15/02/2026: Even though we'd been to this place before, we've never had such a bad experience like last night. It's Valentine's Day, and it's understandable that you don't get service like on a regular Saturday night, and no one's arguing with that, but I don't think the way we were served is normal. We sat at the table in the second floor room at 8:00 PM. The room was empty. A table for two arrived at 8:45 PM, and they took our order an hour later, at 9:00 PM. We ordered 6 pizzas, two of which were the same. Three pizzas arrived at our table at 9:15 PM, along with two in the ravioli of the couple next to us. Another pizza arrived at our table at 9:30 PM, and the last two at 9:40 PM. Naturally, we each ate separately, given the wait between one pizza and the next. But whatever, let's continue with the evening. The waiters cleared our table at 9:50 PM, and for a whole hour, no one bothered to ask us if we wanted dessert or coffee. I got up to call them, and as if by magic, they told me we were coming to you! By now it was 11 PM, of course, we'd lost our craving for dessert, so we grabbed a coffee and left! I own a restaurant in Pinerolo and worked for a year as an extra at a pizzeria about 2 kilometers from this one, so coming from this job, I can confidently say I've never seen waiters completely ignore a table! Again, I understand the chaos, but a word said at the right time would have been appreciated. Sometimes, "Everything's fine, ladies and gentlemen!" is enough. If you're a waiter, it's not enough to just run back and forth; you also have to observe the people in the restaurant uniting and taking as few steps as possible to optimize time and, above all, not make the owner lose money. In our case, our table was sold six portions of desserts due to incompetent waiters!

04/05/2026: I ordered an incredible pizza, beautiful and well-topped, really nothing to complain about. It was so good at the time that we ate without anyone talking, we were all focused on the taste. At the table, all you could hear was "hmm hmm hmm" 😂😂😂

01/05/2026: I'm giving it two stars only because the pizza is good. It's a shame it's not the first time we've gotten the wrong pizza. We order them, and they often arrive with ingredients we didn't ask for or missing. Once, I was even told I'd have to pay for the extra ingredient I didn't ask for, so I should be happy it arrived that way. Tonight, my boyfriend ordered a pizza with gorgonzola, spicy salami, and caramelized onion, and they added fries. Now I understand everything, but mistakes can happen a few times, not a continuous one.

05/04/2026: Unbeatable value! ​Excellent Easter lunch: 3 appetizers, 2 first courses, 1 second course plus dessert and drinks for just €48 (including a vegetarian option at no extra cost). The ingredients are top-quality, the service is fast, discreet, and unobtrusive! But the real strength is the welcome: Chef Manuel in the kitchen is a guarantee, and his father Lamberto is a true master of hospitality. ​A perfect blend of tradition and professionalism. Highly recommended!

27/05/2026: I was in Turin for a two-week trip and almost always ate there. The meat and pizza were excellent. I didn't try the fish because I don't eat it, but everyone around me seemed very happy with it. The service was attentive, punctual, and extremely friendly.

05/04/2026: First time, ate there by chance on March 8th. We had a wonderful time. The food was friendly, fast, and excellent. The price was right. We returned today, April 5th. Everything was excellent. The staff was extremely efficient and incredibly kind. A rare find these days...we'll be happy to return. A special thanks to Edoardo. He welcomes everyone with a smile and infinite kindness. Thank you.

28/02/2026: I would say it was an excellent discovery, we will be back to try something else. The pizza is excellent, with very good ingredients that are difficult to find nowadays.

06/06/2026: Exceptional croissant and ferratelle with Chantilly cream. Discovered by chance online: it was worth it, coming from Rome to Pescara, to exit at the Manoppello Scalo toll booth for an excellent breakfast. Very friendly staff.

31/05/2026: We came here on the recommendation of others, and after ordering two coffees and two pastries, you didn't even bother to offer us two small glasses of water, as is done in virtually every Italian café along with our coffee. My request was simply for two small glasses of water, like the ones you served to other customers who were having coffee. Your only alternative was to suggest I buy a bottle. I find it perfectly legitimate to charge for water and any other product, but in this case, I would avoid portraying the service as particularly attentive to the customer. Furthermore, drinks should be brought to the table. And, as you may have noticed, despite the service we received, we were the ones who returned the dishes to the counter. I simply think the service could be improved. Otherwise, everything is fine.

24/05/2026: Very pleasantly surprised, excellent meat and perfect risotto, a relaxed atmosphere even on the terrace, and reasonable prices... Friendly waiters, I recommend it and I will be back

29/12/2025: Extremely thin crust Roman style pizza. I've not found a slice like this outside of Rome yet. Tested both the margarita and the pizza rossa, so amazing crust amazing tomato. Very good cheese. Staff very friendly and can assist in English. Such a refreshing change from the thick and chewy focaccia you see around

14/05/2026: I've known about Pizza Vesuvio for a couple of years now. I've been there several times for dinner, and other times I've ordered pizza to go. What can I say? The pizzas are delicious, and so are the desserts. And I swear, I come here specifically for the pizza with fries and sausage, because the fries are made on site, not frozen. I find this small touch a huge treat, which makes you feel at home and demonstrates the genuineness of the people who work there, with all their heart. Highly recommended.

10/05/2026: Eat here! Amazing pizzas, kind service, reasonable people, local. A piedmont pizza with truffles, sausage, hazelnuts???? All it needed was an egg—we will reheat in the morning with one. So good. My daughter’s first meal in Italy since she was 8 months old. We are coming back here, right? Of course. The dessert—this is like a chocolate flan brownie! Perfect and wonderful. Kind, delicious, warm.
