10/11/2025: The formula is very simple: order, wait, eat. The lack of wait staff is completely irrelevant, as there's no cover charge or service charge added to the bill. The place is well-kept, and the Simpsons theme is sure to put a smile on your face. The pucce are recommended, well-filled and made with quality ingredients. The wait varies greatly depending on the number of customers in the room, which isn't excessively long. A more than valid alternative to the usual fast food chains, which often leave something to be desired in certain respects. Recommended for those who want a treat without spending the entire evening sitting in a restaurant or pub.

24/09/2025: I went to the grill restaurant: beautiful, refined, quiet atmosphere, excellent prices, excellent meat, attentive and friendly staff. A small note about the bombette, which were a bit below the rest of the meat, which was truly sublime (even the cooking). The bombette score: 6.5; the rest of the meat and side dishes score between 8 and 9. Recommended.

01/05/2025: Torno abitualmente in questo ristorante ed ogni volta provo la stessa gioia dei bimbi di fronte a propri giocattoli preferiti. Antipasto misto di mare di quattro portate tra cui spicca il sartasciniello ( tipico piatto dei 5 reali siti) rivisitato con polipo. Il troccolo allo scoglio da menzione d'onore. Neanche stavolta lo spazio per la loro mitologica frittura. Però per onorare la festa buonissimo semifreddo amarena. Un rosato IgT per brindare al lavoro di tutti e in particolare di Franco, Gabriella e il loro staff. Antipasti, primi, dolci e vino 40 euro a testa: ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Non lasciatevi ingannare dalla location semplice: il pranzo vale il viaggio ( io faccio 30 km). Temo che perché la sera è una pizzeria sia sottovalutato come ristorante, invece...

29/04/2025: Location non proprio esaltante ma cucina (pizza e primi piatti) indubbiamente di qualità. Peccato di essere capitati in una serata "no" (voglio sperare...) perchè il servizio è stato molto al di sotto degli standard per l'attesa lunghissima a cui siamo stati costretti. Il proprietario però si è fatto perdonare con uno sconto finale e - soprattutto - con un primo piatto di cucina locale (a me destinato) davvero delizioso. I costi? Correttissimi.

23/09/2025: A casual spot near the Castro Marina beach. Excellent food, well-served. I had the puccia with fried octopus, which was spectacular! The puccia is made fresh by them and stays crispy throughout the meal...truly sublime!

25/11/2025: A fantastic experience, a charming setting where silence reigns supreme. The staff was truly courteous, answering all our questions thoroughly and helping us choose some dishes. We opted for a meat-based menu, consisting of a tasting of mixed appetizers, two first courses, a second course, two side dishes, and two desserts, accompanied by water and drinks. The dishes are exquisite, to say the least. The price, in my opinion, is in line with what's offered. We had such a great time that we'll probably return, this time for a seafood-only option. If you're looking for good food in an intimate and quiet setting, you've come to the right place!

03/11/2025: I went to this historic pizzeria on the recommendation of a friend because I like to eat in different places (pubs, pizzerias, restaurants, etc.) and I ordered a sausage pizza. The pizza base was decent, but the quality of the mozzarella, in particular, didn't meet my expectations. I did, however, like the location.

29/11/2025: Very good quality, but the quantity is a bit limited. I liked the product: excellent materials/quality. The only negative is the quantity, which I expected to be a bit more. Everything else was great! The service was excellent, and the waiter was helpful and friendly!

18/10/2025: I absolutely love Portento Pizza! 🍕 The crust is perfectly baked and soft inside with a lovely crisp outside. Their ingredients are always fresh, and the flavors are so well balanced. You can really taste the quality and care they put into every pizza. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the place has a cozy atmosphere that makes you want to come back again and again. 04/09/2025: Great, cute place. Young, energetic staff. Very close to the center, we went for breakfast: so many choices, in addition to the pasticciotti, the tettee della monaca are exceptional (the best I've ever eaten!). The bread is also varied and refined.

Absolutely disappointing service and biblical wait times (from a seated table) despite being half-empty... very, very disorganized in terms of service and, I think, in terms of the kitchen too... very disappointing... prices not in line with the service offered...

23/11/2025: Sapore perfetto is a restaurant-pizzeria located on the outskirts of Conversano, known for various web articles, praised for the stars it has received... So much so that we wanted to try it, but it was a huge disappointment... The restaurant has a large interior and very pretty historic stone rooms. The pizza and the ingredients used are good, but not excellent! Nothing to dislike about pizzerias of the same quality that I've already reviewed. But the terrifying thing is the service! Upon entry, we were greeted by the owner, a self-important, grumpy, and immodest man. While inviting us to sit outside (despite our reservations) with a line of people waiting in the cold last night, he behaved arrogantly towards a pizza chef and a waitress (he treated them like slaves under his dominion/power). We were seated 20 minutes later and, by regulation, were allowed to stay for a maximum of 1.5 hours. The dining room was packed, an indescribable chaos that the waitresses didn't know how to manage. If you don't know how to manage so many people in different shifts, don't be so boastful and say you have 1,000 covers per evening! Pizzas arrived first for guests who arrived later, and some gentlemen who arrived well before us were waiting for over half an hour. While we waited (an interminable wait) for our pizzas, the waitresses came by every minute to rush us to clear the tables because others were waiting. They asked if everything had arrived, not out of courtesy or kindness, but to pressure us to leave. We ate so quickly for fear of being kicked out, and afterward, we had terrible stomach aches. Not to mention the bathrooms! Extremely narrow and low, an obese person would struggle, as would a disabled person! The icing on the cake: this pizzeria has only ever welcomed people dressed "like rich people." For the elderly or anyone who wants to eat a pizza in peace and doesn't want/can afford certain things, this place is not recommended. Needless to say, I will neither recommend nor return to this place! You have to be humble and grateful!

The food is authentic and full of flavor, from perfectly cooked pasta to wood-fired pizzas and delicious seafood. They also offer a great selection of wines that pair perfectly with every dish. The atmosphere is cozy and lively, and the staff are friendly, welcoming, and truly passionate about what they do. Tips: – Make a reservation in advance — the restaurant is very popular, especially in the evenings. – If you want to try a traditional panzerotto, come on Tuesday — it’s the only day they make it, and it’s absolutely worth it! Highly recommended for anyone who wants to experience real Italian food like a local!

30/11/2025: A welcoming atmosphere, with attentive service from the friendly, courteous, and highly professional staff, supported by the kitchen, which serves traditional dishes while maintaining old traditions with innovative touches without being overly pretentious. The entire establishment is run by a family that has grown up with the public. Prices are normal and don't increase due to tourism.

23/11/2025: A quiet little place just outside Locorotondo. Good appetizers, fast service, and fair prices. The house wine is a little tart, but it depends on your taste. The mixed roast meat is good; I recommend the appetizers. The pizza is worth trying.
