13/04/2024: Excellent pizza. Efficient and friendly management. Genuine products, high-level artisanal preparation. Excellent prices. Even today, 19.06.2022 remains at the top of the pizzerias in the area, for an excellent quality-price ratio. The quality and freshness of the food is always excellent, as is the friendliness. What more could you ask for? I wish the managers to continue like this, the customers will always be grateful. 😄👍 .. September '22: I confirm with pleasure 👍 ... October '23: I am pleased to confirm again, just a little more slowly in the service, given the coincidence with the take-away on Saturday evening. April 2024 - everything is always ok, except for the too long wait for a simple pizza and two french fries...

05/09/2023: It is the classic retro-style pizzeria without many pretensions for those who want to eat pizza as a midweek dinner rather than as a Saturday night out. Decent pizza with simple ingredients. Helpful and friendly managers. The only flaw is waiting beyond the limits allowed by the stomach... 😁

12/08/2023: Located in the center of the town, it certainly enjoys an excellent position. Convenient for eating a few slices of pizza or some fried food or for a take-away pizza. It deserves five stars for the quality-price ratio and the courtesy of the staff. Reading some negative reviews I don't understand if they make a comparison with other places also based on the final bill.

21/08/2024: Je déconseille vivement ce local de Gallipoli, après avoir pris plusieurs consommation 30 minutes avant la fermeture la musique 🎶 à été coupé, ensuite le personnelles nous as mis dehors hors que nous venions de prendre un verre ! Avec une impolitesse impossible ! Et nous sommes des clients de tout Les mercredi lors des soiree organisées ! Nous sommes entre amis entre 4 et 6 personnes faites un calcul que nous consommons un minimum de 3 cocktail 🍸 par personne. Je vous le déconseille vivement aucun respect pour les clients !

18/06/2024: If you are looking for a place for an end of school year dinner or you have children, avoid this place. Outside room completely empty and despite this the children were annoying. According to them they had to remain still. All in all the food is good. The service leaves something to be desired.

26/08/2024: Awful experience. Told all tables were booked. No one there. Stuck on the side street to breath in fumes. Pizza was awful. Undercooked crust that was mushy when it arrived and just got worse.

23/08/2024: Cibo buonissimo, scelta molto ampia, diversi impasti e vari ingredienti. L’impasto è fantastico e la pizza resta davvero leggera, non appesantisce. Location coinvolgente, si è immersi nel cuore della città e si respira proprio l’aria del paese. Personale molto cordiale. Molto consigliato!

07/08/2024: The reservation is not respected!!! And we also arrived ten minutes early. If another customer arrives and the table is free, even if he has not booked, he will be seated. We were told: "just a few minutes, they are about to get up"... We waited almost an hour!!!!

22/08/2024: How to discredit Salento cuisine volume I. Starting from the positive aspects: good service, friendly and quick staff, some small distractions that are completely negligible. Cuisine: we ordered two first courses, tagliolini with seafood (€18, EIGHTEEN euros) and tagliolini with sea urchins (€20, TWENTY euros). Even if we were at the Masterchef pre-selections, the poor seafood that floundered on the plate was completely comparable to the supermarket mix packs. Same thing for hedgehogs, probably a jar of "hedgehog liver pâté". Beyond the visual aspect, the "taste of the sea" was definitely far from MINIMUM standards. Both tagliolini (well cooked at least) were floating in a mix of drained water. My advice is to at least halve the price or, better yet, remove them from the menu. It would take Zalone, who with his ladder and screwdriver, removes the writing ARTE from the name of the place. The pizzas looked good, but I definitely won't give myself the opportunity to try them.

22/08/2024: Restaurant well located in a small alley. The pizzas are good but the rest to avoid. Only frozen meals. And we don't even eat at the same time.

08/08/2024: Fantastic place, first choice meat, excellent food, everything quality. The price is the lowest you can find around Trani. I highly recommend it.

19/07/2024: I have known and frequented this tavern for several years, both with my family and friends, appreciating the simple dishes of the time of our ancestors who returned to the Salento culture. I have always ignored the negative reviews already present on the site and regarding the timing of the service. Unfortunately this evening we exceeded the limits: arriving at 8.00pm, as booked, we ordered some fried food and some pizzas which arrived at the table at 10.00pm. The waiting times speak for themselves and this despite today being Thursday. I can imagine the wait on Saturdays. I believe that the problem is linked to the concomitant takeaway service which is given a higher priority than customers in the dining room.

15/05/2024: Had pampanella, insalata and 2 pizzas. Fantastic meal. Pampanella tasty and soft. Huge range of pizzas and lots of topping. The buffalo mozzarella was lovely.
