01/10/2025: Pizza for dinner with a large family group. The staff was very patient and kind. Considering the number of people, I expected a long wait, but the pizzas arrived rather quickly. Good selection, and the pizzas were delicious! The cold cuts were also good. It's definitely worth it.

25/09/2025: We went for dinner with friends, recommended by acquaintances, as they also offer gluten-free options. While the "regular" pizzas are good, the same can't be said for the gluten-free one, which was the usual crust with the usual gluten-free flavor. I give the food 4 stars because the battered vegetables and gluten-free fries were very good. The service was very courteous, although a bit "aseptic," likely due to the need to vacate the tables quickly to accommodate other guests.

23/10/2025: The pizza was truly amazing. There was a huge selection of special combinations that you can't find everywhere. The service was also good, attentive, and friendly. The prices were more than fair; for example, a bottle of wine started at €12. The only thing that bothered us was the ambiance with its plastic chairs and a less than cozy atmosphere. But the food is definitely recommended!

11/09/2025: Albarosa Pizzeria Gastronomia has become a go-to place for me. I often get takeout pizzas, even by the meter, and they never disappoint. The dough is light and flavorful, the toppings always generous and well-balanced. The quality is evident in every bite. And I say this as a Neapolitan: the pizza here is truly delicious! Highly recommended for anyone who wants to enjoy excellent pizza made the right way.

Just yesterday I went there with some friends who aren't local, and they were thrilled with both the quality of the food and the professionalism of the team, not to mention the extraordinary kindness of the owner. The atmosphere was so welcoming that my friends and I didn't want to leave. Everyone loved the food. The photos are just a tiny fraction of the Salento delicacies we tasted. 01/11/2025: We ate sea food Risotto, which was super salty. The waiter gave an impression he was friendly - he said he'd worked there for more than 30 years and asked where we came from, if this was the first time in Bari, etc. But at the end, he directly asked us to tip him. Tipping is not expected in Italy. In fact, a service fee of €2.50 was already included in the bill, the extra tips he asked for were for himself - the cashier scanned my card and put a bill aside for him. The waiter's behaviour has completely changed our impression of him. Be careful, every "friendly gesture" may cause a price.

29/09/2025: Dogs not accepted. In 2025, it makes me laugh, but everyone does what they want in their own home. See you in 15 years when I no longer have a dog.
