03/04/2026: It's a shame they delete negative reviews. Everyone's good that way!! Good pizza, and I hope the staff has been replaced by serious and competent people. But I'll never know because I won't be going back.

07/03/2026: After the change of management, Basilico is no longer the same: different doughs have disappeared; dessert menu is nonexistent; staff is no longer up to par; takeout is a challenge; wait times in the dining room are biblical; open only for dinner and only Thursday-Sunday. All with unchanged prices.

22/07/2026: He was the only pizza chef to let me eat on Sunday, coinciding with the World Cup final (around 10:30 PM), when everyone had already turned off the oven. He made me a delicious maxi pizza... Top hospitality, I'll definitely be back.

22/06/2026: Avoid this place like the plague. Overbearing and arrogant staff on the phone, empty sandwiches at full price. I'll never call them again. If you want to make a homemade kebab sandwich, contact them, but make sure you have the ingredients at home because the sandwich only contains meat.

20/07/2026: Super cute place and great atmosphere! I came here with friends and we had a great time from the first moment. The staff is really friendly and super helpful, they make you feel at home right away. The food? Delicious. Generous portions, super fresh ingredients, and dishes prepared with attention to every detail (the quality/price ratio is excellent). I'll definitely be back, highly recommended!

20/07/2026: A friend and I stopped by last night and were absolutely delighted. The staff is incredibly welcoming and friendly, making you feel at home right away. The pizzas are truly delicious, but the "Motta Rossa" is truly spectacular, highly recommended! My friend, on the other hand, had the elephant ear pizza and was absolutely blown away: he literally said it was the best he'd ever eaten in his life. Generous portions and top quality. We'll definitely be back.

21/05/2026: Poor, unpleasant owner paid excessively

10/05/2026: OBSCENE. Because I can't give a zero, otherwise I would have. Let's start with the assumption that I never write negative reviews, but this place was really rude and I can't overlook it. We went for dinner and I politely asked for mushroom pasta without butter and garlic because I'm intolerant. They refused, saying, "It tastes like nothing and we don't make it." I agreed to let them make me any pasta with vegetables, without garlic or milk. They presented me with tomato pasta, without salt, with diced green beans and a clove of garlic on top as a garnish. My companion politely asked for an explanation, inviting the waiter to try it, and we weren't treated badly, more like insulted, with the final conclusion, "You vegan, don't eat here again." Rude is an understatement; rude, boorish, and, to top it all, convinced he was right; I'm very happy never to set foot there again. P.S. Finding out what vegans eat isn't difficult—just suggesting a vegetable focaccia or a simple pasta dish—but perhaps that's beyond their capabilities.

29/10/2025: Very good! I often go there for dinner, unfortunately they almost only offer takeout, but they have a lot of choice and they also make pinsa.

20/12/2025: I don't like soft pizza, it seems like I'm eating pizza cardboard but not the pizza itself, unfortunately it deserves this rating, you can improve

26/09/2025: The pizza is soggy, I miss the good old days. The place is dirty, and the service... what can I say? We waited over an hour for two pizzas. The prices have also gone up, terrible value. I won't be back.
