15/11/2025: I've been to Il Brillo Parlante Restaurant, and I have to say it really surprised me, in a positive way. I'd heard good things about their burgers, but I didn't think there were so many and so good. As soon as you open the menu, you're faced with an endless choice: burgers of all kinds, unique combinations, fresh and well-matched ingredients. Not the usual standard fare you find everywhere else; here you can see a little thought behind it, and above all, a lot of quality. I tried two on two different nights: a more "classic" one, with crispy bacon and real cheddar (not that plasticky stuff), and a more unique one with caramelized onions, cream cheese, and a sauce that was amazing—not too heavy, not too sweet, a perfect balance. The meat was truly excellent, cooked well, flavorful, no strange aftertaste. You can tell they use quality ingredients, not your average supermarket burger. And then, let me say one thing: the fried foods. Spectacular. The fries are perfectly crispy, the onion rings are well-done, and most importantly, they don't drip with oil like so many places. They're fried well, light, and make you want to order another plate even if you're already full. I'm always very critical of fried foods, but here they convinced me 100%. The place itself isn't huge—in fact, it's quite small—but that's precisely why it feels more welcoming. It has that "trusted place" atmosphere, where you gladly return because you feel at home and already know what to expect. The staff is friendly, polite, without too much formality (which I appreciate), and the wait times are just right, neither too fast nor forever. Last but not least: the prices. Considering the quality, quantity, and variety of the menu, they're truly excellent. Honest, without being overpriced. You leave satisfied without having spent a fortune. In short, if you're a fan of burgers—the real ones—Il Brillo Parlante is a place you absolutely must try. I've already put it on my list of top places.

26/10/2025: Small but Delicious: Light Pizza and Excellent Beers! I visited this small place with just a few seats, and it turned out to be a pleasant discovery. Despite its small size, the atmosphere is welcoming and the staff is exceptionally friendly. The service was surprisingly fast, a real plus! Their menu ranges from burgers, pizzas, and fried foods, all accompanied by a truly interesting selection of beers. I opted for the Quattro Stagioni Pizza and was completely satisfied: the dough was thin and light, easy to digest, and cooked to perfection. The beer, a medium amber, proved to be a perfect pairing. The prices are absolutely reasonable: for pizza, a medium beer, and a dessert, I spent just over €20, an excellent value. I will definitely return to try the sandwiches, which looked very inviting. If you're looking for a casual place to eat well and drink excellent beers with impeccable service, this is the place! Recommended!

29/11/2025: The pizza is acceptable, especially if you're a non-resident who doesn't feel like cooking. (We take the fries from the McDonald's and add them on top (they get cold, but it's still good).)

15/11/2025: I got a takeout pizza! Really delicious! I didn't book in advance, but they served me as quickly as possible 😊 very friendly staff! I'll definitely eat here again! There's a dining room with tables for dine-in. They offer home delivery! Both through popular delivery platforms and their own website. Update: We went back and ate inside (there's no cover charge, but you have to set and clear the table yourself 😊). The pizza was good, a little bland for our tastes.

26/10/2025: We recently returned to this restaurant because we really like the atmosphere, the staff, and the owners are wonderful people. For a romantic getaway, we wanted to eat something special off the menu, and we asked the owner well in advance if we could have crab for dinner, along with oysters and their cold appetizer. The owner was helpful, as always, and we were satisfied. The dinner was excellent: the crab was served with various sauces, from curry to salsa rosa, to a Catalan-style chopped tomato to accompany it. The oysters were very fresh, and the cold appetizer never disappoints. Coming to this place is always a pleasure, and we will continue to return. The restaurant is located just steps from the sea, the fish is always fresh, and they also offer pizza. The seafood appetizer is delicious and plentiful; we usually prefer cold dishes, but the hot ones never disappoint. On other occasions with friends, we've had various first and second courses and always left happy with the evening. The price is in line with the quality of the fish. We'll keep coming back.

17/10/2025: We're definitely here in the off-season. The crowds were very manageable. The quality of the food and the service were very good, and at very reasonable prices. Especially the penne all'arrabbiata. It's by far the most amazing I/we have ever eaten and is an absolute must when visiting this restaurant. Thank you for this penne.

15/11/2025: My partner had a parmigiana pizza, which she left half-eaten. I had a tuna and onion pizza; there wasn't even a whiff of tuna, nor even a whiff of onion, and it came with a €0.50 "Tropea" surcharge. But I repeat, the tuna was left in the sea and the onion was left in Tropea. Filtered water, not specified by the waiter when ordering, was €2. Two small, tasteless lager beers. Tasty mozzarella and a dough that still needs to be digested. All for €34.50. The only redeeming feature is the service, which was quick and friendly. Not recommended! Mediocre quality. Service in

12/12/2025: Restaurant located on a side street off Viale della Vittoria in Ancona. Parking is available in nearby streets, and free parking is available in blue lines after 8:00 PM. The restaurant isn't very large, but it's welcoming and well-decorated; reservations are recommended. The menu offers a wide selection of pizzas, in addition to classic fried dishes; vegetarian dishes, meat dishes, burgers, and some very tempting ethnic options are also available. Large, thin-crust pizzas, excellent in their dough, cooking, and combinations; probably the best of their kind in the city. Very good fried foods, and truly exceptional desserts. Quick and very friendly service. Excellent value for money, highly recommended.

11/10/2025: The prices at this pizzeria are very low, but the quality of the ingredients isn't up to par. I'd rather pay a little more and get good ingredients.

10/11/2025: A very elegant venue with a high-quality architectural renovation. Excellent service, an intriguing menu that excites and confirms the palate. Excellent wines, delicate desserts that leave a lasting impression... what more can I say? Definitely worth a try, whether for a romantic dinner or a family lunch... kudos to all the staff. 30/11/2025: We've been there twice, we ate both fish and pizza, everything was good, I gave it 4 stars because at a certain point in the evening at dinner they started cleaning with bleach and the smell was so strong that we had to leave, I think it was a way to send away the last customers, but besides, it was 11pm so not late, honestly I didn't like it very much

22/08/2025: Excellent pizzeria in the shopping centre for a quick pizza, only one sore point is that the lady panicked when she was asked for an extra pizza to make it because it was full of people, however the rest is fine

18/11/2025: The place is beautiful, and even eating there by the sea was wonderful. It's a shame that they only give you paid parking if you rent an umbrella and lounger: a kind of blackmail, because you can't park anywhere else.
