21/11/2025: I don't even waste my time because who should have done it, I mean the waiting staff, didn't do it apart from an answer to a question of mine that left me speechless and so I simply left the place quickly, obviously after having paid my bill.

06/10/2025: From the appetizer to the main course, everything was perfect. The sliced ​​beef steak was super tender and well seasoned. The service was very friendly!

24/09/2025: We've been going there for years, always with our two dogs. This year we were put in the back, which looked more like a camp. The table wasn't set, nor was there anything on it. Our cutlery was handed to us from a dishcloth. At least the food was very good again. Unfortunately, we weren't even asked if we wanted anything to drink, let alone dessert. I don't think the owners really get the hang of how one of the staff treats guests. It's a shame; we'll look for somewhere new where dogs are welcome.

22/10/2025: Super pizza! The Caesar salad was very well prepared and the atmosphere was very pleasant.

19/10/2025: We booked at 9:15, and the table was delivered at 9:45. We finally ordered, and it took 1 hour and 20 minutes to receive two pizzas and three slices. I'm giving it two stars only because we were offered dessert; otherwise, it would have been zero stars.

22/11/2025: This was a wonderful experience! Visiting from the US and wanted a good pizza spot near our airbnb / duomo and came across Flash. Highly recommend! Great pizza, not touristy, amazing price point, very good service. They also were very accommodating with our stroller setup!

22/11/2025: The pizza was good, but the meat wasn't (tough, flavorless, and my cut of steak, which I'd asked for "blue," was overcooked). The girl who served us was very good. The atmosphere is simple and not very well-kept (crooked pictures, no paper towels in the bathroom). The location is this place's strong point.

30/08/2025: Every year I spend two weekends in Santa Caterina and every year I come to eat here!! Everything is delicious!! The staff and owner are wonderful!! Last time I was shocked by the pork and lamb shanks!! AMAZING!! And the pizza is worth it too!!

13/12/2025: A negative and UNPROFESSIONAL experience. I was having dinner with a colleague at 7:30 PM, and right from the start, we were told to vacate the table at 9:00 PM, and we said we'd eat quickly and leave immediately. At 8:00 PM, we had to get up, even though there was still an hour to go. From the very first minute, the staff looked at us with a look as if to say, "Finish and go!" We practically ate under maximum pressure, and as soon as I finished my pizza, they immediately took away my plate and cutlery. We didn't even want to stay, precisely because of the inconvenience. For a simple pizza with spicy salami and a can of tonic water: €16. Intrusive service and terrible price. Never again. (€16 for pizza and can of tonic water. You can get them elsewhere in Milan and they're better quality!)
