06/04/2025: dinner for two, we took a cold cuts platter with fried dumplings, two pizzas and dessert. I found everything very good and tasty Really friendly and quick staff I recommend it

Long wait Half the table was served and other people were still waiting for the second course If I hadn't called! We were still there waiting! For goodness' sake! Never again!!!

01/06/2025: Nice place and good pizza dough, but out of 3 pizzas, 2 with trivial changes were wrong and when a small fault occurred (blackout) the staff completely disappeared.

09/06/2025: The atmosphere is a bit retro, the staff is kind and helpful but a bit over the top (when changing cutlery they are not thrown on the table in a hurry and at each course I do not like the course being shouted out like a market commodity). The food is good, the fish is fresh (not frozen) the prices, for being the province of Varese, are normal.

09/06/2025: I went to eat a pizza with 2 friends. Seeing the very inviting fish first courses I opted since it was a pizza evening with seafood Surprise in the pizza with seafood that had the aftertaste of marinade, vinegar and/or in any case of not fresh seafood. A huge disappointment after seeing the first courses at the other tables. Probably those who choose the pizza evening are considered 2nd level customers, but isn't it better to charge more for the seafood pizza as the quality of the first courses? Instead of eating a mediocre pizza with commercial seafood.

19/06/2025: Excellent gluten-free pizza, at a fair price (even if it costs €3 more than normal pizzas). The location is very central, a stone's throw from Como cathedral, and close to a very convenient paid car park (€2.50 per hour).

The atmosphere is warm, authentic, with a perfect balance between tradition and attention to detail. Each dish is an explosion of true, genuine, memorable flavors. The cuisine is simply extraordinary, with very fresh ingredients and a passion that can be felt in every bite. But what makes the experience complete is the impeccable service. A special mention goes without a doubt to the waitress who served us and accommodated all our countless requests (unfortunately I don't know her name): kind, smiling, attentive and helpful. I recommend “Il Casottino” with all my heart, we will definitely be back again and again.
