Locale ben organizzato e pulito; Pizza ottima, provato sia impasto pale che piatto. Condimenti freschi e accostamenti molto gradevoli. Tutto lo staff molto accogliente e gentile e disponibile. Pizzaiolo di grandissima professionalita

We took some pieces of pizza to take away, we heated it up on the griddle and what can I say....good pizza, good crunchy base and lots of choice in flavours. We will be back for sure!!

I tried slices, scoops and plated pizzas: all delicious! The pizzas are crispy, light and with top quality ingredients. Pass da Manu is now a fixed weekly event and I'm very happy that day!

02/04/2024: The dishes offered on the menu are excellent and well presented, both in terms of the raw materials and the clearly refined plating. Unfortunately, the quality is directly proportionate to the length of the service. Today we waited more than an hour for the second course, without, among other things, having any indication from the dining room staff on the timing (which would have alleviated the wait). One last note, the quality is ok, the refinement is ok but 50 grams (more or less) of rack of lamb compared to a fairly high price I think is hardly justifiable, even though it is an excellent dish
03/03/2024: Lunch with friends. Everything wonderful. We tried the €45 tasting menu. The olive, the tartare and the gnocco are sublime. Elegant, bright environment (with a wonderful window overlooking the surrounding countryside), but not excessively "combed". Well-spaced tables and intimate atmosphere. What can I say, many compliments to the very young chef!
