29/10/2025: For years now, we've occasionally decided, even at the last minute, to dine at this restaurant. And it's only right to leave an honest and sincere review that can inspire others to try this place. The pizza is always excellent, but I think the Mamero crudité platter is a real treat for raw fish lovers. The fish is incredibly fresh, and the dishes are generous and always well-prepared. What can I say... always a pleasure.

10/10/2025: If it weren't for the shouting in the kitchen that could be heard from my table, I would have given it 5 stars, also for the atmosphere. But everything else was excellent. The waiters were excellent, especially the curly-haired girl. It's a shame the young girl from a few weeks ago wasn't there. She was very nice and good, and above all, helpful. The pizza was delicious, the guy at the pizzeria seemed to know his job well; I noticed how tidy he had everything when I walked by. (P.S.: the bathroom is designed to be hidden, admit it 😂) And he managed to satisfy both my table and the table next to me, despite having to handle all the orders for a large crowd by himself. Kudos again to the pizza, he was brilliant. The decorations were excellent, both inside and outside. You can even have a liqueur and sit outside on the sofas, which looked very comfortable 🙃🙃 I wanted to have dessert, but unfortunately the pizza had completely satisfied me. To sum up, I hope I've shared my experience enough. I'll definitely be back.

03/10/2025: Super place, super pizza but above all super Stefano, we went last night to eat pizza at your place, we were served by Stefano, a super knowledgeable guy, he explained everything the volcano has to offer, super friendly and professional, we will definitely be back because the pizza was extraordinary but first of all for the friendliness of the waiter Stefano... highly recommended place for the delicacies it offers and the friendliness of the waiter Stefano!!!

28/09/2025: Good value for money, friendly, professional staff and quick service.

08/11/2025: We stopped in because it's close to the Carmine Church, and were pleasantly surprised. The radicchio and shrimp risotto and the swordfish steak were both delicious and satisfying. The desserts were excellent. The service was quick and courteous. Good value. If we return to Pavia, we'll probably return for the pizzas, which looked very interesting after seeing them at other tables.

02/11/2025: The pizza itself is not bad, prices are affected by the location in the historic center but I still found them above average: €55 for three pizzas, water and three coffees seems a bit too much.

10/09/2025: I was at this restaurant for lunch today and unfortunately have to leave a negative review. I'll start by saying that I have nothing to say about the food: it was all good. What really disappointed me, however, was the service from the two waiters (a man and a woman). When I arrived, neither of them greeted me, and throughout the meal, their attitude was cold and very unwelcoming. They didn't bring me bread; I had to ask for the condiments for my vegetables (which all the other tables already had), and when I asked about the side dish buffet, the waiter simply pointed without explaining anything. Furthermore, at the end of the meal, no one bothered to ask if I wanted a coffee. Of course, when I left the room to go to the cashier, the waitress looked at me and didn't say hello. I understand that for me, being just passing through, this has little impact, but I think those who work in contact with the public should at least show politeness and helpfulness. If this isn't the case, perhaps it's better to choose another profession. I'm attaching a photo of the receipt to prove my attendance. 👉 This restaurant is not recommended.

11/10/2025: There's been a change of management. The new owners are young and very enthusiastic...! We ordered a PINSA, which was good, but not up to the standard of the old management. I'll be back because I think they can improve. Next time, I might even order a slice.

26/07/2025: We had the pleasure of staying in a family apartment run by Chiara's family. Thank you so much for the warm welcome and for our week-long stay. The rooms are clean and equipped with everything you need for a longer stay. The location is perfect for exploring the surrounding beaches and towns of Desenzano del Garda, Sirmione, and Pescheira del Garda, or further afield, Verona and Venice. Thank you to Chiara for her tips on what to see in the area 😀 We also had the best pizza here 🍕, handmade by Chiara's dad – the pizza from a wood-fired oven – fantastic! From what I saw, the guests were Italians, which means it's worth a visit. We had a wonderful vacation and will definitely visit again if we're ever in the area. Thank you so much - Darek and his family from Poland 👨‍👩‍👦‍👦❤️

18/10/2025: The restaurant is beautifully presented, tastefully decorated with a warm and modern feel. The menu is extensive and varied, offering a wide selection, even for those who love large cuts of meat. There were eight of us, and we chose from a variety of starters, fried fish, meat, and wine. Everything was cooked to perfection and tasted excellent. The service was fast and punctual, very attentive to our needs and requests. The atmosphere was clean and relaxing. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommended.

03/11/2025: We stumbled upon this place by chance a few weeks ago, and even though the restaurant was packed, we were fortunate to find a table for two. We were thrilled with the service and food, and I'd say it was excellent value. We'd like to thank Gloria, a lovely woman who's incredibly talented (I hope I've remembered her name correctly), who recommended dishes and wines and welcomed us warmly and with warmth.

09/11/2025: I've been coming here a long time, especially for business lunches: the menu is always varied, with highly refined dishes and unusual pairings, but always delicious. For those who want a business lunch with a menu that's not ordinary. Excellent value for money.
