13/08/2026: The pizza was delicious; unlike other experiences, I enjoyed an old-fashioned pizza with no digestive problems, so it was perfectly leavened. The only downside was the location, which is along the road, and could still be used if it weren't for the village of Calatafimi. It gave a feeling of complete abandonment, with kids constantly running around, making the air unbreathable, and the noise so deafening it prevented conversation. Excellent pizza, but the village of Calatafimi is terrible. I won't be back.

30/04/2026: The pizza is good but waiting an hour and a half is excessive, not to mention some rude workers.

02/06/2025: Era da un po' che non andavo al Rustic, il menù offre una quantità di pizze sorprendente, la pizza è di buona qualità, prezzi ragionevoli. Da ritornarci.

21/03/2025: Con una coppia di amici siamo andati al rustic per cenare. Come solito ottima location ambiente ottimo ed accogliente. Antipasto rustic con ottime bruschette e verdure grigliate. Risotto con radicchio e spec, busiate con gamberi e pesto veramente eccellenti. Orata a forno buonissima. Vino bianco frizzantino molto gradevole. Prezzo più che ragionevole, porzioni abbondanti sufficienti tranquillamente per due persone. Torneremo presto
