The waitstaff and the pizza chef were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. The delicious pizza was only part of the experience, the relaxed atmosphere, genuine hospitality, and the wonderful vibe made the evening truly special. This is exactly what Dolce vita feels like. Highly recommended, and we can’t wait to come back!

04/06/2026: We came across this restaurant by accident but what a pleasure it was! A definite must visit when in Tricase! The owner Antonio is so passionate about his restaurant and the food, cooked by his mother, is absolutely amazing!

04/06/2026: Antonio is super enthusiastic, friendly and helpful. He uses a translate app for those guests who don’t speak Italian. They don’t have white wine by the glass, but the rose, despite its colour, was a good alternative. The polpette (meatballs) and aubergine were delicious starters. The beef and pasta very tasty mains. Homemade bread .. so nice. “Mamma” was doing the cooking. Absolutely worthy a visit.

21/05/2026: RECOMMENDED The strong point is the kindness of the staff. About the location, I'll just say there's a large TV to keep you company at one table. The Roman cuisine is excellent, considering we're not in Rome. The deal: For about €15 per person, you can try many dishes, including appetizers, first courses, and second courses, which are served at the table. I recommend going with two people if you're a big eater. You can also take any leftovers home. There's no waste!! For those with lactose intolerance, it's a different story. The porchetta is good, but it can't always be up to par. Nonna Pippi's cake speaks for itself.

29/04/2026: A great find in beautiful Calimera. From appetizers to pizza, including the schiacciatine, everything is a delight. The service is attentive and friendly, and the prices are more than reasonable, perhaps even a little below average. We'll definitely be back. Recommended.

01/06/2026: Nice place, nothing spectacular. They asked us where we wanted to eat, and since we're IQOS smokers, we chose outside. I'll start by saying that it's not closed, the outside is completely open... while we were smoking IQOS, they told us smoking was strictly prohibited. Then the service was poor: sour and uninterested waiters, not even a smile. The pizzas were acceptable, nothing special...there's definitely better. Awful experience...

01/06/2026: The pizzas are really good, the dough is perfect, not burned underneath. It's the first time I've seen a pizza chef with a sink next to the oven to wash his hands between each batch. The staff is professional and friendly. My compliments, you can see the dedication and love behind it.

10/06/2026: On our first day in Bari, we came across this restaurant, but we gave up because the line for a table was too long. People ahead of us had already been waiting for 45 minutes for a free table. The next day, we happened to find a free table. Most likely because we came right after it opened. We ordered Spaghetti all'assassina (typical of Bari) and another type of pasta. Honestly, it was ok, but nothing special to justify such a crowd and waiting for a table. The service is okay. The worst thing is the pressure when you're eating, and on the other hand, there are people standing around waiting for their turn at a table.

08/07/2026: The dynamic maestro Orazio Chiapparino has accustomed us to constantly expanding horizons. And it's not because he's bored of always doing the same things, but rather, because of his profound knowledge of the subject and the joy of bringing an Experience to the table. We dove headfirst into a six-course tasting menu, from appetizer to dessert, and I must say that in the end, everything was worthy of a memorable dinner. It wasn't just pizzas, but gourmet dishes, refined in their choice of ingredients and presentation. Art in the kitchen: every bite evokes a memory and evokes an emotion. A return to the past through empirical research that serves as a common denominator for the new frontiers of fine dining. I was particularly struck by a dough I've rarely encountered before: sfogliata. A pizza so thin and crispy it resembles a cracker; ideal for enhancing the flavors of light, delicately flavored ingredients. This potentially makes it a low-calorie dish, suitable for those whose dietitian told them pizza was only allowed once a week. Vegans had already been considered, and even celiacs had been considered: do you really think Orazio wouldn't consider making pizzerias accessible to the other 98% of the Italian population? An idea like this deserves a seal of approval. Thanks, and see you next time.

The kitchen offers dishes prepared with the freshest, highest-quality ingredients, showcasing the flavors of Salento's tradition. The fish is truly excellent, carefully cooked and impeccably presented, but the pizza also deserves a special mention. The staff is friendly, professional, and always attentive to their guests' needs. The quality-price ratio is also excellent. I recommend this experience to anyone who wants to enjoy authentic Puglian cuisine. I'll definitely be back!

24/06/2026: A very refined and elegant restaurant located in Presicce. We ate outside; the staff was friendly and generous with suggestions for dishes to try. Recommended: the Mascapati appetizer, the rosemary-infused bread-crusted mussels, the seafood linguine, the basil pesto tagliatelle with shrimp and calamari, the stuffed calamari, and all the desserts. Highly recommended.
