I migliori ristoranti di cucina pizza e pasta in Puglia

25/05/2025: Uno schiaffo all’ospitalità,abbiamo scelto la pizzeria venusia per break domenicale . Attirati anche dal menù fisso . Ci accodiamo e ordiniamo 3 pizze e un menu . Arrivano le pizze discutibili (il prosciutto solitamente va tagliato sottile ) l’impasto contemporaneo ma c’è una notevole differenza tra cruda e cotta . Una delusione totale , ciliegina sulla torta il primo del menù è arrivato dopo che avevamo terminato la pizza alche abbiamo detto al cameriere di non portarlo più . Non l’avessimo mai fatto da quel momento è finita la pace non ci hanno permesso di concludere con tranquilllita . Era una sfida a mandarci via . Il conto che tutti pagano in cassa si sono affrettati a portarcelo a tavolo , al che abbiamo fatto le nostre rimostranze ma la maitre con aria strafottente ci ha liquidato /// pessima esperienza pessima pizza

11/05/2025: Siamo stati li a cena per una semplice pizza...ero con mio marito e i miei 2 bambini..abbiamo preso solo 3 pizze semplici e meno male ...erano immangiabili!!! Nessuno di noi è riuscito a mangiarla, ci siamo sforzati solo perché avremmo dovuto pagare ma la pizza era cruda e piena di pomodoro e la mozzarella era gomma! Mio figlio mangiandola ha detto mamma sembrava Big Bubble (ed ha solo 7 anni)... Poi abbiamo speso 40€ (solo il coperto è venuto 2,50€ a persona per mangiare sulla tovaglietta personale di carta) assurdo davvero...peccato aver buttato i nostri soldi cosi... Dovreste rivedere un po di cose...

22/09/2024: We had a great time at the Rainbow Village.. we spent a week full of fun thanks to the Hollywood entertainment.. clean apartments close to the sea.. the village market stocked with everything.. the restaurant and bar inside make sure you don't have to go out.. we'll be back next year

16/09/2024: Unfortunately it wasn't the village I expected, in fact it probably looked more like a residence... few positive points: ● certainly the proximity to the sea, reachable on foot ● the restaurant with which we chose to make an agreement for full board and we did well both for the excellent quality/price and for the service and availability of all the restaurant staff who made us feel at home at least! !! ● possibility of bringing the dog into the very spacious village, with lots of greenery and above all on the beach it is really a convenience even if throughout the avenue and our house was located on the last avenue, we would need some baskets to throw away the bags because the bins I'm just at the entrance to the village!! Negative points: ●Unfortunately, the entertainment is terrible, I would say NON-EXISTENT, it is the first time that it has happened to me in many years that no animator does not involve the guests almost at all in the activities...shows in the 2 weeks were boring and repetitive, for my 16 year old son it was not nothing organised, not even a football tournament plus with a paid field of 3 euros and for my 11 year old daughter we don't even talk about it, they never even came close to meeting her...even though we were at the seaside and also in the swimming pool...incredible!! !! I'm really sorry because a couple of the kids were also good and nice but perhaps too immature but not guided by a real head entertainer or by someone who really knows how to involve guests in the activities... it's a shame because for my children entertainment on holidays it is essential ● Cleaning of houses we haven't done, I found dirty drawers and a bad smell.. I recommend having at least 1 roll of toilet paper found upon arrival because I had forgotten it but sometimes those arriving from far away don't always arrive early.. and you can buy everything you need right away. Old and noisy fan coils and few refrigerants ● swimming pool a little dirty and 1 week without supervision by any lifeguard... and unfortunately full of rude people without caps who played leather ball without respect for others because probably having been coming there for many years they feel like the masters... ● reception should be a little more courteous or at least try and the bar should also be better stocked Maybe if the entertainment had been better the other negative notes would have faded into the background but unfortunately this was not the case, we will definitely not return even if the center of Vieste is beautiful!!!

25/04/2025: Masseria molto carina, proprietaria gentile e disponibile, non posso dire lo stesso del maitre di sala che ci ha serviti, pur avendolo detto per telefono 2/3 volte e l'ho messo anche per iscritto mi hanno fatto pesare il mio avere un passeggino al tavolo, come detto prima non tanto i proprietari ma il maitre ad ogni portata era indispettito del passeggino, io e mio marito non abbiamo fatto altro che scusarci ad ogni piatto che ci veniva servito, ma niente era proprio innervosito di questa cosa... e così non si fa, non ci era mai successa una cosa del genere. Il cibo discreto, buono ma nulla di che, forse perché era un menù fisso non so, il dolce la cosa più buona.

05/01/2025: Location incantevole, già fin dal momento della prenotazione ho trovato comprensione e grande disponibilità. Servizio solare e accogliente, paziente, molto organizzato, pochissima attesa dal momento dell’ordine al momento del servizio (nonostante fossimo 19 tra adulti e bambini). Saletta dedicata calda e confortevole Spazi ampi. Servizi igienici pulitissimi. Menu prelibato, carni sceltissime e piatti abbondanti. Torneremo.

18/05/2025: Parece que hay muchas críticas negativas, que no coinciden con nuestra experiencia. El restaurante parece ser relativamente nuevo con una decoración moderna y la comida era excelente, una de las mejores pizzas que hemos tenido. La única decepción fue que no había Peroni, sin embargo, recomendaría encarecidamente.

15/03/2025: È una pizzeria presso cui siamo già stati in passato. Stasera però l'attesa è stata decisamente lunga. Accomodati alle 2045, pizza arrivata alle 22.30 e purtroppo non era nemmeno buona. Condimento scarso e molto sottile e bagnata al centro, causa troppi formaggi con liquido sulla pizza. Conto ormai pari ad un ristorante a tutti gli effetti

04/05/2025: Trattoria alla mano, informale fuori dal classico giro turistico, trovato felicemente per caso, piatti preparati al momento, cucina semplice e digeribile, servizio ottimo nonostante al momento del nostro arrivo era tutto pieno, lo consiglio.

07/04/2025: Sono stato con la mia ragazza domenica a pranzo, ci sono capitato per caso e devo dire che é stata una piacevole scoperta. Assolutamente da provare, da provare assolutamemte orecchiette e rape, carne alla brace e abbiamo terminato con un delizioso tiramisù fatto in casa. Locale molto curato, accogliente e famigliare. Ho trovato personale preparato e cordiale, lo consiglierei in assoluto. Molto buono!

02/06/2025: The baked broad bean puree was good. The chicory was good, it seemed like it was from the countryside. The fried foods served hot were good. The sbrisolone were good, both the ricotta and fig one and the chocolate one. Patient service, I put it to the test, asking to taste the wine. In the end the service slowed down a bit, but it passed the “bread test”: I asked for two slices of bread to take away, and the waiter agreed with a smile. The bill was a bit high, but I think it was average for Ostuni, now invaded by impactful tourism.

21/06/2025: The lido makes me feel at home, I find the friendships that I have developed in these years that I have come here😁. The structure has qualified staff and is very attentive and for every request they are ready to find solutions of any kind. The management is always present and never leaves anything to chance. Feeling good here is priceless. The lido trampolino will always be in my heart ❤️

21/06/2025: To get a bottle of water, ordered at the beginning of the order, I had to wait until I had finished eating the appetizer (french fries). Incomplete appetizer, we asked the waiters 5 times to have a plate of raw fish Barese style. I don't dare to imagine the pizzas how much longer I will have to wait. I understand that it is Saturday. But there is a real problem of basic organization, because the place is not even completely full.

21/06/2025: We arrived at 9:30 pm, it's 11:40 pm and we still haven't received a single pizza. You can imagine how hungry I am.

03/05/2025: As soon as you enter it looks like one of the many pizzerias around, then the poetry begins, Apulian pizza, rustico, fried calzone, potato croquettes, pizza with pistachio, burrata pesto, focaccia with Nutella, said like this it seems easy how can you mistake the goodness of these products, in words, because at Zero52 the quality is through the roof you never feel full the absurdly delicacy of the fried food, both the normal and the Apulian pizza are clouds that melt in your mouth, at night I digest everything without swelling and no nasty surprises.
