09/11/2025: Terrible service, extremely rude. Every time I come in and order something, and a random customer comes in and places another order, they let them go ahead as if I wasn't there. For a portion of fries, you have to wait hours. Not to mention the excessive price, €7 for a portion of fries. After years, they still don't know how to treat customers. If they closed down, it would be better for the whole world.

27/09/2025: Outrageous.... we just went there, first and last time. In addition to drinks, we ordered a portion of fries, a portion of croquettes, a mini margherita, and two margheritas, one with cooked ham and one with prosciutto. We were traveling with a child. The fries and croquettes arrived after almost two hours, and the pizzas after about twenty minutes. An exorbitant wait, despite there being only about ten people at the tables. Bill: €40, which is also very overpriced. Not recommended.

24/01/2026: We've been frequenting this pizzeria for many years now, and it's certainly one of the most delicious in the lower Salento area. The taste of pizza is subjective, but to judge, you have to taste it. The dough is excellent, the ingredients are incredibly fresh, and the fact that they're prepared in full view is certainly a guarantee. And to top it all off, the owner and his staff are incredibly friendly and offer excellent service. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

17/08/2025: Nice variety of pizzas, but the dough is too thin for my taste. Beautiful location. I should mention, as an unpleasant gesture, the surcharge of a few euros when setting up card payment. The receipt didn't even show any details. It's a shame, it shows absolute disrespect towards the customer.

26/08/2025: Despite our late arrival, we were greeted with a very warm and friendly welcome, who offered us a meal. The pastry was excellent, hot, crispy, and thin. The topping, although of high quality, could have been a little more substantial. The setting is basic. However, the staff is very helpful, attentive, and friendly. 18/08/2025: I used to frequent this place often and considered it one of my favorites, but unfortunately, my last experience was truly disappointing. As soon as we sat down, the waitress offered us the set menu, explicitly stating that it included beer. Unfortunately, when we received the bill, we were told otherwise. When asked for an explanation, the cashier—visibly annoyed—pointed to a notice on the wall, urging us to read it. A very rude response, especially considering the initial confusion. The pizzas then arrived with the toppings mixed up, and despite the waitress's good intentions, there was considerable disorganization. Furthermore, items that were unavailable were not immediately communicated to us: the waitress had to return to the table several times to inform us, creating further confusion. It's a real shame to see a place with so much potential go downhill due to a lack of clarity, organization, and courtesy.

01/01/2026: Disappointing experience. We had dinner for two, ordering a pizza and bombette. The pizza arrived promptly, but the bombette—of terrible quality—were served after the other guest had already finished eating. Unacceptable waiting times and a complete lack of attention to the table. All this was compounded by extremely high prices, completely unjustified by either the quality of the food or the service. We won't be returning, nor do we recommend it.

08/09/2025: We've been to this place several times, and I've been amazed by their excellent and fast service, perfectly coordinated staff, extensive menu with a wide selection, and, if you're lucky, a beautiful view of the Trani sea! Their mixed bruschetta platter is definitely worth trying. I'll be back whenever I can. Kudos to the staff! P.S. Prices are reasonable.

17/03/2026: A very simple pizzeria, excellent for a midweek pizza without having to book. I find the dough very good. I do not recommend it to those looking for Roman or Bari-style pizza. It is a contemporary pizza, with good quality ingredients and fast, friendly service. An excellent place for a quick dinner. Recommended.

10/09/2025: Poor and scant food, very poor and poor appetizer,.....waiting about 2 hours between the transparent appetizer and the first course to taste for about two or three forkfuls, second fried dish very poor and dry. Paid for at least 10 times more for what we ate. A SHAMEFUL TOURIST TRAP.....BE CAREFUL.......when I got home I told my wife to prepare something to eat because I was hungry.

07/09/2025: Bella Napoli Ristorante/Pizzeria is the perfect place to enjoy delicious pizza with a sea view. The atmosphere is relaxing, with a terrace offering spectacular panoramic views. The pizzas are cooked to perfection, with a light dough and fresh, local ingredients. The service is friendly and fast, perfect for a summer evening at sunset. An experience that combines flavor with the beauty of the view.

25/10/2025: CHANGE JOB First and last time, pizzas burned on the bottom, tasteless, hard, pizza boxes falling apart, and we found the pizzas stuck to the cardboard.

27/10/2025: Just had my son's confirmation, terrible food, terrible service, and the place was infested with flies. The only things that are worth mentioning are the DJ and the entertainment guy. Never again, it's disgusting.

26/09/2025: Very good pizzas, crispy fries, pizzas not ridiculously small like they do in other pizzerias here in Cassano, I suggest, when you do take-out with more than one pizza, to put all the pizzas in a closed box, and not just the top one, because otherwise it happens that the mozzarella remains a little stuck to the cardboard above... excellent pizzas

28/11/2025: A charming restaurant located near Gallipoli's historic center. Plenty of seating, both on the ground floor and a mezzanine level. The food is generally excellent, including the €25 fixed menu (drinks and cover charge excluded), which includes an appetizer, a first course, and a second course (your choice).

19/11/2025: I wouldn't recommend it to anyone because I ordered the €12 menu, which includes cured meats, Ciccio, potatoes, a drink, pizza, and dessert or limoncello. I was charged a supplement for the drink, as they told me the lemon beer wasn't included on the menu. My friend, in addition to paying the €12 menu, also received a €6 supplement for the gluten-free pizza base.

16/02/2026: I stopped by here by chance on my lunch break and returned for dinner. Excellent value, varied menu, and friendly, professional, and fast waiters. I'll be back.

15/02/2026: A nightmare evening to forget. Disorganization reigns supreme, with tables repeatedly moved to encourage them to meet, and then they say it's not their fault if others are taking our table and don't want to leave. The lady who claims to be in charge gives us a table for 20 in a small room where the blaring music pounded on us all evening, along with the reheated food they served us. This place should be erased from the map.

22/02/2026: The worst pizza of our lives. Our fault for not turning away after the first impression, but we were hungry and trusted Italian cuisine. We shouldn't have. Bad ingredients, neglected interior. Avoid everyone.

08/02/2026: A quaint place facing the harbor. Good food, fast service, fresh fish, excellent value, friendly staff. We'll be back ☺️
