23/03/2025: Very nice place, in the center of the town of Seriate, very fast service, the pizza is one of the best I have eaten (even if I am "biased" because the pizza chef is my cousin) but even if it wasn't I would say so.... Professional, (you can choose how to compose the pizza) I chose the Bufalina very good (classic) I tried the Fara a spectacular slice (without anchovies) there are 3 types of dough....
16/03/2025: First time in this pizzeria and I must immediately say that I really appreciated this place's choice of not forcing you to work a double shift.
I found the pizza very good. The menu offers the possibility to choose between pizzas already on the list or otherwise you can compose your favorite pizza. There are different types of dough, I chose the contemporary and found it very soft and light.

21/02/2025: Nice place, picturesque writings on the walls. Friendly and helpful staff, a more than honest fixed price at lunch (or possibility of choice with a slightly higher price). I've already been back a couple of times and if I'm in the area I'll definitely go back.
09/02/2025: Very good pizza although a little too burnt, good appetizers and meatballs, good service, bill a little too expensive.

We had a great time: fish and meat menu price at 40 euros per person.
The plating, the quantity of dishes, the quality of the food is excellent. I would happily return.
Friendly, pleasant and professional staff.
Spacious and well decorated location.

15/02/2025: Nice place, excellent food, the only problem was the cold, we had to have dinner with our coats because it was really cold. The idea of marshmallows is also excellent

This time I decided to order a first course instead of pizza, like last time, and I wasn't disappointed!!! A plate of spaghetti with clams, exceptional!! Also got a fabulous cheesecake! We will definitely be back

24/02/2025: We went on Sunday on the advice of my daughter...the pizza is extraordinary and too good....there are games for the children and the waiters are very kind...the price is within everyone's reach...highly recommended 😊

15/03/2025: Excellent pizzas. Pasta like you would hope for in Italy. Unfortunately, meat from the grill "Tagliata" etc. is served almost raw. Medium doesn't mean cold on the outside! The selection of wines is above average.

08/03/2025: Excellent pizza, good desserts prepared with care, friendly staff, but at least for me, I didn't like the fact that the pizza dish was served directly to the table without even a minimum of placemat. A place like Cagiada where everything is perfect isn't.

01/02/2025: Just left this place. NOT to be repeated. We ordered two pizzas which arrived RAW, low, unleavened and heavy. I don't even know if mozzarella can be defined as such. Leave it there, one for half, the other for three quarters. For hunger we ordered a plate of zola and walnut gnocchi. Even the one left there half. Collosi. I highly doubt they were homemade. There were also pieces of pear in the sauce that we weren't expecting... An experience not to be repeated. The service takes its time...
29/01/2025: The restaurant is in the center of the town, one of those places where you can breathe the air of the beautiful trattorias of the past. The environment is welcoming, as are the staff. The traditional food is excellent and the portions are generous. The price is really great. I highly recommend it.
