29/11/2025: I went to get a takeout kebab piadina and asked for all the ingredients (except the yogurt and spicy sauce) plus ketchup. As soon as I got home, after two bites the ketchup was already gone, they added the yogurt sauce, and when I opened it, there was only meat and no other toppings (lettuce, tomato, onion). I won't be going back.

27/09/2025: I asked for a kebab piadina without yogurt sauce and when I found it inside the piadina they told me they wouldn't make it again.

29/11/2025: Very thin pizza, poor quality ingredients, terrible service and very high prices

07/12/2025: Dirty, smells of fried food, 2 sandwiches, 47 minutes of waiting, never again. I asked for a refund which is a right on the website, they refused, saying to call a toll-free number which is closed on Sundays. Never again.

03/12/2025: We got the Burger King menus and they didn't bring them, I had to get up to go get them. Raw bacon... at this point I was going to make it at home. Very expensive.

02/12/2025: The pizzas are good but every time they weigh the box as if it were merchandise, ending up paying almost 3 euros for it. This time I explicitly asked for the tare to be removed, they weighed the pizza directly on the scale (not very hygienic) and delivered it to me on two trays, making me pay for them separately!

27/10/2025: For our first evening we discovered this restaurant next to our accommodation and what a great discovery, the wood-fired pizzas are really excellent, the service is fast and friendly, a very nice setting with a view of the lake, we recommend this address, thank you for the evening

14/12/2025: Nice, clean, and not crowded atmosphere. The staff were very young and, rightfully, under-trained, but very friendly in the context. It was a great experience.

14/12/2025: Saturday, December 13, 2025. We arrived with friends at 7:30 PM. At 7:50 PM, since no one had come to order yet, I asked a waitress if they could at least take my order because I have to rush off at 8:30 PM while my friends could take their time. She told me she'd send someone over, but no one showed up. At 8:10 PM, I asked a second waiter if he could at least take my order, and he said he'd send someone right away. At 8:30 PM (still, 60 minutes had passed since we sat down), a third waitress came to take our orders, but I had to go. I think my friends enjoyed the food quite a bit, but the organization of the dining room and the staff (and the timing) were truly terrible.

03/10/2025: Tourist trap?? If you enjoy delicious food and friendly service, this is the place for you. If you're looking for great food at a reasonable price, you're probably better off looking elsewhere. We'll be back anytime!

17/09/2025: A wonderful restaurant! Great view! Special dishes 🥰 and friendly staff! A fantastic evening for us. We ate there last year...we were looking forward to it again this year 🥰...and of course, an evening at Ai Pines is on the cards for next year on Lake Garda 🥰. I don't understand some of the reviews here...yes, tastes differ, but there's something for everyone in this restaurant! Keep up the good work! Thank you and see you next year 🥰

07/09/2025: In Milan, my daughter and I found this little bar with a huge TV showing the Monza GP. The welcome was warm, to say the least. Excellent ice-cold beer. Delicious appetizers. The staff were two young men we would have happily stopped to chat with if we hadn't had a train. What can I say: perfect!

09/08/2025: They won't let you buy cigarettes with a card unless you at least get something else like water or a lighter for, they say, "taxation reasons." In 2025. Ridiculous.

05/06/2025: Visitamos este restaurante, después de pedir en nuestro hotel una sugerencia para una comida... bien valió la pena, tuvimos un poco de hipo al principio, cuando pedimos un entrante de pescado, lo que vino no fue lo que pensamos, pero decidimos mantenerlo y probarlo, estaba delicioso... Volvimos una segunda vez, esta vez pedimos la Pasta de Mariscos para 2 , absolutamente deliciosa y más que suficiente para dos personas. El personal era encantador y amable, dispuesto a ayudarle con sus elecciones. . . . pero lo mejor de todo era la vista desde el restaurante, con vistas al lago de Garda

02/06/2025: Restauracja godna polecenia, Jedzenie 5/5 Obsługa 5/5 (angielski/niemiecki nie jest problemem - wyrozumiała i dobra obsługa) Miejsce 5/5- na tarasie widok na jezioro. Cisza spokój (muzyka w tle cicho sobie gra, można w spokoju rozmawiać) Czas oczekiwania myślę ze standardowo. Ceny przystępne. Polecam sprobować wino Lugana Sirmione oraz lane piwo.

09/11/2025: So what can I say? I walk in with my dog, they sit us at the back of the restaurant, and that's fine. They give me the menu, and after 20 minutes, the waiter remembers me, comes over, and I order spaghetti allo scoglio and a focaccia. After another 20 minutes, the dish arrives. The portion size is unremarkable, but I'd recommend changing the chef, because they didn't taste like anything, or rather, it was spaghetti with tomato sauce and a little bit of fish. Okay, I finish and don't say anything, because I was hungry and in a hurry (given the wait). I go to the cashier, another 10-minute wait 😱😱😱 The staff??? I'd say they were pretty absent, but they were there for others, maybe my chihuahua scared them off 🤔🤔 I'd been to this place before with two other friends, that time we'd ordered 3 pizzas, which arrived 40 minutes after we'd ordered them because they'd forgotten. I'm sorry to write this kind of review, but if someone in the restaurant business loses their will, it's better to change, because I felt NOT considered, and it's not right to be treated like ghosts, considering that it's not free.

22/10/2025: The location is a bit basic, but elegant and welcoming. Impeccable service and well-cooked food. The quality is good, but not exceptional, partly due to the price, which is definitely for everyone's budget. Worth a try.

24/11/2025: Unfortunately, the pool was closed, as were the restaurants. The breakfast room was too cold.

06/10/2025: Unfortunately, I have to give a terrible review about the service. I ordered the pizza for 8:00 PM, but it hadn't been delivered yet. Unfortunately, I was forced to send the delivery driver back when he arrived. The pizza is very good, but the service is terrible.
