31/07/2024: The very kind owner recommended the seafood sauce to us. Excellent advice!! The dishes are super abundant, the fish excellent. For dessert we had a seadas, made by the owner's mother. Exquisite. Served half with honey and half with sugar, as suggested by the owner. We ate very well!!! Thank you!!

27/08/2024: We came for an emergency at the Nuoro hospital late and we came here because it was the only pizzeria open. We arrived at 10.50pm and they made me three pizzas without any problems, with a very good Sardinian atmosphere and the most important: the pizzas are delicious!! Thanks Gigi 😉

15/08/2024: If you want to eat real Roman cuisine, you can't miss coming to the Roman osteria of Selargius, every dish is a delicacy, the waiters are always smiling and careful not to let you miss anything, very kind and quick in service, all the dishes are very generous and the prices accessible to everyone, I will definitely return.

15/08/2024: Nice place with the possibility of eating outside and inside even if there was an excessive presence of bees, ordered a cut and Roman chicory, all of which arrived in a few minutes, it was noted that the serving was small, which needed to be cut further given the ribbed parts of the meat which arrived cut into slices with medium cooking. Once the uneatable part has been removed, there is very little left to enjoy. The chicory arrives and I notice from chewing it that it is inedible. We have it brought back asking why they cooked the stems and not the softer parts of the chicory. We ask them to cook it further upon arrival we note that there is no possibility of tasting it. we pay the bill by asking for feedback from a person at the cash register who understands little with the eastern inflection the cooking method and the real Roman chicory, he points out to us that the cook and Sardinian but this does not establish the carelessness of the courses and the carelessness of the dish, we hope for greater attention towards customers given the name and responsibility that Roman cuisine carries with it.

07/08/2024: Good pizza, too noisy environment, non-existent air conditioning in some parts of the place, friendly staff, but as often happens they prefer local people and not tourists.

05/08/2024: The pizzas are not bad, but sometimes burnt or too salty. The older cook, on the other hand, was not very friendly and unpleasant. The girls are kind and helpful. The venue is large and informal. Pizza can be eaten on site or taken away.

23/06/2024: Delicious pizza, with semi-wholemeal dough, very light, you're full but not weighed down, a really rare thing when you eat a pizza! Excellent ingredients and flavor combinations. Very kind and helpful staff. Pizzeria for take-away only but in the restaurant there are some tables both inside and outside where you can easily sit and eat it on the spot. Not far from the center. I highly recommend it to anyone!!!!! Really great pizzeria!!!!

30/08/2024: My first time going...!! A friend brought me....and I must say that I had a good time!! Having been on a Monday ... where all the pizzerias are closed ... or almost ... the pizza is good ... very fine ... and tasty !! Excellent quality service - price !! .....I recommend it to everyone!! Friendly staff...in all and very professional!!

29/08/2024: Happened by chance upon arrival at the airport. We found welcoming staff and excellent food. The first ones were all superlative!

29/08/2024: Disappointing. Today in the morning, tired from traveling, we ordered a cappuccino and croissant. The fresh water cappuccino without foam and taste not to mention the frozen croissant. You can only find this when you travel by plane but there it has an excuse as it is in the air and not on the ground called "bar". Paid just over six euros given away

27/08/2024: Uninteresting pizza, supposedly prepared with better quality ingredients, but frankly it doesn't smell on the plate. The dough isn't particularly good either. All at an excessive price for a pizza, in an otherwise uninteresting setting either.
