25/03/2025: If I may make a note, it is the following: I ordered two glasses of wine which I chose from many. The wine was brought to me but it was poured behind the scenes and not in front of me as it should be done. I have to see if the wine poured is the one ordered so I have to see the bottle while the wine is being poured for me. Then perhaps due to inattention I felt that at the other tables they indicated the recommended dishes of the day and at our table they didn't, but I guess it was an inattention, it doesn't matter

25/02/2025: Pleasant discovery. Excellent dough, well-seasoned pizzas, very quick to prepare. I tried pizza, small pizzas and super small pizzas. I've always gotten takeout because I travel, and it's always been very good. Compliments.

04/02/2025: Good pizza, we went at 7pm without booking but they welcomed us anyway, giving us an hour of table previously booked for 8pm. Pizza served immediately and eaten with gusto, being 1st February the day of Carrasegare there were a lot of people for takeaway and with only one person taking the controls both at the counter and at the tables, making cash and being the bartender with all the confusion that was there he served everything very well. Too bad we're not in the area to revisit

18/01/2025: Nothing special, the ideas for the dishes would also be good but the execution is a bit revisable. decent spaghetti with bottarga and clams, very dry. Very chewy octopus, good potato cream, the calamarata only tasted of lime, good tuna tartare, but if you don't like pineapple, don't because being mixed with pineapple it isn't actually that good, the taste of the fruit is decidedly stronger . 22/03/2025: Today we went to dinner at this pizza restaurant, we had two pizzas, one seafood and one clover, one beer for 0.40 and one dessert. The staff was very kind, the pizzas were very, very good, we were only disappointed by the nougat dessert, maybe we were unlucky... price of dinner €51.50. We will definitely return.

14/04/2025: If you happen to be in the area you absolutely must try this restaurant. Typical Sardinian cuisine and very fresh products. The lady who served us (I think also the owner) was kind and welcoming. We will definitely be back 😍

09/04/2025: Kind staff. We ate spaghetti allo scoglio which was recommended because it was made with fresh fish but unfortunately the pasta seemed pre-cooked and the fish had just come out of the freezer so much so that the mussels on the plate were cold. Given the season in which there is not a huge influx of customers, we would have expected a more attentive cuisine.

21/03/2025: I recently visited La Risacca and the experience was simply excellent. The food is of an extraordinary quality, with fresh dishes prepared with top quality ingredients. Each course was a pleasure for the palate, well balanced in flavors and attention to detail. The staff is highly qualified, always available and professional, ready to offer advice on the dishes and to ensure that every request is met. The atmosphere is welcoming and the service impeccable, making the meal even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend La Risacca to anyone looking for a high-level culinary experience. A great choice for a special dinner or for an evening of good food and excellent service.

22/12/2024: In a world where everyone thinks they are chefs and even the latest arrival offers unlikely gourmet pizzas for 18, 20, 22 euros, if you want to eat pizza with the taste of the past (now unobtainable) at the prices of twenty years ago you absolutely have to do a visit to this pizzeria. To underline the kindness of the owner who always finds time to have a chat with customers. Lastly, the pizzottella, the Nutella pizza which is offered as a dessert, is delicious.

13/11/2024: Prenotate in tempo altrimenti non riuscite a trovare posto. Che ordinate pizza o piatti con pesce, sicuramente finito il pasto uscirete soddisfatti e ritornerete. Era tutto squisito, dolce compreso. Personale molto gentile e simpatico. Molto buono anche il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Lo consiglio.

26/03/2025: Passage in March 2025, table just for 6 people but we didn't eat from the neighbor's plate either. Very pleasant staff even if, here too, they are rather expeditious. It's more of a pizzeria than a restaurant but nothing to complain about the dishes we had in terms of quality and quantity. A good address.

23/03/2025: The pizza dough in this last period is tasteless and undercooked without salt.
