14/09/2025: Truly a disappointment... I wait half an hour for my turn, and the lady tells me she can't make me 20 panzerotti... I tell her not even 10... I'm in the industry, and it's better to say you can't order more than 5 panzerotti... I'm sorry, maybe she got distracted in the confusion, but the half-hour wait was what made me angry.

13/09/2025: The panzerotti are really good... the only downside is that you have to wait a bit because the panzerotti are prepared and fried on the spot... but it's worth it.

12/09/2025: Nice place, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. Very good pizza, excellent combinations, amazing "born with a shirt" pizza, as are the others ordered by friends. The mixed fried food with delicious meatballs is delicious. If you're in the area, it's worth a visit.

08/09/2025: Everything was perfect, the utmost politeness and kindness, impeccable service, far from the unbearable hubbub of some of the squares in the historic center of MESAGNE. You can eat excellent delicacies in company and relax in carefree conversations with friends and family, without any improvised restaurateur ruining your eardrums with bass and contrasting vibrations that have nothing to do with the cultural context of the natural location, which thus becomes a violence, and you also have to pay significant amounts for poor food. 14/09/2025: We dined at Corti Bianche during our stay in Trani, and since it was a Saturday evening, we preferred to make a reservation. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by a wonderful garden, meticulously cared for down to the smallest detail, which immediately conveyed a pleasant sense of elegance and serenity. The hosts proved to be truly delightful. What I appreciated most was their honesty: the menu features a scrocchiarella, a generous portion that easily fills two people. Although we intended to order a first course as well, the owner very candidly advised us to wait and decide later. A gesture that, especially in a tourist destination, is by no means a given. At the table, I commented, "Too honest for a holiday destination, where the opposite often happens." And in that moment, I felt truly protected, as a guest and not simply as a customer. We followed their advice, and they were right: one scrocchiarella was more than enough. We also noticed the same genuine and caring attitude towards the other tables: a rare attention, demonstrating how truly family-run this place is and how the owners have chosen to put customer satisfaction first. My sincerest compliments go to them: authentic hosts who, despite the times and the touristy environment, have chosen to play their cards on the table with transparency and heart. Corte Bianchi is more than just a restaurant: it's an oasis of authenticity, where honesty becomes an integral part of the menu and where, beyond good food, you can savor the human value of those who welcome you. A place that stays in your heart, and that deserves to be remembered and recommended. ❤️

09/10/2025: I ordered pizzas for delivery, and asked if they could deliver them at 9:00 PM. I was told there were no problems. I called at 9:35 PM to inquire about my pizzas, especially since my daughters were hungry. They said, "We're making them now, bye." The phone hung up on me... What can I say? The presentation and customer interaction were terrible. The pizza was good, but nothing to write home about.

22/04/2025: A place you can count on if you want to take a break. The assortment of the hot display case allows you to taste whatever you want from sandwiches, to mixed frittini, to slices of pizza and much more. The pizzas are truly exceptional.

20/08/2025: Is there a better place than Berlin? NO! The pizza is excellent, not the usual Neapolitan pizza, but a genuine old-fashioned kind: thin and crispy! The best croquettes in the world, washed down with a nice Dregherre beer. No contest.

09/08/2025: The place is a relic of the 1980s and 1990s, and the interior is dusty, dark, and smells of smoke. It's not very clean and tidy. Open jars of food at the entrance are uncovered, and there are dirty tablecloths. Honestly, given the lack of attention to detail, I was afraid to order anything. The food is edible. If the place were more tasteful, it would be very nice. One plus: Low food prices. I recommend more attention to detail.

09/09/2025: We travel quite a distance to eat pizza at their place, if I had to define their pizza there is no adjective to describe it. Highly recommended.

29/06/2025: I took a plastic bottle of water to go, a liter for €3.50 There was a sign outside with the promotion: “Pizza + drink + cover charge €6.00” Ok I didn’t do the promotion but I didn’t think I deserved the “PUNISHMENT” either. When you start treating tourists like people and not like chickens to be plucked, maybe things will start to work in your restaurant.
