14/09/2025: Terrible experience. We had ordered pizzas for delivery, but after waiting for over an hour with no news, we had to go pick them up in person.
Furthermore, the children's "patapizza" pizzas were made with baked potatoes instead of fried potatoes, as described.
Disorganized and disappointing service; unfortunately, I don't think we'll order from this pizzeria again.

08/09/2025: Now, I'm not saying the negative reviews on this page are untrue. I'll just say that there's a good chance the authors of those reviews haven't understood the essence of this restaurant. This probably isn't the right place for a family dinner. It's definitely the perfect spot if your evening went something like this: we were a group of 10 people of various ethnicities, leaving Alcamo Marina at 7:30 PM, arriving at the Selinunte Archaeological Park at 8:30 PM, where we visited the Temple of Hera for free, scrounged a buffet at a small art exhibition, and attended an Asteroids concert. All this with approximately eleven and a quarter liters of Peroni, in handy 75cl bottles (Lidl size). Keep this detail in mind; we'll need it later.
The concert ends, and at 12:37 AM we decide to go get some cannoli.
We set off for Partanna, drawn by the presence of "Cremeria d'Italia" (which I suggest updating its opening hours). Fortunately, we found the aforementioned pastry shop closed, so we first spotted the bar and then the pizzeria (it was 1:14 AM). The waitresses not only told us we could order pizzas, but also that we could sit down and, more importantly, they didn't mind the aforementioned leftover beer.
By 1:47 AM, I had finished enjoying the eponymous pizza, which was truly excellent, with truly flavorful eggplant. A companion of mine also introduced me to the Porcellina, which was also delicious.
I hope that after this report, you've understood the high quality of this place and are able to give the negative reviews their due weight.

06/08/2025: went here expecting a lovely dinner. after waiting for a little while to be seated we where neglected for 20 minutes at which point we asked if we could order. staff was slightly rude and said "1 minute" then disappeared off to the restaurant, before serving other tables for the next 10 minutes. despite this claim we waited another 10 for this sham of a restaurant to serve us, which they never did as we less. we felt invinsible and the whole restaurant was pretentious. also the staff were generally rude.
Only consolation was that they gave me the stuff I forgot when I left.

Servizio ottimo con camerieri disponibili e presenti in sala per tutta la serata.

10/06/2025: Una domenica sera, pizze ordinate per le 21:00, dopo aver reclamato il problema le pizze sono state preparate alle 22.55.
Due ore di attesa e pizze pietose, sapevano solo di lievito!
Non consiglio.

30/09/2024: Cenato molto bene, piatti belli da guardare, buoni profumi, sapori accostati davvero bene che invogliavano alla forchettata successiva. Freschezza degli ingredienti. Bella la location peccato per il chiasso degli altri clienti soprattutto le tavolate di anziani arzilli che si levano in piedi a far cabaret andrebbero tenuti a bada perché veramente fastidiosi.
18/09/2024: Locale carino, abbastanza informale, che ti mette subito a tuo agio. Personale gentile e accogliente… il signor Vito molto affabile. Noi siamo andati a colpo sicuro avendo prenotato il giorno prima l’aragosta (mi raccomando, se la volete dovete prenotare in anticipo), che abbiamo gustato a zuppa (preparazione tradizionale di Marettimo) e con le busiate…entrambe ottime, per non parlare dell’aragosta…una prelibatezza da 800 grammi…inoltre, per tamponare l’attesa ( i tempi per preparare i piatti espressi ci vogliono), ci hanno offerto delle ottime bruschette al pesto trapanese (l’agghia)…
Il prezzo è stato ottimo, considerando i prezzi medi dei piatti a base di aragosta.
Insomma, super consigliato!!

28/09/2024: Wir reisen mehrmals jährlich an die Westküste Siziliens. 1 x pro Aufenthalt ist für uns mittlerweile der Besuch bei Pizza-Chef in Marausa „Pflicht“😋!Uns ist die Pizzeria vor Jahren empfohlen worden, besonders wegen der Pizza Trapanese und der Pizza Frutti di Mare. Beide Top.
Besonders gern sitzen wir im renovierten Innenhof, aber auch im Lokal ist es angenehm.
Tatsache ist, dass wir in Deutschland oft eine Pizza-Pause einlegen und freuen uns sehr auf einen erneuten Besuch in Marausa.
21/09/2024: Ci siamo fermati a mangiare la pizza sulla strada verso l'aeroporto di Trapani per prendere il nostro volo di rientro a Bologna. La pizza Margherita e la pizza Trapanese erano buonissime :l'impasto era croccante e il bordo alto ma non come quella napoletana. Erano entrambe molto condite con ottimi ingredienti. Sorpresa gradita (non mi era mai capitato) è stata trovare le pizze già tagliate a quadrotti, una vera comodità!

15/12/2024: Siamo andati in questo posto perché da tempo ne avevamo sentito parlare ,siamo arrivati con grande curiosità e aspettative ma ci ritroviamo a dover fare delle puntualizzazioni . Per quanto riguarda la location ambiente accogliente ,personale poco professionale,per quanto riguarda il cibo gli antipasti buoni anche se troppo moderate le quantità ,j primi il cous cous era buono , le busiate con la salsiccia scarna e i fusilli con la zucca non legavano con il condimento ,i secondi e il dolce ok . Nota dolente per quanto riguarda il vino in quanto telefonicamente mi è stato riferito che era compreso nel prezzo ,invece nel momento del conto ci rendiamo conto che era a parte circa 18 euro la bottiglia . Per quanto mi riguarda non considero professionale e seria un informazione telefonica illusoria. Quando ho riferito al proprietario l accaduto prontamente mi ha risposto che avrebbe richiamato il personale ma credo che nessun impiegato abbia voce in capitolo o prenda iniziativa di questo tipo.
