05/10/2025: Both the pizza and the fried foods are remarkable. The beer selection is limited. The service needs rethinking, with unclear roles, overlapping staff, and unanswered requests. The impression is of a disjointed team. The space is too large, with no attempt at soundproofing, and the loud voices echo, making it tiring to stay. We'll try again when it's more established...

02/10/2025: I go back often and want to go back soon. The staff is polite, professional, and just the right amount of friendly. And finally, the desserts are top-notch.

09/10/2025: Great variety of products, especially panzerotti. The food is decent, but the counter is a bit lacking in organization, making it a bit confusing, perhaps due to the high influx of customers. Quite satisfied.

30/09/2025: Another iconic spot on the culinary map of Bari. To order, first grab a ticket with a number, wait to be called (it's also lit on the board above the bar), place your order, then wait to be called to the cashier, pay, and wait to be called when your food is ready for pickup. You can eat in or take it away. The staff doesn't speak much English, but you can get by. Plus, they're friendly. The selection of pizzas and other dishes is huge. I recommend this place 🙂

01/05/2025: Torno abitualmente in questo ristorante ed ogni volta provo la stessa gioia dei bimbi di fronte a propri giocattoli preferiti. Antipasto misto di mare di quattro portate tra cui spicca il sartasciniello ( tipico piatto dei 5 reali siti) rivisitato con polipo. Il troccolo allo scoglio da menzione d'onore. Neanche stavolta lo spazio per la loro mitologica frittura. Però per onorare la festa buonissimo semifreddo amarena. Un rosato IgT per brindare al lavoro di tutti e in particolare di Franco, Gabriella e il loro staff. Antipasti, primi, dolci e vino 40 euro a testa: ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Non lasciatevi ingannare dalla location semplice: il pranzo vale il viaggio ( io faccio 30 km). Temo che perché la sera è una pizzeria sia sottovalutato come ristorante, invece...

29/04/2025: Location non proprio esaltante ma cucina (pizza e primi piatti) indubbiamente di qualità. Peccato di essere capitati in una serata "no" (voglio sperare...) perchè il servizio è stato molto al di sotto degli standard per l'attesa lunghissima a cui siamo stati costretti. Il proprietario però si è fatto perdonare con uno sconto finale e - soprattutto - con un primo piatto di cucina locale (a me destinato) davvero delizioso. I costi? Correttissimi.

03/10/2025: The staff's service was excellent. I'm a foreigner and wanted to try a typical local dish, and I loved their recommendation. Excellent flavor. The photos don't do it justice. Everything was flavorful and juicy. The portions were adequate. The price seemed very low for the high quality of the food. 100/10 Highly recommended.

28/09/2025: I would give the quality of the food a 0, you can't eat fried food that was hard and frozen, the rest I ate was tasteless, quality, price and location, for me it's worth 0.

08/10/2025: We had lunch at this restaurant during a visit to Lecce. The beef burger was super good, the orecchiette with tomato sauce and delicious meatballs were delicious, the octopus with a soft and tasty sauce was tender, and the sausages were excellent. The waiter was kind and professional.

12/10/2025: After booking for Sunday lunch, we were told we'd have to wait because the table was occupied. The restaurant's reputation is evident in its appearance.

07/10/2025: Spectacular cuisine. You could absolutely see the love in every course. Generous dishes in a spectacular location near the Taranto bridge. It's best to book a table in advance.

12/09/2025: Fresh bread, focaccia, and croissants made with the highest-quality ingredients. Extremely hygienic, and equally friendly and courteous service. Highly recommended.

04/10/2025: We went for dinner on a super stormy evening. The food was very good - can recommend the octopus, and the langoustine pasta was excellent. Pistachio dessert was also fantastic.

26/09/2025: Unfortunately, the view is the only thing that's best about this place. The pizza was soggy, the fried fish was unfortunately limp, and the fries tasted like fish. The outrageous thing is that a liter of house wine on the menu cost €8, and I was charged €5 for a glass. When we asked, we received no explanation from either the waiter or the owner. What a pity... I can't recommend it.

26/09/2025: No service, terrible quality. A liter of house wine costs 8 euros on their menu, and they asked us 5 euros for a glass. The owner was unable to answer our question.

08/08/2025: Very small environment with only a few tables but characteristic and welcoming, pizzas all in all good apart from a little burnt on the edge, quality price much above average for being in a non-tourist town, as is now the case in many establishments throughout the national territory from north to south the cost of a bottle of mineral water is around €6.00 per litre, recommended

03/10/2025: Here you can eat the best Parmigiana in the world!!! We had dinner at this neat and clean restaurant... for starters, we had Parmigiana (exceptional) and a Ciccio (white pizza), followed by swordfish with lemon, sea bream in a stew, and fried seafood...very fresh fish and delicious fried seafood. After a smoked pizza and another Ciccio... tiramisu (homemade) and a sorbet, two bottles of water, and a cover charge for two... total €60. Exceptional food, spotlessly clean, super welcoming and attentive staff. This place will be a regular stop.

01/10/2025: We came here on the recommendation of our host, and we don't regret it! The gentleman who greeted us and served us was very kind and helpful. On our first visit, we chose the pizza, which had the perfect dough and excellent ingredients. We decided to go back a second time and try the pasta; it was delicious!

13/10/2025: This was the best place to eat we found in Bari. Unfortunately, it was our last evening in the city. Spaghetti al assassinata are marvellous. They are must try.You can order them little spicy with a ball of fresh mozzarella. Don't be surprised they are burnt, this is how they have to be. Artichokes carpaccio is really delicious, and their home red Primitivo wine is tasty and at a really affordable price.

22/10/2025: When chance turns into luck! We stopped in on a Sunday, coming up from the deep south, very hungry but with no idea where to eat. While searching, we found this place. When we first walked in, it seemed a little swanky, but as soon as the waiters approached, we realized they were simply professional, yet human. Impeccable service, fast despite the packed crowd, and above all, EVERYTHING WAS DELICIOUS. I'm originally from Puglia, and the orecchiette with turnip tops I ordered took me back to my grandmother's house. Finally, the price was top-notch, more than reasonable considering the market and the quality. Highly recommended (I'll definitely be back!)
