17/05/2026: The food was unfortunately not good. The pizza had no flavor, and the meat was tough and had no aroma. The entrecote wasn't even an entrecote, but just another piece of meat. I won't be coming back. It's a shame, because the rest of the restaurant would actually be fine.

13/12/2025: We went for lunch on Saturday to celebrate a family birthday. The location was very welcoming, the food was excellent, and the portions were generous. The staff was friendly, and I think the value for money was among the best in the city. Conclusion: Everything was perfect!

17/02/2026: -Food Sublime rotisserie. Fresh dough. One of the best calzones I've ever had here in Salento. -Service The guy was incredibly quick, both in explaining the products for sale and in packaging and giving change. The perfect time, I recommend around 6-7 pm. I've tried other rotisserie in the area, but there's no competition... Just for the freshness and leavening of the product. Now we always drive 20 minutes to come here with the family.

The Margherita DOP with buffalo mozzarella is convincing at first glance: a light dough, a well-developed crust, and a creamy mozzarella that enhances the tomato without overpowering it. Simple flavors but executed well, as a true Neapolitan pizza should be. The Provola e Pepe is also excellent: bolder, more intense, and very balanced. The smoky note of the provola pairs perfectly with the pepper, creating a pizza with a strong character but never heavy. The cooking is also noteworthy: a soft crust, a very dry interior, and quality ingredients evident in every bite. A pizzeria that works with precision and definitely leaves a great impression.

The open kitchen is a spectacle, as is the outdoor seating area: a space overlooking an enchanting garden, featuring a manicured lawn and olive trees. It's the ideal place to unwind and be literally kissed by the sun, sipping a glass of wine immersed in the tranquility of nature. Dishes are revisited, preserving the essence of our land without ever betraying its soul. One of its most obvious strengths is its incredible versatility. Despite its sophisticated setting, Stile Libero manages to be extremely inclusive: it's the perfect destination for a romantic dinner, but it's especially exceptional for families, thanks to the large open spaces where children can soak up the beauty. The staff makes the experience unforgettable. 26/02/2026: We had dinner with my kids and ate and chose from a wide selection of pizzas, three different options. The dough was really good and light, while the pizza was crispy, well-topped, and beautifully presented. All this at more than fair prices and with fast service. They also have a multigrain dough option. Excellent, highly recommended, and definitely worth a try. Go there, you won't regret it.

20/12/2025: Good food. But the service was truly awful. I booked a table at 8:15 PM, arrived at 8:25 PM, and they wouldn't seat us even though the place was almost empty. They also had a reservation for two, not four like I said, and they were really rude. The atmosphere was okay, although a little dirty.

05/05/2026: Let me start by saying that I'm a fan of Bari-style pizza: thin but not too thin, crispy on the edges, soft in the center, stringy mozzarella, and a well-cooked, flavorful sauce. At Quadrifoglio, they make it just the way I like it... the bruschetta is also good, the service is prompt, and the quality/price ratio is excellent.

The atmosphere is simple and informal. The menu offers cuisine focused on fresh seafood and the flavors of the Gargano. We particularly enjoyed the carefully prepared pasta dishes and grilled fish and meat. The pizzeria is also a good option. Special praise goes to the service: the team was friendly, courteous, and helpful with all guests, helping to create a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. Those planning to reach the restaurant by car should be aware that, especially in high season, parking in the immediate vicinity can be extremely difficult. We recommend planning your arrival well in advance.

29/10/2025: In Peschici the last week of August, looking for a nice place for dinner on our last night, trusting the reviews we chose this restaurant. The room with a table with a spectacular view of the bay, 5 stars for sure. The service was poor (we ordered 1 liter of sparkling white wine... we received still white wine... we first pointed it out to one waitress and nothing... then to the other and nothing... then she came back to tell us they had that! Fine... but maybe they should have mentioned it when we ordered it, right?). The fact of seeing the fireplace outside the room, where they cook the fish, had raised good expectations... which however were not met. Good flavors, but nothing special. Portions: for the first courses (spaghetti with clams) ok... for the second courses (prawns, mixed grill, mixed fried fish) we have found better in other places. It's a shame because for the location it's worth it. For 4 people (1 starter, 2 first courses, 3 second courses, 1 litre of wine, 1 water and 2 cokes) we paid €142.00 including 4 place settings at €2.50 each.
