19/03/2024: Nice place, but everything else nothing special... pizza reviewed by the red shrimp and I already had an idea of ​​what I could expect, let's start from the assumption that the menu is "chaotic", too much information and in practice it is difficult to understand, in fact we struggled to understand what to take. Incompetent room service, we always had to request things twice. Let's talk about the pizza, a crust that is a brick, developed in some places, but burnt, in some places however it was undercooked and all lumped together... uneven cooking. The base is crunchy, but perhaps the more correct term is "chewy", now whether this is intentional or not I can't say, but looking at the general context I would say it's wrong. Unfortunately I wasn't able to finish even 3 segments of the Taggiasca and I removed the entire cornice, which was raw, lumpy and therefore inedible. I don't know... I think I can give it another chance... but I know twice already that I've come and I've always had a bad time... I don't know. I wouldn't recommend it if you want to eat a great pizza, would I recommend it for the toppings? Maybe... there's definitely something to look at.
