I had a little trouble finding my accommodation. The Swiss German-speaking owner was incredibly helpful. A very friendly person!! If I ever go back to Salemi, I'll definitely eat here again!!
27/01/2026: Having trekked through much of Italy, I was craving some good ol fashioned chicken after a sea of pork
Happened upon this quiet joint in the small town of Salemi and they made my wish come true.
The chicken wings were fantastic and cooked to perfection. The chicken burger was delicious with the perfect amount of sauce! 10/10 would recommend, a must visit!

04/06/2026: A very tasty Margherita pizza; the tomato sauce is amazing and the dough is nice and fluffy.
The Pizza Vegetariana was also delicious, though more rustic with very coarsely chopped vegetables.
The Pizza Ferrero Sottile was also really nice, a welcome change from the Margherita.
We ate here four times during our vacation.
Cash or card payment is accepted. There's only outdoor seating, and you can make a reservation. However, we highly recommend ordering the pizza to go and eating it on the seawall by the beach. They'll even cut it for you.

Firstly don't give me a plastic cup to drink beer from in a restaurant!
The pizzas lacked taste and had a sold base, reminiscent of cheap supermarket pizzas.

The staff were very friendly and attentive. The pizza is baked in a real wood-fired oven and served in a pizza box. There's a great selection, and the prices are more than fair, especially for Favignana.
28/09/2025: Amazing pizza in a very simple venue, but nice. No table service but it was not a problem for me.Had a Monella with mortadela and pistacchi and it was delicious. They have drinks as well (beer and wine) and vegan options. Recommended to me by locals.

09/03/2026: I was truly thrilled with my experience at Pizzeria Dell'Orso in Calatafimi Segesta! 🍕 The place is welcoming and familiar, perfect for a lovely evening with friends.
The pizza is truly excellent, with fresh, quality ingredients and a light, tasty dough. You can taste the attention to detail in the preparation.
A special thanks also to Aurelia, who served us with kindness, professionalism, and always with a smile, making us feel at ease right away.
The quality-price ratio was also excellent. Definitely a place to return to and one I recommend to anyone passing through Calatafimi Segesta! 👏🍕

02/06/2026: There's a lovely courtyard for dining. Plenty of parking is available. The service is very friendly. The food is excellent, especially the pizza and pasta.

Although we witnessed a birthday celebration (the reason for the wait) and my friend got caught in the bathroom because the birthday boy arrived, the service was excellent and the food was delicious. If you need staff because of all the customers you have, I'd love to work with you so I could eat your food for the rest of my life!

25/04/2026: The food was very good, except for the side dish: the potatoes were inedible, not fresh, and had some "bad" parts (dark spots). I wouldn't offer them to customers when they were unpresentable!
16/02/2026: Good food and excellent pizza, although it used to be better than it is now.
Located in Trapani's historic center, the prices are affordable and the atmosphere is welcoming and quaint.
I recommend it.

The experience was excellent, starting with the option of eating in thanks to the outdoor benches and tables.
We ordered two red pizzas with buffalo mozzarella and were amazed by the quality of the ingredients: the freshness and flavor were truly exceptional, a level rarely found in takeout pizzerias. The wood-fired oven made the dough perfect, confirming the high quality of the ingredients.
Furthermore, the prices are very fair (€7.50 per pizza) and the staff was extremely kind and helpful.
