20/06/2025: Location in one of the main streets of Aosta, dnq there is no parking. They found us a place quickly even though it was full waiting a little, they were very kind, excellent food fair price and abundant dishes. I recommend it

02/06/2025: Pizza with friends midweek in this pizzeria that they tell me has been open for over 30 years but that I didn't know existed; super nice and relaxed atmosphere, extremely friendly and precise waiter in taking orders, fast service and truly quality food: I had a pizza with speck, brie and porcini mushrooms and it didn't make me bloated at all, it didn't make me thirsty during the night and the taste was really excellent! Ditto for the dessert, a chocolate and raspberry semifreddo to lick your lips. The cost was very fair (26€ per person). Really good!

20/05/2025: Personale molto indaffarato. Ristorante molto frequentato. Sulla pizza abbiamo dovuto mettete molto olio..per avere almeno un sapore di qualche cosa....appunto olio. Pizza rivedibile.

31/05/2025: The place is very nice, however the prices do not reflect the food served. 3 stars for this reason Pizzas around 15 - 18 euros, but also inflated prices on some first courses, side dishes and desserts. As a chef I am aware that every restaurant has dishes with higher margins and others less, but the quality of the food served (if you decide to exceed a certain price) must then be justifiable. Too bad!

25/05/2025: Very well-kept place near the center of Gallarate. Furnished with taste and imagination, very clean and tidy, even at rush hour. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, helpful and affable. Owners present but not intrusive, of exquisite kindness. Extensive menu for all tastes, wine list that includes many Italian and foreign regions. Interesting liqueur selection. The pizza is tasty, light, well-balanced in the choice of ingredients. Enticing but complete dessert menu. Thank you for the beautiful evening.

24/05/2025: Restaurant in a very good location with lake view for outdoor tables. For the rest (especially food) the place, over the years, has gradually gone towards decline and uniformity with many pizzerias/restaurants. Fish dishes, if I could, I would give 3 and a half stars. A little disappointed.

30/05/2025: Nice place I like. Dishes are well-prepared and good to the palate. I also tried the fritto misto, a nice big plate with vegetables Julienne, and two large prawns that I honestly had a hard time cleaning because perhaps they were undercooked. Surely there will be an explanation. Good wine list. Good service, all the girls are welcoming. On a romantic evening or in the company of friends it is a place I recommend.

29/05/2025: It's a spacious but labyrinthine restaurant. The waiters are brave because it's difficult to work smoothly there. This is probably due to the originality of the place. The pizzas looked appetizing, but we opted for the pasta. Cacciò e Peppe and zucchini e gamberi. Two killers. Then we had dessert. Frangipane tart. I wanted to try this filling from our French Pithiviers. Well, I admit I was pleasantly surprised. The taste was authentic. However, the rest of the dessert was a little dry. We drank an excellent local Barbera red wine.

27/05/2025: Extremely pleasant pizza restaurant. Elegant I would say. We went in a group. The comments were positive both from those who ate the pizza, and those who ordered from the restaurant. Excellent desserts. Clean and professional service. I will definitely go back.

14/04/2025: Finalmente siamo riusciti a ritornare da mister Cristian...per gustare la sua pizza eccellente. Il suo impasto leggero e digeribilissimo di ottima qualità... ci vediamo presto....buon lavoro blue time....

03/04/2025: È sempre un onore oltre che al piacere,acclunare al desco di questo caratteristico luogo di ristoro.Un onore avere il privilegio di trovare un posto in un salotto con poco più di 20 posti a sedere ed il piacere di gustare un'eccelsa pizza luculliana,compagnata da una delle tante birre speciali reperibili in loco.Tornando a casa ho ringraziato Dio per avermi fatto incontrare un personaggio maliardo come il pizzartista,Cristian blue time...

13/06/2025: Mi avevano parlato bene di questo posto e l’ho sperimentato. Ho preso una pizza che non mi ha proprio entusiasmato. Cornicione super cotto, direi meglio bruciato, base non cotta a sufficienza. Poteva essere una stata una serata sbagliata del pizzaiolo (che aveva regolato male il forno ) e quindi avrei ritenuto il locale meritevole di un ulteriore tentativo se non fosse che il locale stesso è assolutamente invivibile, con un livello di rumorosità mai riscontrato altrove. Facevo addirittura fatica a fare conversazione con la persona che era al tavolo con me. Siamo letteralmente fuggiti prima possibile. Il locale necessita di un radicale intervento di insonorizzazione e sicuramente finché non verrà fatto non prenderò in considerazione l’ipotesi di sperimentare di nuovo la pizza.

09/06/2025: It's the first time I order I feel sorry for them but it will also be the last. We ordered two pizzas with sausage and broccoli and we got a soft pizza with some sausages on it that were supposed to impersonate the sausage and spinach instead of broccoli🤣 and it also had no sauce maybe the guy on the phone didn't understand what I wanted! anyway I will try to eat the pizza inside their restaurant I hope it's not like the one I got at home when I order it👍🏽

22/06/2025: First experience: decent pizza, punctual service, reasonable prices. Returned, without reservation: shrimp pizza, spaghetti carbonara, fish tastings, Ascoli olives: positive again this evening. Returned for lunch on the menu: decent appetizers and first courses; mixed au gratin fish not adequate for the price. Excessively noisy environment

15/06/2025: Good 12.00 menu, there's a bit of choice at 12.00 euros even on Saturdays... I had pasta with tomato, porchetta and chips 🍟
