08/12/2025: Yesterday, they almost killed my husband. They didn't list walnuts among the ingredients in a takeout sandwich, and he's severely allergic!!!! He had to rush to the emergency room and be given medication due to their incompetence!!! YOU CAN'T PLAY WITH THE LIVES OF PEOPLE who rely on you for food like this, randomly adding such common allergens!!! Furthermore, when we called back to find out what caused the allergic reaction, not even the slightest apology!!! Truly shameful... I'm giving one star because you can't give zero... I strongly advise against it for anyone with dietary needs!!!!

08/12/2025: The staff was friendly, but the food could use some work. We ordered an appetizer for two, featuring cured meats and cheeses. A platter arrived with only salami (which was also quite good) and completely tasteless cheeses. Then we ordered two tagliata (sliced ​​steaks). I must say the meat was acceptable, but the presentation was 1990s-style, with cherry tomatoes, shaved parmesan cheese, and the same salad. Two glasses of red wine. Two coffees. €75. I don't recommend.

22/11/2025: A restaurant we stumbled upon on the road during our trip: Cavallo Bianco is one of those mountain places where time has stood still, where you don't have to worry about the outdated decor or whether the food is served on classic, outdated white plates. The food was simple but good and plentiful: for €15, we ate two excellent traditional mountain appetizers, a plate of tagliatelle with ragù, and a braciola with baked potatoes. The owners are two elderly people who probably weren't expecting to see outsiders in the area on a cold, snowy autumn day... yet we were greeted with kindness and smiles, told family and local anecdotes, and the owner even helped me put on my coat, just as men used to do in times long forgotten. My husband told me this was our anniversary lunch (which is tomorrow), and I told him that a simple and authentic place like this will always be among my fondest memories.

07/10/2025: Authentic Italian food! You have a great view over the valley, really beautiful. It was a really nice lunch menu for only 15 euro. Also fine to have a vegetarian menu. It felt like a true Italian experience! We can really recommend it. We were doubting at first, but once inside we felt very welcome. Be sure to sit at the back to have the view.
