15/12/2024: avevamo intenzione di andare più spesso in questo ristorante riscoperto poco tempo fa . In effetto se i prezzi del menu sono congrui con la qualità, non siamo stati per niente soddisfatti di avere scelto fritto misto con carciofi fuori menu, che per carità era di buona qualità ma pagando 25 € il fritto per circa 200gr di pesci e 9€ un mezzo carciofo cucinato, Prezzi fuori luoghi anche rispetto ad altri ristoranti di standing superiore . Questo non ci è sembrato per niente onesto.Di conseguenza, ridurremo la nostra frequentazione di questo locale .

15/12/2024: we intended to go more often to this restaurant that we rediscovered not long ago. In fact, if the prices on the menu are consistent with the quality, we were not at all satisfied with having chosen mixed fried fish with artichokes off the menu, which for goodness sake was of good quality but paying €25 for fried food for around 200g of fish and €9 half a cooked artichoke. Prices out of place even compared to other restaurants of higher standing. This did not seem honest to us at all. Consequently, we will reduce our frequenting of this place.

09/12/2024: In Coazze on the main street there is this restaurant run by a young staff who have been able to revisit some of the most well-known Piedmontese dishes!! You can also order pizza!!! Everything was excellent and welcoming!! Tasted mushroom season dishes!!!

02/12/2024: I'll start by saying that in the years ago this pizzeria was a real point of reference for those who wanted to eat a good Neapolitan pizza at an overall reasonable price, but not only for that. The environment is simple but clean and tidy, with the owners very friendly and helpful. Beyond what can happen in any workplace, where sooner or later you want to try new ingredients, type of cooking (sometimes even burning the pizza and okay), different flours, different employees, different prices, everything can stay if this remains with respect for the customer, respect which has gradually diminished over the years (And I say this as a regular visitor). It started with taking wrong orders (a recurring habit of one employee in particular), each time without any admission of fault on his part because according to him it is always the others who get the order wrong but okay, then "I don't have the change to give you, I'll give it to you as soon as I have some cash in hand" and then he doesn't even remember how much he has to give you or he approximates it by default (Eyes wide open if it is pointed out to him that perhaps he is remembering him wrong as he doesn't know it's not even written somewhere), counts on completely incorrect totals and charging for other types of pizzas never ordered instead of those consumed (I mean when you eat in the restaurant), obnoxious and frightening delays if you decide to eat there (Lately we have come to wait even over an hour for to be able to eat) because they give priority to take-away and okay, no greeting from the guys who work when you enter or leave the place (Except sporadically), which in my opinion is something very serious and truly offensive, as well as rude, but the thing the worst was achieved by ordering takeaway (calling from home) and after also ordering a drink (all paid for obviously), my girlfriend and I see a new guy arrive to make deliveries, who leaves us the wrappings with the pizzas, but he forgot to bring us drinks. He darted away at the speed of light, we didn't have time to run after him to tell him that maybe something was missing, like a bag with beer, which in the end we were forced to call to the pizzeria to complain. A person answers, who then makes them wait on the phone and then a second one arrives (It's not the first time this has happened, but it can be accommodated in the amount of work), to whom we introduce ourselves as "those who had ordered pizzas and a little drink before" and we explain what happened and the type of order. On the phone we hear people asking loudly in the restaurant "who had made that delivery", after which the boy on the phone resumes the conversation with us, stating that there were no problems as the delivery boy would take care of bringing them to us in a short time , a short time which then became long and then turned into never delivered. I feel like advising these people that if they want to keep the quality of the service high, it is not enough to know how to make a good pizza, but it is necessary to reconcile the different needs of the customers (the serious ones in particular), and learn to listen to even those people who They politely point out to you where there are inadequacies or failures to comply with their work. A quality that essentially, instead of improving over the years, has made a sharp U-turn. I think that after this latest experience, I will never return to this pizzeria again, a real shame to lose customers in this way, but never mind, maybe it had to go Like this!

12/11/2024: Atmosfera informale, accogliente, la signora ti spiega tutto per bene, con molta pazienza. Ho mangiato un antipasto di polpo con sughetto con pistacchi, e una pasta con seppie, pesto di pistacchi e olive taggiasche. Il condimento superlativo, la cameriera ha ritirato il piatto pulito! Ottimi anche gli altri piatti, tris di pesce affumicato, fettuccine al nero di seppia con pezzi di seppia, pasta con gamberi e fave, la focaccia portata per assaggio, il calamaro al forno con verdure...buono il vino sardo, e lo zibibbo dato a fine pasto. La cucina della Fortezza è stata una buonissima sorpresa. Da ritornare per altre degustazioni!
