A varied menu, something for all tastes! Fresh, freshly prepared dishes, with generous portions.
Elegant and well-kept restaurant, courteous and professional service!

12/11/2025: The overall experience was decent, but with its ups and downs. The meat wasn't particularly flavorful or tender, and the fries were too greasy, probably because they were cooked in less-than-fresh oil. The accompanying focaccia, however, was a positive: it was truly delicious, fragrant, and well-seasoned. Overall, a place that could improve significantly with a little more attention to the quality and cooking of the main dishes.

05/07/2025: This place is beautifully designed inside and had the best pizza I’ve had in all of Italy. We have been in Italy two weeks and wanted a final pizza before returning back to the United States and found this place. So delicious! And owners are super cool. Highly recommend!
20/06/2025: Very cozy and very good pizzas. We ordered starters as well, and I really recommend the fried scampis. Nice and very friendly personal.

24/10/2025: Wonderful restaurant! The pizza is out of this world! Every meal we had here was delicious and the service was excellent. Friendly and welcoming. We were there somewhat off season, but many people still came from other towns and the restaurant still had good business. I highly recommend this place.
07/10/2025: Well, what can I say! We spent a wonderful family evening in this wonderful, yet familiar place. We've known Filippo for many years now, and he never disappoints! Friendliness, kindness, and great professionalism...number 1! The best in Stintino...delicious food and great customer service. When we decide to spend a carefree evening and eat well, the sarago is always our first choice...thank you so much, and see you soon!

Absurd prices and ridiculous surcharge policy.

I'm shocked: two perfectly normal pizzas, ordered directly from a neighborhood pizzeria,
cost me a whopping 30 euros.
But the most ridiculous thing was discovering that I was charged an extra 2.50 euros for adding the premium mozzarella!
😅🤔👨🍳
Now, simple question: where did the regular mozzarella go? Has it evaporated? Has it become a luxury item? Maybe they keep it in a safe, who knows.
considering we're talking about pizzas,
NOT STAR-STARRED DISHES.
Exorbitant and uncontrolled prices, unjustified surcharges, and frankly ridiculous!

Quality doesn't always justify the price: a good pizza should remain affordable, and not become a luxury!

08/12/2025: We had dinner here one evening in late June as a couple. We had a plate of culurgiones with butter and sage, which were truly delicious, and a pizza capricciosa for my husband. I don't usually order pizza on vacation because I have rather high standards, but here it was so good that, which is unusual for us, I wanted to come back the next evening to try one.
The staff is large and attentive. We especially thank Laura, who made us change seats midway through dinner so we could watch the European Championship match, and the bartender who rushed our order!
In short, if you're in Stintino, don't worry—you'll have a great time, both for the food and the excellent service!

Finding him back in his restaurant after so many years at Tanka Village, preparing his legendary sorbets and crepes Suzette and entertaining his customers was like stepping back in time. 16/10/2025: 2017 review: Excellent price, equally excellent quality. Try the 4 Mori pizza! Definitely worth returning (we drove 80 km to return two nights later 😄).
2025 update: New management, renovated restaurant. We're delighted to return; the 4 Mori pizza is still very good. Prices have obviously gone up, but that's normal with inflation.
