16/11/2025: A good place, but it's now too chaotic, especially inside. The quality seems to have dropped from what I remembered: my Catalana had the ingredients piled up in some places, with onions all together and too few shrimp concentrated on one side. Also, it would be appropriate to let people know when there are no more tables available and there's a risk of being seated near the door, where the constant comings and goings and the cold air make the meal unpleasant. When I go out to eat, I expect more care and attention; I'd even be willing to pay a little more to find the same level and quality as before.

31/08/2025: Excellent food, carefully prepared but quickly; despite the restaurant being fully booked both inside and out, the service was prompt, precise, and courteous. We also appreciated the very quiet and understated atmosphere. Having enjoyed the appetizer, first course, and second course, we will definitely return, not only for the excellent cuisine but also to try the pizzas, which looked and smelled truly inviting!

02/11/2025: I spent five days in Volta Mantovana for the international speleology meeting and went here for lunch. A lovely place, delicious food, truly unique dishes (I had the fish ones), friendly staff, and super fast service. Excellent!

20/11/2025: The starters, main courses, and desserts are good. I'd avoid the pizza because the dough doesn't rise very well. The staff is helpful and friendly. The service is professional. The location is nice and modern. Prices are a little above average. I'd remove the TV and install a sound system with background music. They accept electronic payments and always issue a receipt. Open Mondays.

08/11/2025: We had pizzas. We didn't like them. When you get a €9 pizza, you expect at least those two ingredients to be good, but instead, it was nothing special, with a strange-tasting buffalo mozzarella, not good. We won't be back.

22/11/2025: The pizza, both round (they only make it in the evening) and by the slice, is good and definitely worth a try. The service, however, is a shame... the person at the counter is often absent and doesn't pay attention to customer requests, making the experience less pleasant than it could be. The interior, however, is decorated in a charming and welcoming way. With more attentive service, the place would have great potential. Two slices of pizza cost €7.

22/11/2025: I came with a friend and didn't get pizza because I'd already had lunch. The place is small but convenient, and especially close to the courthouse, so it's a great location. There was only one guy working both the counter and the kitchen. He was very kind, and I hope the owner realizes how difficult it is to keep up with all this. I've read reviews complaining about the service, but if there's no dedicated service staff, I wonder what kind of service they're complaining about. It's also true that expecting service at a takeout pizzeria is extremely picky. That said, it was a pleasant lunch, and I'll definitely be back to try the pizza. Thank you so much, man, who was kind when he had the chance. I'm sorry for the undeserved negative reviews you've received. I've worked in your job in the past, so I completely understand.

17/11/2025: Restaurant/Pizzeria, offering a special lunch menu during the week, located just steps from the lake shore and the town's pedestrian area, decorated with many Moto Guzzi-themed items. Francesca and her staff go out of their way to ensure their guests enjoy their meal. There's been a change of management now, but the atmosphere seems to remain the same.

27/11/2025: I'm a regular at Sant'Ambrogio. Why? Because it's a family-friendly place, where you eat well and pay wisely. You're sure to find something you like on the menu, and it's all prepared with quality. Their signature style is a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Sometimes, when it's busy, it can get a little crowded, but no one is left behind.

22/10/2025: Super pizza! The Caesar salad was very well prepared and the atmosphere was very pleasant.

19/10/2025: We booked at 9:15, and the table was delivered at 9:45. We finally ordered, and it took 1 hour and 20 minutes to receive two pizzas and three slices. I'm giving it two stars only because we were offered dessert; otherwise, it would have been zero stars.

21/11/2025: I don't even waste my time because who should have done it, I mean the waiting staff, didn't do it apart from an answer to a question of mine that left me speechless and so I simply left the place quickly, obviously after having paid my bill.
