L'Arte Della Pizza In Ancona

We visited this pizzeria twice during our vacation. The food was very good and we enjoyed it very much. Unfortunately, the experience with the clerk was very disappointing. The first time, the clerk was very arrogant, but I tried to understand the situation, assuming she was tired. When we returned a second time, the behavior was the same. While I was simply deciding what to buy, the clerk began speaking rudely and arrogantly. When I pointed out her attitude, she raised her voice, saying she was the clerk and had every right to behave that way. I don't understand why tourists should be treated with disrespect. No customer deserves to be treated badly. I kindly ask you to investigate what happened and take action to prevent similar situations from happening again. Thank you.

My friends and I came from Milan to Ancona on vacation, we didn't know where to eat, we stumbled upon this restaurant / pizza takeaway. The pizza was delicious, super and I mean super cheap at €10, you eat a lot (say so 17-year-olds, who would eat until they burst) the location was perfect, and also very large because it has two apartments where you can eat. Excellent, highly recommended!!!!
