29/09/2024: It is cafe-style, visit the country to order and to collect. We had to wait a bit as they were very busy with takeaways. The smaller size pizza was ample for a hungry adult.

22/08/2024: Pizza a dir poco sublime: impasto sottile, digeribilissima ! Veramente Top! Una delle mie preferite! Locale piccolo ma accogliente con Saletta esterna vicino al Calvario di Monopoli e poco distante dal Bar La Nave ( altro posto Top di Monopoli) Rapporto qualità/prezzo veramente incredibile per una delle pizze più buone che abbia mai mangiato! E credetemi che a Monopoli, la concorrenza è agguerrita e soprattutto di ottimo livello! Del resto lui, Ciro, è stato eletto campione d'Europa nel 1996 nella categoria! Non è un caso.... 5 stelle meritatissime! Ah, dimenticavo: Panzerotto spettacolare! Come fatto in casa!

17/08/2024: Cibo scadente! I spaghetti "carbonara" la frittata con la pasta e pancetta. Hororrrrr La frittura GOMMA .... Pesce spada alla griglia, era un pesce lesso insipido. 50 min.di attesa. 4 adulti e 2 bimbi 150.00€ buttati. E non pensate che abbiamo bevuto alcoolici (2 bott.acqua e 1 coca cola). NON LO CONSIGLIO! NO IN ASSOLUTO! Abbiamo riferito il tutto!!! La risposta: Mi sembra strano!

04/09/2024: Ottima la Paposcia ed il servizio, accogliente e cordiale. L'ambiente è semplice con i tavolini all'esterno che sono comodi e disposti nel modo migliore per gustare con comodità quanto ordinato. Il locale bisogna cercarlo, non essendo in buona vista, ma ne vale sicuramente la pena. Consigliato

03/09/2024: Dopo aver visto le numerose recensioni positive abbiamo voluto provare anche noi questo locale e non possiamo far altro che confermare quanto di positivo e’ stato riportato. Paposcia eccezionale, materia prima eccellente, servizio rapido e molto cortese. Che dire, ci ritornerò sicuramente perché è l’unico posto dove ho mangiato la vera papiscia. Complimenti.

16/03/2025: Reservation made for 9.30pm, but the wait proved exhausting. An hour later, we were still standing outside the restaurant, surrounded by other visibly disgruntled and impatient customers. Finally, at 11.30pm, we managed to eat the pizza, which was average, without any particular merits. Two hours of waiting for a normal pizza is unacceptable. I do not recommend this pizzeria, unless you are willing to tolerate biblical waiting times.

01/02/2025: If you offer the possibility of booking, you should let customers in a maximum of 10 minutes after the indicated time and no more than half an hour later. Furthermore, (many) people should not be allowed to pass through without a reservation. Unfortunately I had to leave early due to the train, even though the pizza didn't arrive more than 50 minutes after ordering. The absurd thing is that tables that arrived much later than us received them almost immediately, so I don't understand what happened. I thank the waiter who served us for his understanding.

02/03/2025: Scoperto per caso in una visita domenicale a Francavilla Fontana. Si trova a pochi metri dal Balcone Argentina del XV secolo. Ristorante accogliente, personale gentile e competente. Abbiamo scelto il menù del giorno e siamo riuscita a gran fatica a consumarlo tutto: ottimo e abbondante. Notevoli i tortelloni ripieni di burrate e coperti da una crema di zucca. Da ritornarci

26/03/2025: Last night for dinner I came to try this place that a colleague of mine had previously tried and recommended it to me. I have a starter: prawns with broad beans and chicory, and a first course: semolina with the catch of the day. Both were very good, I was a little less happy with the starter because apart from the fact that it was a little small then there were only 4 prawns on this puree of broad beans and chicory and that's it, when instead I believed in a little more elaboration, but still good and appreciated. I will be back soon and I recommend it because apart from the quality I also want to try other dishes that looked interesting

07/03/2025: Senza aver visto prima le recensioni, ci siamo avventurati in questo piccolo locale. Siamo stati accolti frettolosamente. Non usano portare a tavola il menù. Solo se lo richiedi. Quello delle pizze indica solo gli ingredienti ma non anche il presso. L'altro menù verosimilmente indica anche i prezzi ma non ci è stato dato modo di verificarlo visto che l'unico cameriere consiglia a voce cosa prendere. Abbiamo optato per un antipasto di mare che, tranne per i quattro anelli di calamaro, ha soddisfatto senza eccellere. Riguardo la pizza, niente di così eccezionale, ma neanche da considerare non buona. I prezzi sono nella media. Il pizzaiolo usa parlare ad alta voce con il personale e con gli avventori che ordinano pizze d'asporto.
