06/07/2025: We relied on “il girasole” for a refreshment after the celebration of our wedding at the abbey of Santa Maria Arabona, they provided us with an impeccable service of fresh drinks. All served on a wonderful ape car! I thank and highly recommend Sonia and all her staff ☺️

09/04/2025: La entrada está escondida al final de una galería pero, una vez dentro, es un mundo diferente. El comedor del primer piso tiene vistas a la iglesia y las montañas y se puede ver la puesta de sol. El personal es servicial, acogedor y atento. No teníamos una reserva, pero nos dieron una mesa preciosa junto a la ventana. El servicio fue rápido, a pesar de que acogieron a 40 - niños extraños en el piso inferior en un viaje de esquí. La comida era fabulosa, desde pizzas de estilo napolitano hasta una enorme tabla de salumi / charcutería (sirve más de uno) y el sarro hecho de sabrosa carne de res criada regionalmente. Y excelente relación calidad-precio en comparación con otros restaurantes locales (como Pinky). Entre mi esposa, mi hija y yo, hemos estado viniendo a Sestriere durante años, pero esta es la primera vez que hemos estado en Il Centro en años. Muy recomendable.

30/07/2025: Pizza buona, servizio veloce e cortesissimo Ma soprattutto: il bagno! Non ho mai visto un bagno così (e di mondo ne ho girato proprio tanto tanto!). Ogni necessità trova la soluzione nel cassetto del mobile! E i bambini trovano uno specchio alla loro altezza… qualsiasi essa sia Strepitoso!

21/07/2025: Sosta d'obbligo e piacevole per i nostri viaggi da e verso il mare passando per il colle di Nava, ci siamo fermati una sera di giugno 2025 dopo qualche mese di assenza. Scopriamo che la gestione nel frattempo è cambiata e facciamo da cavie. Le pizze e i piatti non sono più quelli di una volta (nemmeno i prezzi...). La gorgonzola, speck e noci che era una delle pizze di punta è stata eliminata dal menù e rimpiazzata con la gorgonzola, crudo, noci (chissà perché poi). Ripiego quindi su una quattro stagioni di cui mi pento appena la vedo arrivare: tre olive contate, un pezzo e mezzo di carciofo, una manciata di funghi, cornicione gommoso e poco cotto, una pizza triste insomma. Porzione di patatine fritte 5 euro (!!!) che costa praticamente come una margherita, la mia compagna prende una bistecca che risulta bruciacchiata fuori e ghiacciata dentro, inutile dire che metà è rimasta nel piatto. Servizio cordiale e veloce, ma onestamente il complesso non regge il confronto con la vecchia gestione che curava tutto nei minimi dettagli e che garantiva un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Se questi sono i presupposti, mi sa che non torneremo. Un vero peccato!

29/05/2025: I've never had a salad made with the pizza line (mozzarella, tuna, ham, olives)... :-) but overall it wasn't that bad. Otherwise the prices are good, the service is fast and the girls in the dining room are very smart and kind.

26/04/2025: Ieri sera, io e mia moglie siamo stati in questo ristorante-pizzeria senza prenotazione. Fin da subito siamo stati accolti con grande gentilezza e professionalità da una ragazza, Adriana, che ci ha messi subito a nostro agio. Inizialmente avevamo pensato di mangiare una pizza, ma grazie alla bravura e alla simpatia di Adriana, che ci ha saputo consigliare con entusiasmo il menù della cucina, abbiamo deciso di affidarci ai suoi suggerimenti. Abbiamo iniziato con il loro Antipasto Otranto davvero eccezionale, ricco di sapori e curato nei dettagli. A seguire, una frittura di pesce e un'orata semplicemente perfette, cotte al punto giusto e di qualità eccellente. Voglio fare i complimenti non solo per l’ottimo cibo, ma soprattutto per il servizio impeccabile e la professionalità dimostrata. Ancora tanti complimenti: ci torneremo sicuramente!

16/06/2025: In sei su due tavolini in plastica. Speravo in un tavolino in più. Anche due euro a testa per il servizio torta, mi sembra non consono. Son già 2,5€ per il coperto, altri due per tagliarti la torta che porti tu. Certo c'è un piatto in più da lavare, ma alle volte si fa più bella figura a non farlo pagare. Pizza buona.

19/02/2025: Personale gentilissimo nulla da dire ma la pizza orrenda impasto senza sale insipido nonostante ci fosse il locale mezzo vuoto e le persone al tavolo già erano state servite abbiamo aspettato più di mezz'oretta per due pizze almeno fossero state buone l attesa era piacevole nn ci torno più .

20/07/2025: Fuimos a este restaurante porque no podíamos entrar en el que queríamos. Resultó ser un golpe de suerte - Amici es genial! Empezamos con parmesano de berenjena y burrata. Ambos fantásticos. Luego, tuve los ravioles plin y mi hijo tuvo el osso bucco. Finalmente, de postre tuvimos el pistacho semifreddo. Tenemos un litro de rosa de la casa. Volvería a este restaurante de nuevo, fue genial. Todo el mundo era muy amable y servicial. Era hermoso sentarse afuera bajo las vides.

12/07/2025: Ho ordinato un tagliere di salumi e formaggi ossolani (come riportato nel menù) ma, soprattutto per quanto riguarda i salumi, mi son sembrati di tutto (anche se di qualità) tranne che ossolani. Per il resto discreto locale particolarmente gradito ai turisti, buon servizio e prezzi nella media.

29/07/2025: A restaurant with a wide selection on the menu, from pizza to seafood and meat-based first and second courses. Specializing in paella. The atmosphere is fairly casual but well-maintained. There are two large indoor dining rooms and a summer terrace. Last time I had spaghetti with lobster. It was good, but with too much tomato sauce. We usually come for the pizza, which is good, and we enjoy it, precisely because there's so much to choose from on the menu. The farinata is also good. The prices are in line with what's on offer.

10/07/2025: They are unpleasant, they charge more and they don't keep separate bills, just the Roman way. Don't go, the pizza isn't good, they don't treat the elderly well and you pay more.

02/07/2025: very good pizza but exaggeratedly high prices. I took a pizza that cost 10 euros and instead of salami I put cherry tomatoes and peppers, which being vegetables I'm sure they cost less than meat. They made me pay for two additions, when in fact it was an addition and a substitution for 2 EURO PER ADDITION. 4 euros more for peppers and cherry tomatoes?? Also desserts that cost 6 euros but are small and not particularly good. Very nice location but you can't spend 40 euros for two pizzas and a dessert BUYING WATER. Last week also taking beer and coke we paid 24 in another pizzeria...

27/06/2025: Good quality, but the rest ruins everything We knew the service would be slow, and initially we were willing to accept it for the quality of the food. Unfortunately, the experience quickly deteriorated. The staff - young and visibly inexperienced - proved to be distracted, hasty and with the clear intention of sending us away as soon as possible: dessert and coffee were "skipped" without any explanation, even though it was only 9:30 pm on a Sunday and there were still other tables occupied. When we left, the situation worsened: we were attacked by a colony of cats in the courtyard of the restaurant. Our dog, on a leash, was attacked by a terrified cat. The owner intervened ... but to tell us that we should have been more careful. No apology, no empathy, no gesture to make amends. Zero attention to the customer, zero respect. A real shame, because the food is not bad. But we will not return.

20/07/2025: Highly recommended, one of the best pizzas in my opinion, with a fantastic and easily digestible dough. The farinata and grilled vegetables were also excellent, and you could tell they were made that day, along with very juicy peppers. Top-quality ingredients. The staff were very kind and attentive. Despite a large crowd, like us, who had escaped the endless line at the festival, they greeted us with a smile and found us a seat. The waitress's prompt request, as she escorted us to our table, was worthy of applause. Well done! Even though it's not exactly close to home, we'll definitely be back.
