30/10/2025: My partner and I went there last night. For the first time in many years, we felt bad about the new, older waiter. As soon as we walked in, my partner felt like we were being watched. Then, when he approached, he made a pass at my partner, saying something in dialect like, "We didn't quite understand, he was talking about breasts." She didn't take her eyes off him the entire evening. They should hire serious staff, not malicious people; he looked like a Bedouin. I hope the owners read the review and do something about it, otherwise we'll never set foot in the nightlife again and we'll get bad publicity.

16/08/2025: Good evening everyone. I've been to this wonderful bar, or so my friends told me. Unfortunately, as soon as we sat down, we didn't find any staff ready to serve us, resulting in an hour-long wait for a simple coffee. During the wait, amidst the shouting of the rude clientele that this bar prides itself on, we received a shard of glass broken by some rude teenagers. After almost an hour of waiting, the waitress, who we thought was underage, came over and rudely served us our coffee, forgetting to bring us sugar. Finally, after serving us, she proceeded to clear the table next to us, yelling and complaining about what the next kids had left. We were very disappointed with this bar because we've come to the conclusion that the rumors we've heard are false. Despite this, we later ordered a trio of drinks and an aperitif, and we're still waiting, a good three days after we ordered. Although we are not culinary experts, I must say that there have been occasions when we have been truly welcomed excellently, the service was impeccable and so was the order, so I love them.

11/11/2025: It's a distant memory of what the real *AL BUCO* used to be...we ordered two pizzas, a Margherita and a zucchini alla poverella: both were burnt, the Margherita was dry with a concentrated sauce in the center, missing peeled tomatoes and oil. The zucchini pizza alla poverella was an absolute disgrace...a sea of ​​zucchini cut into two halves and thrown raw into the sauce 🤮 they had become boiled, sweetening the pizza. NEVER AGAIN

16/07/2025: siamo stati per la prima volta in questo ristorante in riva al mare incuriositi dalla terrazza panoramica e dal menù di pesce. Cucina ottima con piatti gustosi e ben preparati anche se rapporto qualità prezzo secondo me potevano dare e fare un pochino di più, comunque abbiamo cenato molto bene, ottima la carta dei vini e dei dessert. nota dolente è il sovraprezzo di 10€ a persona per il servizio in terrazza ( eravamo stati avvisati) che secondo me sono troppi. comunque consigliato per una cena romantica.

The restaurant is welcoming and well-maintained, with an atmosphere that fully reflects Puglian tradition. The cuisine was consistently excellent: well-prepared dishes, quality ingredients, and authentic flavors. The service was also impeccable, with friendly, professional, and polite staff. A restaurant that combines taste, friendliness, and local identity.

06/09/2025: Terrible experience with reservations. One time we arrived and the restaurant was packed, several people skipped the line until we finally gave up and went to another restaurant. This time I booked online, but when I arrived they told me they didn't have a reservation in my name and that, if I wanted, they could give me a table at 11:00 PM. In short, they gave my reservation to someone else. Except for that one time when someone went to pay the bill in advance and paid the full amount without the rest of the family knowing, and when it was time to leave they charged me an extra 100 euros.

20/10/2025: Rudeness at the cash register, presumably from the owner, who gave harsh, humiliating answers that were unbecoming of her role in answering a simple question, despite the extremely kind and friendly waiters (is this the kind of person she is?)

17/10/2025: Disappointed with the meal, cold spaghetti alla assassina, not much in quantity. Plates cleared very quickly...in short, not great.

18/01/2025: Found it by chance. Very good pizzas, one of which was a little burned. We found a table on Saturday night despite the small space. Service was quick and friendly. I asked for chili pepper, but they brought me a little oil that wasn't spicy at all. While we were eating, a strong smell of smoke wafted from the kitchen. We finished our pizzas and ran away. Good value for money.

31/08/2025: A very disappointing experience. Despite having a reservation, my table was assigned after over an hour of waiting. I ordered a 50cl bottle of beer as listed on the menu (€6), but was served a 33cl bottle. I immediately pointed out the error to the waiter, who replied that they only have the 33cl version, even though the menu listed the 50cl version. When it came time to get the bill, however, I was charged for two 50cl beers at €6 each. I reported the error to the cashier, but the only response was, "I'll report it to the owner," without any correction. In effect, I paid €6 for a 33cl Peroni Gran Riserva, with a clear mismatch between what was on the menu, what was served, and what was charged.

01/11/2025: 👍Amazing, thank you from France! It's delicious and I think the value for money is unbeatable. The dishes change daily, and the owner and waitress delighted us every evening during that week at the end of October 2025 with customized meals. 😉😉👌

23/10/2025: I'm giving one star only because 0 isn't an option, but honestly, it was a terrible experience in every way. As soon as you walk in, the welcome makes you lose the desire to stay... the cashier, who should be the place's calling card, wasn't unpleasant... more than that! She had her phone in her hand the whole time, texting or minding her own business, and while I was talking, it seemed like she couldn't even hear me. Then the service was forgettable: an interminable wait, and yes, it was Saturday, but at least there was a bit of organization. I politely asked if I could have a small piece of focaccia while I waited, and they replied, "You have to wait your turn." How come? Then, after 45 minutes, the pizzas arrived first, followed by the focaccia. It's absurd. So far, you're saying, okay, it happens. But when I got home, I was really pissed off. I opened the pizzas and the bottoms were completely burned, black as coals, only one was half-baked. The fries were cold and soft, like they'd just come out of the freezer. Plus, the pizza box was greasy and half wet. And then, honestly, I don't see the point in the two pizza chefs wearing bandanas while the girls didn't, especially the cashier with her hair flying everywhere—not even a shred of hygiene. I really hope the owner takes action, because as a place it wouldn't even be bad, but the way it is, it ruins everything: from the service to the presentation. I'm writing this only now in cold blood, otherwise I would have insulted them. Honestly, one of the worst experiences I've ever had, and I've tried a lot of pizzerias. I don't know if it was just an unlucky day or if it's just the norm, but I definitely won't be going back, and I don't recommend it to anyone. (Tip: a little more smile, one less phone, and maybe a little more attention to hygiene wouldn't hurt...)

16/10/2025: Tiny but delicious portions. We tried the octopus with baby vegetables, ricotta, and anchovy sauce (purely delicious but a little greasy) and the specialty risotto with mussels, potatoes, and grilled vegetables.

12/10/2025: For a pizzeria in Urbino, the food is excellent, the wait times are very short, and the prices are incredibly affordable. You can eat inside or outside. Takeout is also available by calling. The staff is extremely friendly and always available.

04/10/2025: I give it 5 stars for their desire to offer something beyond local cuisine, but I recommend serving the tagliolini with truffle without cream, but simply with butter, with truffle shavings and not grated, as the recipe calls for... Unfortunately, cream kills everything.

01/11/2025: They recommended it to me...the pizzas were good...the service and customer service were not...I didn't finish my pizza and drink, I asked for the box but they didn't bring it...I got up to have a cigarette...I went back and they threw everything away...No apologies for the poor service...I won't come again and I won't recommend this place.

25/10/2025: The pizza and francesina are really good and reasonably priced. They're very helpful with information about the flours they use and accommodating pizza requests. Nice place.
