08/07/2024: Pizza di per sè buona. Peccato per il servizio a domicilio. La prima volta mi è arrivata la pizza con più condimento sul cartone che sulla pizza, sembrava che avesse fatto le montagne russe. La seconda volta è arrivata con 40 minuti di ritardo. La terza volta il signore che consegna le pizze si è rivolto a me in maniera molto sgarbata inizialmente al telefono e successivamente dal vivo. Questo perché non avevo sentito subito il telefono; nonostante mi fossi scusata e giustificata per non aver sentito la chiamata ricevuta, sono stata trattata con poco rispetto e arroganza. (Ho richiamato un minuto e mezzo dopo la loro chiamata) Sicuramente non continuerò a prendere la pizza lí, l’educazione e il rispetto sono la base per qualsiasi tipo di lavoro e non.

26/05/2024: Si riconferma alla grande come la migliore pizzeria, almeno per me, del novese. Una piacevole serata in compagnia di alcuni colleghi giunti da un po' ogni dove del basso alessandrino. Pizza, birra, dolce e caffè: il tutto servito ai tavoli con simpatia e professionalità. Alberto e Ylenia ancora una volta si confermano il top e insieme ai loro meravigliosi collaboratori danno vita a un locale giovane ma altamente specializzato e qualificato. Nulla da eccepire anzi solo da ringraziare per la qualità del cibo, la simpatia e l'educazione con sempre un particolare occhio di riguardo al cliente e alle sue esigenze. Complimenti davvero. Un locale che consiglio senza alcun timore.

17/06/2024: The locals are probably used to this type of pizza because in fact there was a lot of takeaways coming and going. For me it has nothing to do with the pizza that I like, I didn't find the taste of the classic dough, the ingredients on the pizza were very sparse.. for me it's not pizza but this is my personal opinion

14/08/2024: If the owners of this pearl of a pizzeria were politicized or paid some pimp journalist they would be worthy of a mention from the Gambero Rosso or the Michelin Guide as other restaurant businesses around Italy instead seek out spasmodically. Fantastic pan pizzas with first choice raw materials. My favorites are buffalo burrata and porchetta, stracchino and pesto, diavola, pugliese and margherita which in its simplicity reveals the exquisiteness of the Faro pan pizzas. Owners not very friendly but super professional. A true gem.

16/07/2024: I like to return from time to time to this place which certainly has a long experience with farinata and then with the passage of time much more has been added. I would like to suggest studying a "communication" system that is more efficient than expected. Technology can help a lot! Honest prices, average quality, I personally would try to use less salt... but it's better to receive other feedback before doing so. In my case it is an emotional bond seasoned with honest prices that pushes me to pop in once.

23/08/2024: Evening organized between colleagues after booking via WhatsApp according to the channels indicated by the venue itself. When we arrived, this reservation (confirmed by telephone) did not exist, so we waited for about 45 minutes for a table to become available. This table, without lighting, allowed us to eat a good, thin, well-seasoned pizza, but in the dark, at the outdoor tables. Perhaps an unlucky evening during the reopening after the summer break. Good pizza, ok price (4/5).

23/08/2024: Good pizza with a delicious thin and crispy crust and for a very fair price! The owner and employees are absolutely friendly and hospitable. We ended up here because other pizzerias were closed, but that was certainly not bad luck. Grazie!

23/08/2024: Everything was perfect, we deviated from our destination and the stop was well worth it. As soon as we entered the place, we were attended to immediately and upon hearing us speak Spanish we were lucky that one of the waitresses knew how to speak our language, who was extremely kind to us and patiently explained everything to us perfectly and in detail. The food is excellent, they made everything for us at the moment and with incredible art and on top of that cheap and delicious 😋. Without a doubt, a more than recommended place.
