Feels like home... A truly quaint place in the center of Taviano. Vico degli Sceptici is always a guarantee: high-quality, carefully crafted dishes with a strong connection to the local area make every experience authentic and enjoyable. The staff is always kind and welcoming, making you feel immediately at ease. Every time we return, we truly feel at home. Highly recommended!

Last night, I went to Vico Degli Scettici for the first time. The atmosphere is rustic, and one room even had a fireplace, creating a lovely atmosphere. The staff were very friendly, and the food was delicious!!! I highly recommend it... 😊

We went to this place for lunch with a colleague. The place was very well-kept and had a simple yet elegant style. They brought us appetizers and fried food, and everything was very much appreciated. It was really well prepared. The owner was very friendly and offered us coffee. It seems trivial, but it actually works great. If I ever pass by this place for work or vacation, I'll definitely stop by again to try the rest of the menu.

Honestly, I was skeptical about going in, and... I was right. The service was good, the waitress was friendly, the pizza was good, and easy to digest, but the appetizer portion didn't seem to be of high quality. I also had the feeling the place lacked cleanliness, especially the dusty light bulbs in the bathroom, plugged into a multiple socket.

23/09/2025: A casual spot near the Castro Marina beach. Excellent food, well-served. I had the puccia with fried octopus, which was spectacular! The puccia is made fresh by them and stays crispy throughout the meal...truly sublime!

08/04/2026: Wonderful little restaurant and bar in the heart of Lecce- the owner and the staff are very nice and the food incredible- best soup of my life: chickpeas, lentils, cicorie-vegetables….
07/04/2026: Definitely on my stop back list. Great house wine, meatballs, smoked salmon, atmosphere and staff.
