17/08/2025: Excellent pizzas, cooked in a wood-fired oven. The owners are a truly respectable couple. Simple, no-frills, this pizzeria has become our go-to place for an evening in Martina Franca.

22/06/2025: The best 4 cheese I've ever eaten in my life. However, I would have preferred a few more scamorzina. The dough itself is decent, it's not too heavy to digest, it doesn't collapse when you eat it, the edge could only be improved a bit, but otherwise it's perfect. Very nice location

23/08/2025: Good, but the service was a bit lacking...also they promised us a 1,200 kg sea bass and instead we shared it with the next table...smart, I'd say.

20/08/2025: Terrible experience, I'll never go back. Despite the fact that I repeatedly stated on the phone that we were five adults with a 9-month-old baby, they kicked us out because, according to that RUDE lifeguard, we were a "camp." They could have already assigned us two umbrellas instead of one when we booked (not knowing the size of the umbrellas). P.S. Hire good people and put friendliness first.

17/06/2025: I discovered this place thanks to two friends, MILENA and SANDRO and I must say it was a very pleasant surprise. The two girls, Sara and Debora were always smiling, polite and professional. The pizza then... oh my, a real treat, light and with truly genuine ingredients. DO NOT UNDERESTIMATE the prices, really "low" compared to many pizzerias and not always, they are synonymous with goodness. I must give my most sincere compliments also for this aspect. A Margherita pizza for € 5.00 is not found anywhere, not even in supermarkets, the frozen ones. Compliments also for the Tiramisu, spectacular. Compliments to everyone, from Toto, to the kitchen and dining room staff. Truly Chapeau 🎩 🍕 😋😍 I recommend it with my eyes closed. Fabio.

17/07/2025: My husband and I ate there for lunch a few days ago and I have to say that the place is very nice and the food is good, but the prices are exaggerated for what we got.

15/06/2025: Being located in a mountain place you think you will find only meat-based dishes and instead no: I ordered a first and second course based on fish. The result? Exceptional, everything really excellent. The owner, Mr. Michele, an exquisite person as well as all the staff. Fair prices for the quality offered.

18/07/2025: The restaurant has a charming sea view, but it's poorly utilized, as the view is obstructed by the "decorations" (wooden barriers), which prevent a full view of the panorama. To start our dinner, we ordered fried food, which was very salty. Next, we ordered pucce, which were decent. It's a shame about the long wait, lasting 35-40 minutes.

11/07/2025: A small restaurant near the Castro marina with a beautiful view of it and where you can enjoy excellent food, from appetizers to dessert, everything was delicious, even the pizza, which we didn't order, looked tasty.

30/07/2025: An amazing location, very nice staff, delicious breakfast, clean rooms. The only negative is if you’re looking for a cold room with air conditioning, this isn’t the spot for you. It’s an eco friendly resort so they keep it on the warmer side. Other than the AC it’s a great place.

27/07/2025: We stopped at this B&B for just one night (unfortunately) on our way back from vacation in Sicily. We stayed in a fully equipped apartment with a lovely outdoor space. The breakfast was delicious. Giorgia and Giuseppe were very welcoming and friendly. Free on-site parking was a huge plus, as we had a car full of luggage. Very close to Alberobello and Noci (a truly undiscovered town, a little-known gem). We will definitely consider returning to visit the many other worthwhile places nearby.

06/06/2025: When we want to take a break from work, what's better than taking a trip to the Itria Valley. My wife and I often come to this B&B because we find it quiet, convenient for getting around, with a private gate, tastefully furnished and very clean rooms with breakfast in their bar and finally the icing on the cake are the owners Giuseppe and Giorgia who always welcome you with a smile and make you feel at home. I recommend it to everyone.

29/03/2025: Terrible service. Biblical expectations entered at 9.30pm, pizza received at 11.30pm. An abnormal amount of chips. I understand Saturday evenings but a much better organization would be needed compared to the previous management. Pizzas burnt all on the edges. I haven't been there since this summer but the problems are still there 🆘😪. I don't know, we'll see the bill soon 🤐🤐🤐

05/01/2025: We happened upon it by chance and also at the last moment but, we were welcomed and pampered until our departure, by Angelo (the owner) who showed us the beauties, the flavors and the history of his land. Splendid structure, convenient parking just outside the city but, we like it that way, excellent food in the restaurant/pizzeria with wood oven inside the structure, more comfortable than this 😋🤗

21/08/2025: Pizzas with a wide choice, pizza dough for all tastes, lactose-free if you prefer.....highly digestible 5-grain pizza, very crunchy fried pasta and vegetables....peaceful sleep at night, everything highly digestible.......try it and believe it

31/07/2025: Se siete alla ricerca di una pizza che vi faccia sentire come a casa, La Buria è il posto giusto. La base della pizza è qualcosa di incredibile: sottile, quasi come quella che faceva mia nonna nel forno a legna. Non più di 1 cm di spessore, croccante al punto giusto, ma con quella morbidezza che solo una preparazione fatta con passione può dare. I profumi che si sprigionano appena arriva al tavolo ti riportano indietro nel tempo, a un'epoca in cui il cibo aveva un sapore autentico, semplice, ma incredibilmente buono. Anche gli ingredienti per il condimento sono scelti con cura, freschi e genuini, esaltano il gusto della pizza senza mai sopraffarlo. Ogni morso è una vera delizia, che sa di tradizione e di amore per la cucina. Se passate per Peschici, non lasciatevi scappare La Buria: è un’esperienza che va oltre il semplice mangiare, è un viaggio nei sapori e nei ricordi di una cucina che non ha paura di restare fedele alla propria storia.

27/07/2025: Siamo andati a cena in questo ristorante che ci è stato consigliato vivamente e devo dire che siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. A partire dal servizio veloce e molto professionale, fino ad arrivare ai piatti a dir poco deliziosi. Abbiamo preso come antipasto da dividere in 2 le cozze ripiene ed erano buonissime, a seguire due spaghetti con le vongole, forse i più buoni mai mangiati, accompagnati con una bottiglia di vino bianco (si può scegliere tra bottiglia grande e piccola, ottima cosa per chi non beve troppo vino come noi) e per finire due sorbetti al limone e due amari che ci sono stati gentilmente offerti dalla casa. Che dire, la cena migliore della vacanza! I prezzi sono leggermente più alti di altri posti ma è giustificato dalla qualità alta dei piatti (abbiamo dato un occhio alle pizze e avevano dei prezzi nella media). Sicuramente ci torneremo!
