16/05/2026: We had the mixed meats with mixed salad and artichoke salad. It was very good! It's under a tent with plastic plates, but it was perfect that way, I loved it!

10/05/2026: Excellent wood-fired pizzas. Meat-based appetizers are very good, but not very varied. Good house wine. The atmosphere is ideal for families and groups. Very reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

09/05/2026: Terrible experience. We visited for the first time, arrived right on time, and after an hour, we paid for what we consumed and left because the pizzas weren't even supposed to be ready after an hour. The second experience was even worse, as in addition to the cost of the additional ingredients, which was rightly charged, they added an additional €2 for having CHANGED the pizza. It's certainly not related to the €2, but my advice is that sometimes you probably shouldn't have a public business and should completely change your profession!

05/04/2026: A small village bar, but the bartender's politeness seems to be lacking. First, when we asked for ginseng, he looked like he didn't know what the drink was, and then, once we repeated the ginseng, he replied that they weren't from the Stone Age. If he didn't hear correctly, it would have been polite to say, "Sorry, I didn't understand." Then, the fact that he wanted to toast with a glass of wine while serving us, and already gave the impression that it wasn't the first toast, perhaps that's why he didn't understand me. The heavy use of dialect with customers/friends and the subsequent questioning of whether we understood what they were saying, seemed like they were pulling our leg. A small warning: don't come in with women, because they look like they've never seen a woman in their lives, including the customers.

05/04/2026: Beyond the senseless comments of people who are used to publishing useless posts and who, upon further investigation, seem to do it professionally, it is a fabulous rotisserie bar, with great hospitality and education and above all "High quality food production".

26/05/2026: I would have given 0 stars but unfortunately it is not possible, ugly place without bread, terrible service full of mosquitoes, few ingredients, the pizza with 4 cheeses was red but edible, don't go, believe me

24/05/2026: Nightmare pizzeria. Walked in at 9:00 PM, sat down at 9:10 PM, ordered pizzas at 9:30 PM, and the pizzas arrived at 11:00 PM. What a lousy pizzeria. How can they still work? Shame!

25/04/2026: A beautiful setting with tables in the square on a beautiful, sunny day, Liberation Day. That's all there is to it, the only noteworthy thing not caused by this scandalous business. Tables, fortunately for them, are full of tourists unaware that Italian cuisine is far more than reheated, pre-cooked dishes of pan-fried dishes at prohibitive prices. Two Spritzes, a platter, and two first courses, for just €55, would have been fine if they had been sufficient. So, the mediocrity is diluted by the high demand. I strongly advise against it!

26/02/2026: Sublime experience, the owner was very kind and the dinner was truly delicious. I had pizza and my partner a plate of mixed meat skewers, then a bottle of wine and coffee to finish. Recommended.

28/06/2026: The beach itself is lovely, well-kept, and has the great advantage of having well-spaced umbrellas, ensuring excellent comfort and relaxation. The downside, unfortunately, was the restaurant. The quality of the food is decidedly questionable, and the prices are completely disproportionate to what's offered. Added to this is the terrible service: we went for lunch at 2:15 PM, which was the end of our shift and the place was practically empty, but the wait for our dishes was still incredibly long and unjustified. To top it all off, the waiter was perpetually annoyed, rude, and lacking a shred of patience. I should point out that he didn't openly snap at us, but his attitude and utter listlessness made the lunch truly unpleasant. A real shame, because the establishment is worth it, but the restaurant's management ruins the entire experience. I won't be returning.

29/11/2025: Waited for a giant Margherita pizza to take away and two French fries, 50 minutes, poor quality of the pizza, I think it's stretched curd and not mozzarella, terrible cooking of the pizza, inedible salty French fries. Never again

27/07/2025: The food was good, though the prices were a bit high, as was the service, which was rather slow and expensive. We actually brought a cake from outside, as the restaurant didn't have one, and paid a €2.00 supplement per person for just cutting the cake, in addition to the regular cover charge. We weren't informed of this amount when we booked, even though we informed the management.

18/08/2025: Lido del Sol in Marina di Pescoluse is a little paradise in Salento! The well-kept lawn area offers ample space, well-spaced umbrellas, and a perfect play area for children. Extremely friendly and professional staff, excellent cuisine (pizza and fresh seafood), a bar with cocktails, and quality dining options. The sea is picture-perfect, with crystal-clear waters reminiscent of the Maldives of Salento. A few details could be improved, such as the restrooms and bar prices in high season, but overall, a truly positive experience.

14/08/2025: "Incredibly negative experience! I booked and paid months ago, but when I arrived at the establishment, I found everything closed. Unacceptable attitude and a total lack of organization. Not recommended to anyone!"

15/02/2026: I was there last night with a friend of mine. We sat in the dining room and waited over a quarter of an hour before getting up to call the waiter to order. Once we called, he came to the table and we ordered two appetizers, which arrived another 15 minutes later. Once they brought them, this waiter, who calls himself "Iodice," insistently and annoyingly asked us to pay the bill. This really bothered us because we considered it truly rude, as we'd never had a waiter come to the table to pay the bill, as if he didn't trust us, as if we weren't supposed to pay it anyway at the cash register. He also justified his behavior by saying that the owner ordered him to make this request. Finally, other friends told me that this same waiter also dared to call a friend by a nickname related to his size. That's it, we kindly ask you to take action, otherwise we won't come to this place again and we'll cause bad publicity.

30/10/2025: My partner and I went there last night. For the first time in many years, we felt bad about the new, older waiter. As soon as we walked in, my partner felt like we were being watched. Then, when he approached, he made a pass at my partner, saying something in dialect like, "We didn't quite understand, he was talking about breasts." She didn't take her eyes off him the entire evening. They should hire serious staff, not malicious people; he looked like a Bedouin. I hope the owners read the review and do something about it, otherwise we'll never set foot in the nightlife again and we'll get bad publicity.
