06/01/2026: I've been coming to Freestate for several years, and the experience is always incredible, in every way. It's a superior pizzeria, where the quality of the dishes is truly unique: from the rich and well-designed appetizers to the house pizzas, spectacular in their flavor, quality, and originality. It's a confirmation every time. I've had the opportunity to experience it for dinner, lunch, and even as a bar, and at every moment of the day, the place maintains high standards and consistent quality. The pizzas are made with excellent ingredients, carefully crafted doughs, and never-ending combinations, while the appetizers perfectly round out the experience. The staff is very kind and friendly, always attentive and helpful. A special mention goes to the owners, Gianfranco and Max, who are incredibly personable and create a family-friendly and authentic atmosphere that makes you want to return. The place is very large, with ample indoor and outdoor space, and is also very characteristic, perfect for both evenings with friends and more relaxed moments. The prices are absolutely in line with what's offered: quality, quantity, and attention to detail fully justify the price. I've been there many times and will definitely return. A highly recommended place, reliable over time and capable of surprising every time. 🍕🔥

15/10/2025: We had takeaway pizzas there and they were absolutely delicious! The crust is perfect, there is a lot of fresh and qualitative ingredients on it, it was perfect! The restaurant looked like a nice place to eat to, and the staff were very sweet. Thank you so much 🍕🙏🏻

26/01/2026: I used to go there as a child, and after more than 40 years, I'm back! The fried calzone is always delicious, along with many other typical pizzeria dishes. Prices are modest, but you have to accept that the place doesn't offer much seating. But then again, that's the beauty of a fried pizza: eating it piping hot while standing with a good beer!

Highly recommended for both those who love the classic Margherita and those who want to try more unique flavors, and I recommend the Mario Rosé Tuna and Onion. Excellent value. Finally, a pizza that holds its shape: the slice stays straight and crispy, without the toppings falling everywhere, as unfortunately often happens elsewhere. Consistent, delicious quality and a super reasonable price. You never disappoint, keep up the good work!

25/01/2026: The Salento fork: ravioli with caciocavallo fondue, out of this world! Perfect fresh pasta, delicious filling, and a creamy, enveloping fondue—truly irresistible. Making everything even better is the excellent staff, kind, attentive, and always smiling. A complete experience, definitely worth repeating. 👏🍽️

12/02/2026: Diavola pizza (€9.00) with the addition of gorgonzola +€2.50.......diavola pizza without mozzarella always and in any case €9.00........1 lt. Coca Cola €7.00. Prices 'Milan to drink' 😅 really exaggerated

21/09/2025: A place to feel good – highly recommended I spent a few days at La Giara Risto Relais and can highly recommend my stay. As a single woman traveling alone, it was especially important to me to feel safe and well looked after – and that was exactly the case here from the very first minute. The room was exceptionally clean, tastefully furnished, and meticulously maintained down to the last detail. I also really liked the quiet, somewhat secluded location. Parking was available right next to the rooms. What made the stay special was the warmth of the hosts. The Italian mentality – open, warm, and familiar – was palpable at all times. I felt welcome, safe, and completely at home in every way. If you're looking for clean, quiet accommodations with genuine Italian hospitality, this is the place for you. I would love to come back.
