10/01/2026: Order placed with Just Eat at 11:30 am, delivery scheduled for 12:10 pm... At 12:30 the order was delivered, I called the restaurant and they told me it would arrive in 10 minutes... I waited another 20 minutes and called again, they told me it would arrive in 5 minutes... at 1 pm still nothing and I was forced to cancel the order and skip lunch. I understand unforeseen events and they are normal, but all they had to do was let me know and I would have made different arrangements. Terrible experience.

24/09/2025: I got a takeout box, ate it 5 minutes after it was prepared, the meat was cold, literally four pieces in a sea of vegetables, and all for €6. The guy also seemed annoyed, it was only 9:30 pm. If I were the owner, I'd choose people who know how to work and who are willing to work.
10/08/2025: And the kebab is the best you can find around Besozzo, unfortunately they have aligned themselves with the prices of the city center and a sandwich becomes quite expensive at that point perhaps it is better to focus on a well-made pizza.

29/10/2025: Very good! I often go there for dinner, unfortunately they almost only offer takeout, but they have a lot of choice and they also make pinsa.
05/09/2025: 4 mozzarella sticks for €3! I called and asked if that was correct because the order was placed with Justit, but they never told me that this was the quantity?! No comment, no comment.

03/01/2026: We were there last night, excellent food and service, very nice place, we were a lively group of 9 people, we wanted to apologize to the waiter for the copious figures of 💩
27/10/2025: I've been several times, most recently for my birthday a few days ago. I only tried the pizza, but my friends also tried the polenta with game. Very positive reviews and generous portions. Oh, and there are even donkeys outside!

While waiting for the pizza, we had two HOT spritzes with no ice and nothing at all—a disgrace!

My advice is to clean it up a bit and then Lando's Sugar is hilarious 🙂↕️ the Grana cheese had a pungent smell😌

17/07/2025: We've ordered 4 times, giving several options for both pizza and kebab, but each time it's been a disappointment, and after the last order, never again... We order 2 kebab menus for home delivery with a time of as soon as possible. They accept the order with a time of an hour, which is fine, but then, after already being 10 minutes late, we call and are told it's leaving. It arrives half an hour late, the sandwich and chips are cold and raw, we had to throw it away along with the money!

26/09/2025: The pizza is soggy, I miss the good old days. The place is dirty, and the service... what can I say? We waited over an hour for two pizzas. The prices have also gone up, terrible value. I won't be back.

21/07/2025: De vacaciones en Lago di Varese, pedimosn3 pizzas take away, riquisimas! excelente masa y productos frescos. . No nos quedamos a comer ahi pero el instante que esperamos las pizzas , observamos que el ambiente era muy agradable , atendido por sus dueños y familia, el sitio estaba lleno, señal de que se come muy bien!! volveremos en otra oportunidad

Lavorando anch’io al pubblico, mostro sempre comprensione di fronte a disservizi o inconvenienti che possono capitare perché comprendo che il lavoro del ristoratore e del cameriere sia difficile. Ma quando si è serviti con sufficienza,senza senso di accoglienza e si deve pure assistere a battibecchi fra colleghi, sinceramente certe cose da parte mia non sono accettabili perché viene a mancare il rispetto nei confronti del cliente.
