28/08/2024: We stopped at this place for dinner, taking a table outside. The food was good but, unfortunately, the environment was externally noisy, to the point of making conversation at the table difficult. The staff is very courteous and helpful.

27/06/2024: La pizza è davvero buonissima, ci passo quasi tutti i giorni. C’è una ragazza molto giovane al banco che è davvero sveglia e molto gentile, e quando serve lei credo sia facile rimanere soddisfatti, quindi bravissima!!! Peccato che la maleducazione ce l’abbia invece chi ha un’età “avanzata”, sono rimasta sconvolta dall’arroganza con cui vengono trattati i clienti… da una figura in particolare, e lo dico perché è successo più volte! Ti sbuffa in faccia, non ti da tempo di prendere i soldi che ti dice “muoviti ho altri clienti che aspettano”, imbarazzante e davvero di cattivo gusto. Mi dispiace che non ci si renda conto che rientro ad ogni attività ci sono dei sacrifici, e dei titolari che ripongono nei dipendenti la loro fiducia!! Se non avete voglia di lavorare state a casa e date la possibilità ad altre persone.

11/05/2024: Take-away pizza dinner with the family. 18 pieces. We decide to go to the pizzeria to order. I order mixed white and red. I go to get the pizza at the agreed time and I find it cold and I discover that it had not been made specifically for the order but removed from the counter. So she was cold and old by at least all afternoon. When I pointed out that the pizza was cold, the rude waitress replied that if I wanted it hot I should have asked when I ordered it hours before!!!!!! Old pizza definitely the one not sold since the afternoon and freezing (of the hard mozzarella type and high, dried-up corners of the pizza). I will never go back again. Extremely rude and zero attention to the customer. I'm giving one star because I can't give 0. I also asked my sister-in-law who works in a pizzeria by the slice in Vallesina how they behave in case of orders, and she assured me that when a customer places an order of pizza (then many pieces as made by me) the pizza is made specifically for the order and is brought out at the time of collection just to make it hot. Without having to ask! Really very rude. UPDATE Dear owner, I read your reply with great amazement and I feel like saying SORRY! Too bad because you wrote exactly the opposite of what you did. Let me explain: the day after the episode (which I would like to point out occurred on a very banal Tuesday afternoon in which the pizzeria was empty, both at 5pm when I went to order and at 7pm when I went to pick up the pizza!) I called to tell you about what happened and to point out that I was doing it to make you understand what's happening in your Rainbow store, which you obviously don't operate as you work at the Conad store. Mine was a phone call to complain but also to warn you. I thought you were a good girl and that you deserved to know that the rainbow store was run that way. You asked me SORRY several times on the phone, REITERMATING THAT YOU DON'T WORK LIKE THAT, and that is that you want the pizza to be prepared specifically for the orders, except on Saturdays or Sundays when you have many orders and you can't guarantee everyone the hot and freshly baked pizza, but what do you tell the customers first! You also admitted that this could not be the case as I had placed the order on a very banal Tuesday afternoon in which the pizza therefore had to be prepared ad hoc and left steaming hot at the time of collection. YOU WERE APOLOGICAL TO THE POINT THAT YOU OFFERED (WITHOUT ME ASKING YOU) TO REFUND THE ENTIRE AMOUNT SPENT. Which you did and I really appreciated. Not for the money but because I thought you understood and appreciated the meaning of my call and my complaint, and you had used that opportunity to build customer loyalty with your admission of "fault", with your apologies and with your attitude. Which you DENY with this reply post. You made a better impression by apologizing here too, by saying that you don't behave in this way and that you had even given me back my money precisely because your point of sale had not worked well towards a customer. SORRY really. Now you've lost the customer and you've made a huge and very bad impression: because in addition to the fact that your very rude sales assistant made me find the old and cold pizza (the one that hadn't sold all afternoon); in addition to the fact that your pizza chef, faced with my amazement that the pizza was cold, started laughing (he was very rude too); with this reply you have made a series of absurd excuses and sensational lies. SIN. I thought you were a good girl and above all intelligent! You make good pizza, that's out of the question. But there are many other pizzerias in Jesi that make good pizza and also have HONEST owners.

12/10/2023: Ottime pizze, con molta, scelta di ingredienti, anche particolari. Fritti buoni solo un pochino oleosi. Locale grande con varie sale ed esterni

08/10/2023: Ottimo servizio. I camererieri sono attenti e cortesi. Cibo buono e molto gradita l'offerta di piatti senza glutine. Leggermente elevato il conto.

04/08/2024: A beautiful discovery! Simple menu but well-made and quality dishes, super generous portions and very honest prices

28/07/2024: I came to this restaurant last Saturday for dinner with some friends. The place isn't bad, but I encountered a couple of problems: 1) We had ordered 4 pizzas, but only 3 arrived. When we asked the waiter to bring us the missing pizza, it was brought to us, but one more had been marked on the bill. Fortunately, the problem was resolved immediately upon payment. 2) In my pizza I found a piece of a fish's tail (as visible in the photo attached to the review). I continued to eat pizza anyway, because I'm not picky, but it might bother other people more. It's really a shame to have found these defects, also because the pizza was objectively good and the staff were friendly, they even offered us coffee and limoncello. All this without taking into account that the prices are really excellent, given that between cover charge, pizza, chips and drinks we got away with less than €20 each. In short, this restaurant certainly has the potential to achieve a 4-star rating, but these small defects must first be ironed out. Perhaps it would take just a little more attention from the dining room and kitchen staff. I might give it a second chance.

07/04/2024: Neutral rating. I stopped by one evening at around 8.45. I go in and there was nothing on display... But they tell me there are 2 daisies in the oven. Then I ask if they have lactose-free mozzarella and they tell me no. So I go out. I believe that today it is not impossible for a pizzeria to keep a block of lactose-free mozzarella in the fridge that lasts 15 days in the fridge...

13/08/2024: Infinite wait... about 45 minutes... with not even half the place occupied... we asked for 2 hamburgers with only bread and meat, salted among other things, and one with a chicken hamburger with all the ingredients on the list... a cold cuts platter, only cold cuts, small...€9...2 drinks, a medium beer and a bottle of water, finally 3 small cones, €2.80 each. At the time of the bill we paid €71... whoever made the bill said "take any receipt"... so he got away with one for €8.30 and we didn't have the opportunity to see how much he actually made us pay the incomplete burgers and the platter containing cheeses that we didn't want. Dishonesty.

11/08/2024: Very good pizza, friendly and helpful owners. Due to a misunderstanding we ordered an extra cup of ice cream and they immediately offered to exclude it from the bill. Advised!

30/07/2024: I stopped in this restaurant in the center of Senigallia. I found a well-kept, tidy, clean place with bright wall colours. I ordered a pizza after seeing the bags of organic flour (well arranged also for ornamental purposes of the place) (they are pizza chef and I also work with organic flours) Really good pizza advised

21/08/2024: We stopped in this place thinking we could be safe but that wasn't the case! After the owner found us a place, we ordered four pizzas, two of which were white, the white ones were a hymn to mozzarella! After finishing the pizza we saw a lady arrive and ask us to clear the table!!! This doesn't happen even in the worst canteens!! We paid and left. We will never return to this place again.

20/08/2024: Comfortable restaurant near the sea. Small portions and average quality. Unfortunately the service and owners were rude: we ordered pizzas and some first courses, one of which was to be divided between two children. Very small portion to share, when politely asked if the portion was half or whole (since it was really small) the chef responded very rudely. Unfortunately, catering is a customer service and in a seaside resort with a lot on offer, the relationship with customers is also important, I don't recommend going unless absolutely necessary.

08/05/2024: Here, you get authentic and delicious pizza. Texture and favour of bread is top class. Also, quick service. Recommended 👍

15/06/2024: Pizza tutta bruciata sui lati, molto salata, e molto sottile, il primo era un maccheroncino al fume' , era abbondante , ma anche questo era molto salato, aqua Elisea Deluxe frizzante ,molto molto sgasata, penso che ritornerò qui proprio se non posso fare a meno

04/06/2024: Few seats, courtesy, good pizzas, first courses, fish and meat. I recommend it for a quiet dinner. Reservation recommended.
