04/10/2025: Very tight in space, waiter didn’t repeat the order, instead of warm water brought cold, forgot to bring beer, brought different side dish. Food taste was ok.

03/10/2025: 🚨 Unacceptable behavior 🚨 Very beautiful setting and delicious breakfast. But unfortunately, one major negative: a waiter whose first name begins with the letter (S) was racist and aggressive, with disrespectful behavior toward me and my wife. Unfortunately, after we left, the waiter followed us outside and continued his racism, threatening us while shouting in the subway corridors (you can check the cameras to make sure he followed us after we left the restaurant... on 02/10/2025 between 10:00 and 11:30). Such behavior is deeply shocking and absolutely unacceptable, and it completely ruins the experience. It's a shame, because the place had so much potential.

01/10/2025: I went to Pastimbaldo for a business lunch and was pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere is welcoming and refined, the staff friendly and very quick with their service, a crucial quality when you're short on time during a lunch break. I started with the vegetarian meatballs with baked potatoes: a simple dish but prepared with great care. The meatballs were soft, flavorful, and well-seasoned, while the potatoes were cooked to perfection, golden on the outside and soft on the inside. For first courses, I tried two house specialties. The spaghetti cacio e pepe was creamy, with just the right balance between the saltiness of the pecorino and the bold note of the pepper, a traditional dish masterfully executed. The real surprise, however, was the pasta alla Pastimbaldo, an original and rich combination of ragù, cream, and pesto: three elements that together create a unique, enveloping, and surprisingly harmonious flavor. A dish that alone is worth the visit. Excellent value, generous portions, and fresh ingredients that truly make the difference. A perfect place for both a business lunch and a more relaxed break in good company. I will definitely return and recommend it to anyone who wants to eat well without sacrificing speedy service.

08/10/2025: We went here because almost everything else was closed and won't be going back. The food was really nothing special and poorly prepared. The pizza was okay if you're hungry, but not particularly good and worth a return visit! The waiter was listless and had his hands in his pockets when ordering.

06/10/2025: Lake views, great drinks with delicious snacks, and delicious food from breakfast to snacks to dinner. Simply wonderful to enjoy.

05/10/2025: Absolutely rude and mannerless staff. Food was also absolutely disgusting. The worst pizza I’ve ever had. Don’t waste your money here!

29/09/2025: The service is terrible. Both the manager and the staff don't greet customers. They look annoyed. They speak English and pretend not to understand. They intentionally make the pizza look so bad that if any Thai people pass by, they don't have to go into the shop... This is terrible. Overall, it's very charming.

18/09/2025: We really enjoyed the pasta and dessert, most of the waiters were so wonderful and nice, we also met the director (or manager) and he was so positive and attentive, the atmosphere is also good !BUT! the whole impression was spoiled by the waiter with the mustache… he was so unhappy, approached us with an angry face, and when we asked to call another waiter who spoke English (because the waiter with the mustache was just saying something emotionally aggressive in Italian and of course we didn't understand him) and he said that no one speaks English although EVERYONE except him spoke English to us, also he constantly stood over our souls although we had another waiter. Dear director, please talk to him because this is not normal. Also thank you and the other waiters, no complaints about you, you are wonderful☺️

20/10/2025: Recommended appetizer, full of olive oil and chili pepper. Seafood pizza only with octopus and calamari fried the day before. The only positive note was the limoncello offered at the end. Not enough to make us want to return.

19/10/2025: One star because I can't give zero....I would have gotten up after 5 minutes of being there...I didn't do it only out of respect for the people who were sitting with me...I accidentally stained the menu with food, the owner rudely and rudely snatched it from my hands shouting that I had stained his menu...I feel sorry for the employees...But he was really really rude...never again...I advise you not to come in

30/05/2025: We tried this pizza place for the first time with home delivery, in the same city. We really liked the possibility of choosing between different types of dough (white, whole wheat, cereal). We ordered a tasty cereal pizza and a whole wheat diavola. The pizza arrived after about 40 minutes. The mozzarella was all stuck to the inside of the box, which was therefore damp. The cheese on the pizza (which I doubt is of quality) was in generous quantities. The dough was a little too crunchy. The problem was a feeling of heaviness, perceived by both of us, even before finishing them (I didn't manage to do it). We became very thirsty and then we were bloated all night, and until the next morning we still felt unwell. The prices are fair, for goodness' sake, but a minimum of quality should be a must, regardless of how much you spend.

03/09/2025: I ordered two takeout pizzas: a ham and mushroom pizza and a 4 Seasons pizza, which was missing some ingredients (and it's okay that the Seasons pizzas aren't there anymore, but they only need 4 ingredients), but cutting things out must be their style, because the pizzas were only cut into 6 slices instead of the usual 8, and they weren't even very good... But oh well, I only paid 20 euros for them!!! The only positive note was that they were quick to prepare.

24/08/2025: One of the best pizzas we've ever tried! Both were very, very good. The truffle pizza was a house recommendation, and although it was quite a bit more expensive for a pizza, it was worth it. I have to say the mortadella and pistachio pizza was just as good.

22/08/2025: We've been asked to sit at a 2 people table which was unstable even when 2 ladies behind us were sitting at 4 people table. The food was not satisfying. The ammount was good but the taste was not it (Spaghetti pomodoro). The pizza was burnt around the sides and from the bottom and taste-wise was kinda ok (Pizza margarita). For the price I would NOT recommend.

17/06/2025: The pizza is not bad. I have to say that for the smell it has I expected more. It is definitely good. The staff is very kind. The place is quite small.

10/05/2025: Davvero un servizio orrendo ho ordinato la pizza con le patatine mi anno servito una margherita con patatine a parte facendomi pagare il doppio lo fatto notare al proprietario ci ha risposto in modo sgarbato ci anno fatto pagare il coperto ai bimbi di 2 anni che non anno nemmeno mangiato….20 euro una pizza e una coca sconsiglio vivamente!!!!!

01/10/2025: Crispy pizza buinissa made with quality ingredients, also available with a stuffed crust, in a wide variety of flavors... Fried gnocco, both sweet and savory, prepared fresh. You can eat inside or outside in the summer... Try the gluten-free pizza, the best I've had in the area!!!

29/05/2025: Prenotammo con un gruppo di amici per una cena in compagnia. Purtroppo la cena non andò bene, le grigliate di carne non erano buone e l’anello era sgradevole (immangiabile). Ho suggerito chiarimenti in merito al piatto e, mi è stato ritirato senza riportare una portata degna di nota (è accaduto ad altri commensali della stessa tavola). Pessima esperienza

23/03/2025: Unfortunately, I haven't had lunch or dinner there yet...we often go for takeout pizzas...the pizza is really good and highly recommended...the place is beautiful, clean, and well-kept, and the staff is friendly. Takeout pizzas are made quickly...as for the rest, I hope to go there soon to try everything else in person.

23/06/2025: I go there every now and then for lunch for work with 12 euros full menu and I have to say really good and right portions friendly staff informal place very narrow bathroom possibility of outdoor seating large parking in front I recommend it
