01/10/2025: I went to Pastimbaldo for a business lunch and was pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere is welcoming and refined, the staff friendly and very quick with their service, a crucial quality when you're short on time during a lunch break. I started with the vegetarian meatballs with baked potatoes: a simple dish but prepared with great care. The meatballs were soft, flavorful, and well-seasoned, while the potatoes were cooked to perfection, golden on the outside and soft on the inside. For first courses, I tried two house specialties. The spaghetti cacio e pepe was creamy, with just the right balance between the saltiness of the pecorino and the bold note of the pepper, a traditional dish masterfully executed. The real surprise, however, was the pasta alla Pastimbaldo, an original and rich combination of ragù, cream, and pesto: three elements that together create a unique, enveloping, and surprisingly harmonious flavor. A dish that alone is worth the visit. Excellent value, generous portions, and fresh ingredients that truly make the difference. A perfect place for both a business lunch and a more relaxed break in good company. I will definitely return and recommend it to anyone who wants to eat well without sacrificing speedy service.

09/04/2026: They only serve Pepsi on tap diluted with water at the table, they don't serve cans of Coke or Fanta, it's clear they're reluctant to spend and serve a normal can to customers at the table who ask for it... the pizza has dropped in popularity over the years, very rubbery and inedible, since Spontini expanded by opening everywhere it has gotten worse, much better when they made it on Via Spontini, a side street of Corso Buenos Aires... but when you have money in front of you, more often than not you lose your bearings...

27/03/2026: The pizza is delicious, it's just a shame they can't serve it with a Coke... but you can only find a Pepsi that tastes like a slightly flat Coke.

19/02/2026: This evening I tried calling three times, about an hour before closing time, to ask for some information and to place an order for tomorrow evening, as I couldn't handle it myself tomorrow. The phone rang for a long time each time, with no one answering. No recorded message or "social media post." As a regular customer, I was disappointed.

20/12/2025: Excellent pizza. They're always super busy, so if you want pizza by 7:30 PM, call now! The fries are worth it, too! Well done!

01/12/2025: What can I say, the pizza was good, the Roman pasta and the sliced ​​steak were 2, the atmosphere was cold, the staff were friendly, the DJ who did karaoke was poor and unprofessional, and many were rude and inappropriate, I won't go back and I don't recommend it because of the rudeness of the DJ. I wanted to celebrate my birthday there but it doesn't seem like the right thing to do, I've already filed a complaint.

09/02/2026: Despite the good quality of the pizzas and the home delivery, I'm forced to report the problem to the girl who answers the phone and takes orders. Although I'm no Vittorio Gassmann, I think I speak more than comprehensible Italian. That said, tonight my order of two Margherita pizzas and a portion of fries magically became three Margherita pizzas, one with fries on top. Now, mistakes can happen in the workplace, but unfortunately, it's not the first time it's happened; these careless mistakes lead to spending more money on unwanted food and, more importantly, to wasting that food. I hope this review will be seen as a starting point for improvement and not as a personal attack. Best regards

30/01/2026: I dined at this restaurant two nights ago. Excellent service, very friendly staff, and a friendly and professional owner. Excellent food. I tried both the pizzeria, with a giant but very light calzone, and the kitchen, with an equally large and delicious cutlet. I felt at home. Highly recommended.

15/01/2026: A terrible place and terrible staff. We decided to eat here because they accept Mensa cards, but after mentioning we were students and speaking in a foreign language, we were treated extremely rudely. Our dishes were brought to all the other tables, but not ours; instead, they called us over to them, forcing us to get them. We believe this treatment was due to the fact that we are foreigners and speak English, despite having paid exactly the same amount as the other customers. The service was terrible, and the staff's behavior was completely unacceptable. A very negative experience.

14/02/2026: Ordered two cans of regular Coke, received two cans of Coke Zero. Ordered a hot dog with just the sausage and fries, but it arrived as a full hot dog without the fries. Pizza arrived frozen and 20 minutes late. I highly recommend it.

08/09/2025: A Margherita delivered to your door for €6 plus a free can—what more could you want in Milan? Good, well-topped pizza, delivered hot in 15 minutes. Highly recommended. This place should have more reviews.

03/03/2026: Excellent fish, we ate exceptional lobster linguine, highly recommended place, we go there often and the food is very good, both fish and meat, all freshly prepared, even the desserts are homemade and excellent

22/11/2025: I'd give zero stars without regrets, but the system doesn't allow it. I live abroad and am visiting Italy for a short while. This pizzeria was recommended to me by a local resident. I ordered at 7:15 PM, with delivery taking 30 minutes, as the restaurant stated. I asked them to call me when the delivery arrived, since the entrance gate wouldn't open due to an electrical problem. After waiting 1 hour and 35 minutes, I called the pizzeria, but the number was still busy. After literally a few seconds, they called me, and on the line, I got a rude, angry man who swore at me and claimed he'd tried calling my cell phone (which wasn't true, as I didn't provide one, as I have a foreign number) and my landline "100 times" to let me know the delivery was coming to my door. I paid for the delivery, gave the courier a tip to apologize for the wait, and asked how long he'd been waiting. He told me "less than 5 minutes." It's important to point out that my number was busy because I was trying to contact the pizzeria about a delivery that arrived more than an hour late. Naturally, I got in touch with the owner. In no way should a business owner address a customer this way, much less a woman. Poor quality pizza; I've had better abroad, and that says it all. I will never order again and will inform all my friends and acquaintances in the area to do the same.
