17/07/2025: A top-notch pizzeria, Mr. Franco is an exceptional pizza chef. You should definitely try it at least once, otherwise you're missing out. P.S. I recommend the artisanal croquettes made by Mrs. Lucia, a true delicacy!

29/11/2025: A lovely find in the main square of Collepasso. I spent a lovely evening with friends at that pizzeria. The pizza was delicious. I had the Calabrese. The kids had a simple burger, and the meat was excellent. We'll definitely be back.
09/09/2025: 40 minute wait for 3 pizzas and a hamburger sandwich, pizzas with little topping, not recommended, I will not come again

23/11/2025: We had a terrible experience with this pizzeria; unfortunately, I have to agree with the other negative reviews regarding wait times. We ordered pizzas for 10 people, and they were supposed to arrive at 9:15, but after several reminders, they arrived at 10:20. Needless to say, we had ordered buffalo mozzarella, but instead they received margheritas. One pizza was all crumpled and tasted burnt underneath. Truly awful, never again.

07/12/2025: If I could, I'd give it 0 stars for the rude attitude of a waiter after he yelled at my brother, who has a disability. Highly inadvisable and should be avoided. There are definitely better places to eat in Ostuni, and not in the middle of a den of rude people like this restaurant!

21/08/2025: Truly delicious food. I highly recommend the bruschettone and their sandwiches, truly delicious (at truly affordable prices). The service is mid-range; they bring out appetizers quickly, but make you wait a quarter of an hour for the pizzas. Not to mention our waitress, who, after countless calls for our children's pizzas, kept making excuses until we decided to leave and pay only for what we ate. The owner is super kind to his customers, and so are all the other waiters. I was really disappointed to have received service from a waitress who didn't pay much attention to me. Despite this, the pizzeria is super welcoming and spacious.
10/08/2025: The place is simple and very welcoming. Order your own. The service was fast, accurate, and friendly. The mussels were a bit too salty. The fried foods, in my opinion, can easily be skipped. Instead, I recommend trying the bruschettoni, which are truly excellent and tasty. The pizza with burnt wheat dough was also really good. Prices are reasonable. We'll be back.

13/12/2025: Don't go, the pizza is cardboard, the buffalo mozzarella is nothing. We complained about the raw and truly awful dough... but they pretended nothing had happened. We left everything on our plates, and in the end they charged us €66.50 without even bothering to ask for or take away 50 cents.
Indigestible... the only pizza that wasn't pizza!!!
And they made us get up because they needed a table.
On top of that, the coffee was awful, but we were lucky with the Coke because they didn't make it themselves.
08/12/2025: We were there last night, we ate very well, all the staff were welcoming and very kind and sociable.

Perfect dough, stringy mozzarella, and flavors that played in harmony.
A true concert of flavors, even for takeout. 🍕🎶
