tagliata were top-notch, as was the service. I'll definitely be back. Highly recommended.

03/11/2025: I can say it was a great experience. The caponata was delicious, as was the harlequin paccheri. The fried calamari dish was also very good. My girls had a very good tagliata. Highly recommended!

14/11/2025: First time I've dined at this restaurant and I think it's the last. We had a seafood appetizer that was served within 10 seconds of ordering. There was nothing seafood about it, only the taste of vinegar, and the shrimp in cocktail sauce were hard and old. The ravioli with cream of shellfish were salty, and the ravioli filling was not related to the ravioli itself. I should point out that all the fish was frozen. The wine was recommended to us and was good but very expensive. I was wrong not to ask the price. The dinner was not enjoyed.

13/09/2025: Very comfortable atmosphere both summer and winter, excellent service, and excellent pizza, especially the Villa Paola. It's a shame they don't have draft beer. Ample parking.

26/08/2025: The place is really cute; in the summer, tables are set up outside in a quaint courtyard, surrounded by greenery and lit by pretty strings of fairy lights. It's a real shame about the waitress's "welcome"; as soon as we were seated, she asked us all to choose the same dish "because we only have four burners." When I replied, citing our different needs (one person is vegetarian and the other doesn't eat fish), she replied with an annoyed expression, "Do as you wish, I warned you. Don't complain if you eat separately afterwards."... is this a restaurant or not? 🤣 We ordered two grilled fish and two identical first courses anyway, to make things easier for the kitchen; the other diners chose two other first courses (including vegetarian busiate pasta with basil cream) and a grilled meat. The other waiters were kind and professional, and the wait for our dishes wasn't long. The first courses are good and tasty, the grilled fish is lightly seared (the squid and shrimp are almost raw, so if you don't like it, let us know in advance). The prices are a little high compared to the local average.
