07/09/2025: Good pizza. Good dough. Unfortunately, the menu says you can choose whole wheat or kamut dough, but that wasn't the case. There was no sorbet. There was no IPA Blanche beer... The staff was unfriendly.

21/09/2025: We discovered this place by chance while taking a detour from the highway. We had a wonderful meal, including excellent fresh pasta tortelli with ragù, and also the cheese focaccia. Delicious appetizers. Excellent service. We'll definitely be back sometime; I'd love to try the focaccia, which I've read rave reviews about.

04/09/2025: I went to Ristorante Al Caminetto for work, photographing some of the internal processes and a couple of dishes coming out of the kitchen. I didn't know any of the staff before going, but I had a great time. The place isn't the most elegant I've ever seen, and in this case, I consider that a plus because the people working there are super friendly and kind. Great for a meal with friends, or a quick pizza. I saw everyone working with passion and positive energy, and I also had the opportunity to try some truly amazing pasta with clams.

10/10/2025: Fabulous pizza. Thin, crispy, and very large. Wide variety of choices, including fresh porcini mushrooms and a charcoal crust—definitely worth trying. The staff was friendly and fast, attentive to the customer's needs. What can I say about the location? It's amazing, the bathroom is beautiful. The paintings are spot on. If I ever come back here, I'll definitely be back. Recommended!

16/09/2025: I brought my wife and she was very surprised and happy with the delicious pizza! I gave the atmosphere one star for two reasons: 1. It was really hot inside, and I had to ask for a menu to get some fresh air. 2. The table was too small for five people, so I had to put empty cans and bottles on the floor. Other than that, I made a great impression on my wife and friends with the speed of service and the delicious food! Highly recommended.

18/10/2025: The bread selection, compared to what I see in other similar establishments in Rome and, especially, in Germany, is absolutely banal, even miserable. The pizza section is somewhat of a saving grace. The sore point also applies to the limited variety of supplì and arancini, which are also expensive! Today, October 12, 2025, I paid €2.80 for an arancini that, in early September, I had paid €2.50. Finally, the subtle rudeness of the staff deserves to be criticized. 15/10/2025: I hadn't been in several years, I came in and was amazed.... The products were always good, but the person who served me was very reserved and had to ask a colleague about my questions, but luckily at the end she gave a half-hearted laugh. The person who came to the cashier looked like he was supposed to give me the money, no greeting and annoyed.... I'll come back in about ten years... 😁😁

13/10/2025: Everything was excellent...from the customer service to the Excellent food. All the fish...exquisite ravioli...topped with a very delicate sauce and a special fried fish. Excellent house dessert: classic tiramisu and also pistachio. I recommend everyone to go. Because it's truly worth it.

10/10/2025: A quick lunch in Gavi after my wife and I visited the beautiful fort this morning. Having been unable to find a table at the trattoria we'd planned, a passerby recommended this place just outside the historic center. Since the fixed-price menu (15 euros) didn't have anything that appealed to us, we had lunch à la carte, ordering gnocchi with pesto and ravioli with ragu, washed them down with a bottle of beer. Large portions, good pesto, and the ravioli weren't bad either. Service was quick and courteous. The restroom, however, was in a rather run-down condition, with a door that wouldn't close. The final bill was 31 euros, with a cover charge of 1.50, as per the attached receipt.

23/08/2025: Excellent pizza by the meter, topped with quality ingredients, good service, the only downside of the evening was the coffee, very long and quite watered down. I'll be back, but I won't be ordering the coffee. 😜
