03/11/2025: We stumbled upon this pizzeria by chance, looking for a well-reviewed place to eat a good pizza after returning from Brindisi airport. We were pleasantly surprised: excellent selection and high-quality ingredients! The pizza 🍕 was truly excellent, a must-try! We also tried the porchetta—delicious, we highly recommend it! The service was impeccable: the staff were kind, attentive, and smiling, making the experience even more enjoyable. We'll definitely be back!

25/08/2025: We found it somewhat by chance while on vacation in Cagnano Varano during the week of August 15th 2025, and we returned a second time before returning home. The pizzas, paposce, grilled vegetables, and baked cacio cheese were delicious! The service was attentive, welcoming, and cheerful. We'll definitely be back on our next trip to Puglia! 23/08/2025: The pizza of a lifetime!!!!! When my boyfriend and I crave a good pizza, our first thought is this wonderful place, L'Ammiraglio. Exceptional staff: fast, helpful, extremely kind, quality is not to be taken for granted, in fact... practically perfection. In addition to the pizza and paposcia, which I dare say are amazing, the waiters and the pizza chef always have a smile on their face, even when the place is packed. They always manage to cheer you up despite having so many things to do. As far as I'm concerned, a wonderful place, the best. If you have the chance, stop by, you won't regret it. One of the few places that in August (when you can't understand anything) still treats you with kid gloves. Well done, keep it up!!!! (We love L'Ammiraglio and the Americana, not to mention the Bronte, delicious!!!) ❤️❤️

03/11/2025: A very positive experience. I brought some friends from the north to try some of our local dishes, and they absolutely loved them. A special mention goes to the wait staff (Carmelo and Alexia in particular), who were truly impeccable. My compliments!

12/11/2025: A place that can only be described as "family-friendly," from the appetizer, through everyone's kindness, to the bill. Delicious dishes, cooked with a passion for tradition that shines through, but above all, without the pretension of having to prove anything. The restaurant's 34 years of business speak volumes. The panna cotta and donuts are world-class. If you're in the area, it's definitely worth a detour.

23/11/2025: Well, I have to say it right away: La Ruota in Copertino is the TOP. We're not talking about "eating well," we eat WELL here, with a capital W! We've been coming back for lunch and dinner for three days now, and every time is a confirmation. The service is impeccable, guys. Fast, attentive, kind... kudos to the entire staff. They leave you wanting for nothing. Then, the food: The shrimp risotto? Amazing, creamy, and flavorful. I swear, it's a spectacle. The fried fish? Dry, crispy, and incredibly light. If you're in the area and want to eat fresh fish cooked to perfection, this is the place. Well done, well done, well done. See you soon!

23/11/2025: It was a truly positive experience. I had the opportunity to try several dishes and found them all excellent. The owner was very helpful, and the meatballs in tomato sauce and the pizzas deserve a special mention.
