23/08/2024: I was in the temporary headquarters in Casalabate. Well we can say that it really has everything that is temporary. Over an hour of waiting for 2 pizzas even though there was almost no one there upon arrival. After repeated attempts to make sure that the pizzas were in the oven, they came to tell us that the friarelli were finished, but more than an hour had passed. Moment in which we decided to abandon the place.

17/08/2024: Locale con tavoli sporchi, poco personale (quasi inesistente). Abbiamo aspettato due pizze un’ora e mezza!! Le pizze oltretutto erano bruciate e salatissime. Zero stelle, sconsigliatissimo.

23/03/2025: No wifi. No signal in the restaurant. Both we and the couple next to us had to ask for cutlery. Pasta cacio e pepe served very soupy. A disgrace. Cheese served in flakes and not grated. The couple next to our table were served their first courses at different times so the woman started eating when the man had already finished his plate.

03/02/2025: A somewhat disappointing dinner. After examining the rather sparse menu, we waited a long time before receiving the attention of the waitress who, having taken the order, brought appetizers and pizzas at the same time, not giving us time to eat at the right times, so much so that we partially ate the appetizers to eating the already cold pizzas which in themselves were poorly seasoned and not very popular with the whole table. An experience not to be repeated

16/11/2024: Posto da evitare maleducazione del titolare molto arrogante preferisce dare posto solo ai suoi amici per niente professionale locale vecchio da rimordenare e tieniti le pizze che non sei l unico a saperle ( fare)....

16/11/2024: Pizzeria situata sulla piazza centrale. Pizza tradizionale barese, in barba alla fastidiosa moda del momento della pizza napoletana "contemporanea". Pizza condita in maniera soddisfacente, a differenza di altri posti dove hanno sempre il braccino corto con i condimenti. Prezzi onesti.

16/11/2024: The service was of terrible quality, the waiters were slower than snails, we waited 2 hours to get 7 pizzas, things that other pizzerias can do in 10 minutes maximum. the pizza wasn't the best: the toppings were decent, but the base seemed frozen.

07/09/2024: Serata decente solo grazie alla musica e al bel clima. Il resto è solo incompetenza, qualità pessima e dilettantismo allo sbaraglio. Cambiate mestiere!

31/01/2025: Igiene zero... attesa per la pizza in sala troppo allungo bisogna aspettare tutto ciò c'è poca gente in sala, olio per frittura mai sostituito, nella farina c'è i vermi ed viene rimosso con la rete per farina. La signora che sta in cassa e maleducata e risponde male hai clienti.

27/01/2025: I recently went to Pizzeria Rosita and I must say that the experience was... special. Let's start with the strong point: the pizza is really excellent! The dough was soft and well leavened, the ingredients were of high quality and the flavor was truly balanced. Sincere compliments to the chef, because you can see that there is passion and care in the preparation. Unfortunately, however, I cannot ignore an unpleasant episode: I found some hair in the pizza. It was really unpleasant and detracted from the overall experience. I hope this was an isolated case, because the quality of the food deserves to be accompanied by greater attention to hygiene. In conclusion, I recommend the pizzeria for the goodness of the pizza, but I hope they improve these aspects to guarantee a more pleasant experience.

14/12/2024: Terrible home delivery. This is the umpteenth time my orders have arrived more than an hour late. You call and they tell you your order is next, but that's not the case. Really bad.

09/03/2025: Siamo stati a cena per festeggiare la fine della nostra bellissima esperienza del cammino del Salento, Abbiamo trovato un ambiente accogliente, il proprietario molto simpatico che ha contribuito a rallegrare la nostra serata, cibo di ottima qualità, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, in particolare antipasto conchiglia buonissimo. Insomma, una bellissima serata.

21/12/2024: Spiace scrivere questa recensione perché da tempo frequento questa struttura , di cui noto un costante decadimento , ci sono stato in questi giorni ma veniamo al dunque : Antipasti molto grossolani , serviti in piatti freddi , con scarsa cura dei prodotti in tranci e non come dovrebbero essere , presentazione in tavola e condimenti assenti come la cottura , pane unica tipologia servito come le mense , primi anche questi serviti su piatti freddi , e con condimento eccessivo e scarsa cura nelle cotture, arrosto di pesce una bollitura privo di ogni condimento alla cottura veramente pessimo e di fermo qui , sala rumorosa e fredda un gazebo chiuso , dolci passabili , ottimo il caffè Illy , cucina e cuoco da resettare , sperando di poter ritornare e dire il contrario , mi spiace per la proprietà che è sempre gentile e accogliente ma non ci siamo proprio .

07/03/2025: I was here at the end of February/beginning of March.....I don't know how people manage to be satisfied with these pizzas which are a block....or they make it for you raw, so you tell them well done and then they make the block for you....difficult to cut....hard edges.....ask for chips.....no we only put them on the pizza.....you can see that they are satisfied with the minimum there is no enthusiasm.....you see people who take take away....so many better pizzerias there they are......then you ask and you realize that the people of Foggia are lousy....to save 1 euro they also go where the pizza seems to be made in Austria.....and I have to live in Foggia and be a lousy no...I prefer to pay 1...2 euros more and eat a good pizza and in Foggia there are lots of them

15/02/2025: It is a pizzeria that I often go to with my husband, the food is very good with fresh and excellent quality ingredients, the service is excellent, the management is family-run and that's exactly how it feels... like family.

23/03/2025: Greetings I wouldn't know where to start. For all of us (13 adults and children), coming to this pizzeria restaurant was a great discovery of goodness and knowledge. Pizza: I am a pizza lover and I find defects everywhere. But congrats here, the best pizza I've eaten in 42 years. 10/11/2024: Volevamo passare una giornata in famiglia il giorno di Ognissanti, ma abbiamo atteso 2 ore e 35 minuti per mangiare un piatto di pittule, 2 calici di vino (pochissimo vino pagati 6 euro). Mi sono alzato senza mangiare nulla di quello ordinato, ho pagato 77 euro e sono andato via. Non si è scusato e mi ha fatto pagare tutto nonostante gli fosse stato riferito dell'inconveniente. Non ci dobbiamo lamentare se le persone le trattiamo in questa maniera. Servizio ai tavoli veramente pietoso (ma non è colpa delle 2 persone presenti in sala) Cambiate mestiere.

20/08/2024: Not a bad place, good service, helpful waiters. However, the external location is not very well looked after, it would be nice to have some separation from the road so as not to have the feeling of eating among the passing cars. Choice of wines and desserts small, very little unfortunately.

08/08/2024: Good morning, we went to this place for the first time last Saturday. The 3 stars are for the helpfulness of the staff, but the pizzas are very thin in the center becoming inedible in addition to the chipped plates which I had to have replaced. Last piece of advice, don't raise your voice at the staff in front of customers. We were somewhat disappointed.

06/04/2025: The food is very good, but whoever manages the place (and I'm not referring to the waiters, who did their job very well) has probably forgotten their manners at home, in some drawer gathering dust. Incredible how the first thing we were told was "you're late", in an arrogant and annoyed tone. It's a shame that the number listed on Maps is wrong, that we were walking around in circles for 10 minutes, and that the place is really not very visible from the outside. For those who don't know the place and go there for the first time it's a bit like looking for a Mayan temple in the jungle. It must be said that the welcome was truly unforgettable. Also, anxiety. Sit down at one time, get up at another time. Everything already established, as if it were a place in German-speaking Switzerland. I mean, is it a place to eat pizza on a Saturday night or the refectory of a barracks?

22/03/2025: Highly recommended place. We had booked from Tuesday for Saturday at 10pm, it was 11.30am and we were still waiting. They were two hours late, the tables weren't free and we left. Inside the restaurant there was great confusion, between people asking to sit down, the waiters and the rest of the staff. Rubbish!!!! Terrible experience!!
