23/02/2025: I went to a birthday party at this restaurant. The service is slow and the pizzas are of mediocre quality, but if this had been the problem I wouldn't even have done the review or I would have given 2 or 3 stars. The main problem lies in the service and cheekiness of the team. At a certain point I find a piece of green wool or something similar (perhaps a piece of the sponge used for washing dishes) inside the pizza and I timidly alert a waiter (or is it the owner? I don't know), who responds already nervously by asking me what it is, and then takes the found piece away without even apologizing or saying anything else. As if it were normal. Maybe I would have let it go, but the mother of the birthday boy takes the trouble to ask to make my pizza again, because it was actually unhygienic. The waiter responds rudely again, saying it was wool from my shirt. Too bad I didn't have a wool sweater and we were practically all dressed in other colors, not green. They ask me again, but without even mentioning the slightest apology for what happened. Even the glasses for the sparkling wine and the saucers for the cakes brought afterwards are not very clean, but I leave it at that, for the sake of the now ruined "party" and because it is now past 11pm. After all this I read the comments of other users here and in particular the responses of the restaurant, which advises anyone who makes the slightest criticism things like "Next time bring the ingredients from home", "If you don't like it go elsewhere" or similar. I expect an inelegant response below and that's fine, I certainly won't go back, but if this is your way of accepting criticism...maybe working in contact with the public isn't for you. And I'm sure the response to this review will confirm this. Ps. After reading the answer, I point out that the lady mentioned had a light green sweater and not a dark one like the piece found in the pizza and was sitting far from me... and that I ate half of the first pizza precisely because, as written, I didn't want to cause problems, while I didn't finish the second one. As always, response in which they don't admit their mistakes and attack customers. Expectations respected.

22/02/2025: We returned to try this pizzeria again after the renovation... the place has certainly been modernized and the new oven is impressive... Too bad the pizzas were all burnt... out of 4 not a single one... when I realized it we were already at home otherwise I would have had them remade... (whoever went to get them said that the area where they are put in the boxes was not clearly visible from the counter...). The problem didn't stop at "just" the burnt crust... they were overcooked! A real shame because in themselves the ingredients would have been good... but everything was lost with the aftertaste... The only positive note is the farinata... I don't know if the problem is the new oven... or if we were just unlucky........ but it wasn't a pleasant experience....😓

29/11/2024: Pizza? A real treat! The pasta was light, crispy and perfectly cooked, with very fresh, quality ingredients. I tried the Margherita with buffalo mozzarella and the Pizza with porcini mushrooms and raw ham and both were extraordinary, full of authentic and well-balanced flavours. An extra point for the selection of condiments and attention to detail: you can really see the passion for tradition and good food. I recommend everyone to try it, because it's not just a pizza, it's a culinary experience that leaves you smiling! I will definitely come back to discover other delicacies!". 5 stars from biba spare parts

27/02/2025: Great local place for dinner! We visited this restaurants multiple times during our visit in Bardoneccia. Delicious pasta and pizza that were well priced. Staff were extremely friendly and attentive. Would certainly recommend! 😊

25/02/2025: We happened upon it by chance in the evening at 11.00pm and since at the counter, despite it being a restaurant, they made us two coffees (we couldn't find a bar), given the kindness the next day I decided to go to dinner to "reward the kindness" and I made an excellent choice...excellent braised meat, it melts in the mouth, my partner had a pizza and the dough was excellent, crumbly on the sides and certainly good products because it didn't leave a feeling of heaviness. Excellent value for money. I complimented the chef, 35 years old so very young but really good and I also appreciated the staff, all really kind.
