17/06/2024: Sono stato in questo ristorante per una pausa pranzo. Abbiamo aspettato un quarto d’ora solo per avere il menù. Ho ordinato una pasta in bianco ed era immangiabile. Il mio collega ha ordinato dei ravioli e sono arrivati degli gnocchi perché avevano finito i ravioli. Come contorno ho preso dei cavolfiori e li ho avanzati tutti perché erano senza condimento, inoltre avevano messo sopra del prezzemolo secco. Il mio collega ha avanzato tutto il fritto. Non c’era un tavolo che non si lamentasse per la lungaggine. Il fondo l’ho toccato quando sono dovuto andare nel bagno del chiosco di fianco (bagno in condizioni oscene) perché loro non trovavano le chiavi del loro.

06/08/2024: I had been going there for some time but evidently something must have happened because the quality at lunch dropped terribly. First courses good but second courses, work menu, we are not there with the quality. Meat and fish in some cases not presentable..... Let's not talk about the service which, faced with obvious complaints about the dish not being edible, even made them pay for it........they lost a customer...that's fine.....

In both cases the choice is Top, pizza always imaginative, tasty, with top quality ingredients, the problem is that while you wait for it you see some amazing dishes passing by that tell you... next time... Try me you won't regret it…. And indeed this is the case, it is advisable to book even if Mr D'Andrea always does everything to accommodate you even when the place is full. Compliments to the staff who are always attentive and never invasive

15/08/2024: Ristorante e pizzeria ottimo sia pizze che. Pesce cameriere gentile e a modo anche il padrone persona affabile e cordiale ,che ti sa consigliare cosa mangiare e il pesce fresco che ha in cucina quando ci troviamo nella zona ci fermiamo.sempre lì a mangiare consigliato a tutti !

19/07/2024: Light, well-leavened dough and good ingredients: excellent pizza! Typically "Triestine" pizza, thin layer and low crust. Friendly owner and available to chat (this is how I discovered Sharm's famous porcini mushrooms🤣). Youthful staff and, despite the heavy heat these days, smiling. I don't go there every day as I'm not from Gorizia but almost every time I pass by I stop for a slice, even without being hungry. Well done.

21/07/2024: A nice pizzeria in the heart of Varese, exactly in Corso, a pedestrian area, so if you arrive by car, you have to park outside the pedestrian area on the blue lines or in the Sempione car park not far away, in Via Marcello Benedetto. In any case, a nice walk in progress doesn't hurt, either before or after eating. Clean and well-kept place with the possibility of eating outside. The staff is very friendly, the girls always have a smile and are available for any questions or requests. The pizzeria offers different types of dough: Original and Original Wholemeal Bio for flat and crunchy pizzas; Regina for tall and soft pizzas; GlutenOK i.e. gluten-free dough. For this last dough it is not guaranteed for celiacs (I suppose because there is contamination). The ingredients of the pizzas are varied and of high quality. In addition to pizzas, they offer pasta, salads and appetizers (buffalo mozzarella, burrata, cold cuts and cheeses). This is the second time we have taken takeaway pizzas, precisely because we liked them a lot the first time. The only "inconvenience", you want the heat, you want the dough, was the classic thirst during digestion. I will expand the review when we consume on site. In the photos a Regina Margherita (Regina dough) and a Margherita with GlutenOK dough.
