13/06/2025: Since I had a nice lunch in the afternoon I went back for dinner. Much busier now but again very good food for a tourist location. The food is really very good in order but also an excellent room service, very friendly and helpful restaurant manager. Service in general was also good.

23/06/2025: Good service with friendly staff. Sat outside in the garden in a nice and quiet environment. Ate very good pizza and fantastic tiramisu. Affordable! Definitely worth a visit.

26/06/2025: Unfortunately it is no longer the Terrazza of the past! It seems like a completely different place. Nothing to compare to…. The service leaves something to be desired, most of the waiters can't even understand what you say (they don't understand Italian) ….. the food is no longer what it used to be, what can I say…. disappointment!!!!! Lately I have tried several times because I didn't want to believe it…. 1 time for lunch and 2 times for dinner, I thought it was a bad day…. Instead I think it's routine…. I won't list the reasons….. I'm sorry but I won't be back……

Lots of variety to choose from among the pizzas with the possibility of choosing different doughs including gluten-free doughs. Excellent pizzas! Good desserts too! Excellent value for money. Clean environment. Highly recommended!

01/04/2025: One afternoon we decided to order pizza for dinner... so at 6 PM we called and asked for delivery at 7:40 PM (so after more than an hour and a half). At 7:43 PM the pizza wasn't in... so I decided to call to check... and they told me, "It's only been 3 minutes... we never arrive at the exact minute... we're making them now."... so the pizzas arrived at 8 PM. But where's the respect for others? We had booked at a certain time because there was a child for dinner... and anyway, we had dinner late with the child who kept saying he was hungry... I can understand if I call at 7:20 PM to order pizzas (I'll go to the other orders queue)... but if I call more than an hour before, the reservation must be honored.... never again will I be their customer.

20/06/2025: a disappointment. Prices are not low and portions are very small. A normal slice does not satisfy anyone, perhaps those on a diet. Crazy waiting times considering that they only make one type of pizza. I used to go there years ago in the historic shop and it was something else. Not recommended anymore, absolutely.

19/01/2025: Premetto che è un ristorante in cui di solito abbiamo sempre mangiato bene, ma oggi è stata tragica. Tagliatelle al ragù e porcini mandate indietro perchè terribili sembravano in brodo e il sugo non aveva alcun sapore. La cameriera molto professionale ha provveduto subito e le ha fatte rifare, commestibili di certo migliori ma non di certo degne di un ristorante e ragù non pervenuto, tanti funghi ma insapore. Spezzatino con polenta asciutto e duro, si notava subito che qualcosa non andasse bene nel piatto. Non volevo sconti o altro ma al momento del conto mi sarei aspettato che almeno ci chiedessero come fosse andata. Ok non siamo assidui in questo locale ma fino ad ora è sempre stato un piacere andarci, spero sia stato un caso sfortunato che ci ha rovinato il pranzo, fatto sta che pagare 70 euro per mangiare peggio che in una mensa mi da alquanto fastidio. Oggi non era giornata

06/07/2025: il locale è molto bello e anche la vista sul lago spettacolare... Il coperto nn esiste, si mangia direttamente sul tavolo senza nemmeno una tovaglietta...I piatti di pesce consumati sembravano montagne ma nn si capiva nemmeno ciò che si mangiava per giunta pesce nn certo di qualità condiderato il costo delle portate... anche il vino della casa carissimo (14.50 al litro) avvolto da una protezione per tenerlo fresco (si fa per dire) e nemmeno sto granché; alla richiesta del secchio del ghiaccio , visto il gran caldo, ci è stato risposto che nn lo avevano. .. Le pizze servite ai tavoli sembrano appetitose, probabilmente è consigliabile solo per le pizze. Delusi, anni fa si mangiava benissimo...conto salato..
