29/06/2025: Pizzeria Da Luigi - Where "Not the Best" Still Means Amazing (Because... Italy) In Tricase, saying a pizza place isn’t the best is like saying your Ferrari isn’t the fastest, it’s still a Ferrari. Pizzeria Da Luigi serves up a solid, delicious, can’t-go-wrong kind of pizza. Maybe it's not the single best slice in town, but honestly? That’s like ranking Michelangelo’s sculptures, some preferences are just personal. The crust is crispy, the ingredients are fresh, and the vibe is proper local. You leave satisfied, full, and wondering if you’re just a little too spoiled by Italy. If this exact pizza landed anywhere else in the world, they’d crown Luigi emperor and name a national holiday after him. But in Tricase? It’s just Tuesday.

13/08/2025: A total disappointment. An experience to forget. We were forced to wait 1 hour and 15 minutes for two pizzas, without receiving anything during the wait, not even a bit of bread or tarallini, as is often offered in places that care about customers. Meanwhile, other tables that arrived after us had already been served, which made the wait even more inexplicable and frustrating. When we announced that we were leaving, exasperated by the wait, the pizza chef started shouting in front of the entire room, instead of apologizing or trying to handle the situation professionally. Only then did he hastily prepare our pizzas. The pizzas, once they arrived, turned out to be average, nothing special in taste or presentation. By now, however, our stomachs were closed from what had happened, but given the time and that everything else was closed, we were forced to eat them there. High prices and terrible service. We won't return and we don't recommend it.

05/08/2025: The gluten-free pizza is top-notch—definitely one of the best I've had. They're certified by the Italian Food Safety Authority (AIC)—they're careful about contamination.

10/08/2025: Very good food, well-topped pizzas. Very clean place with a sea view. The only downside is that it's quite crowded; the wait isn't very long.

09/08/2025: The appetizers and pizza were excellent, but we won't be returning because service and convenience are so important. The tables were packed tightly together, making you anxious about ordering (the waiter was sent away three times, asking every two minutes if we were ready to order). While we were finishing the appetizers, the pizzas arrived (and they looked like they'd been out for a while). Finally, as soon as one of the diners finished their pizza, the waiter came right away to clear away their empty plate... basically, we had to spend an evening eating our pizza in just 20 minutes (it felt like a sports competition). I mentioned this to the owner, but her expression showed she already knew. After all, it's their choice... they prefer to refill a table multiple times to make more money, all to the detriment of service and the customer. That's not how you work, I'm sorry!!!

19/08/2025: The pizza is truly excellent, the selection is local and extensive, the prices are fantastic (up to €10 per pizza), and the service is super friendly and pleasant. A small, local roadside restaurant with a small, green space, made with love.

28/06/2025: We booked at 10:30 pm, we arrived at 36, but he made us wait more than half an hour for the delay. Luckily the pizza arrived in decent time, but it was mediocre, tasteless and you could feel a strange flavor in the mass. Then allowing smoking in the outside area with tables all close together is shameful.

30/08/2025: We spent a lovely evening with friends at Ristorante Pizzeria Il Pozzo. The pizza was thin, well-cooked, and topped with quality ingredients: you really tasted the difference! The atmosphere was welcoming, the staff friendly, and the service quick. The bill was fair, in line with the price. Definitely a place we'll return to!

22/08/2025: A family restaurant with an endless list of excellent pizzas. The pasta is also highly recommended. A large terrace for dining in the cool summer evening.

21/08/2025: What a place, the taste of the food gorgeous, the staff so friendly and helpful not to mention that each eye contact with them someone will come to you and ask if they can help, the location can’t be better so nice place in the old city just can’t miss it, the home wine - can’t really explain with words, food, love, relax and repeat… this is the perfect place to eat. Try the canolas as well….

20/02/2025: One of Santeramo's historic pizzerias, this one has maintained tradition by combining quality ingredients with expert dough-making skills to create delicious pizzas. I highly recommend it!

04/08/2025: Una serata perfetta, tra sapori autentici e ospitalità impeccabile! Siamo stati in questo locale e ne siamo usciti davvero entusiasti. Abbiamo assaggiato la paella, che è stata davvero squisita e deliziosa la consiglio a tutti,le pizze e una selezione di antipasti: tutto semplicemente delizioso! La paella era ricca, ben condita e saporita al punto giusto, le pizze cotte alla perfezione con ingredienti freschissimi, e gli antipasti… uno più buono dell’altro, curati nei dettagli e abbondanti. Un altro punto forte è sicuramente il personale, gentile, sorridente e attento senza mai essere invadente. Si respira un’atmosfera accogliente e rilassata, che rende l’esperienza ancora più piacevole. Un posto che consiglio assolutamente, sia per una cena tra amici che per un’occasione speciale. Torneremo sicuramente!

28/07/2025: Sono andata qualche giorno fa al Cucu con dei miei amici. Sono stata molto soddisfatta. Io ho preso un panino con il polpo fritto: davvero ottimo,morbido d grande, buona anche la salsa presente sul panino, abbiamo preso anche dei fritti e mi sono piaciuti e la Carlo V che io ho amato. Sicuramente tornerò! Molto simpatica anche Rossella e sua sorella, che quella sera ci ha serviti.

07/05/2025: A mio avviso una delle migliori pizze al taglio di Foggia, da gustare in loco o d'asporto. Diversi tipi di pizza con condimenti vari e secondo i gusti. Buone le crocchette e arancini. Prezzi appropriati con giusto rapporto qualità/prezzo. Simpatica e attenta la titolare signora Giovanna.
